Job Summary:
The Dispensary Associate / Budtender Agent is responsible for all dispensary duties and responsibilities including interacting with, educating, and advising patients face-to-face and by phone, record-keeping, assisting with inventory and cash management as well as interacting with local service providers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion to all patients

- Overseeing and ensuring cash management procedures are being followed including, transacting, opening, closing, depositing, reporting, maintaining and reconciling cash with all departmental SOP's
Compliance:
- Practice policies and procedures related to the protection of personal and sensitive data must be adhered to at all times and only divulged to authorize persons
- Assists the Regional Manager in maintaining all regulatory licenses and renewals
- Responsible for ensuring all employees state registration identification cards are renewed each year

Inventory Control and Management:

Job Summary:
The Cannabis Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional individualized customer service, educational consulting, and in some cases patient record management. This role is responsible for the efficient execution of patient deliveries. The Cannabis Advisor is responsible providing excellent customer service and education guidance to registered patients and Designated Primary Caregiver (“DPC”). IT Field Support Technician - HYBRID
The IT Field Support Specialist will oversee technical projects in alignment with organizational goals. This person will be required to travel to multiple Curaleaf locations to manage the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes. - Image and configure Windows 10 stations
- Installation, modification and repair of Windows 10 workstations
- Install Windows 10 updates in addition to frequent software updates and hardware firmware and drivers
- Install and/or configure peripherals such as printers, keyboards/mice, etc. for users
- Resolve basic network issues such as Wireless connections and Local Area Networks among other systems
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair basic issues with VOIP phone system which requires some knowledge of TCP/IP networking
- Quickly acclimate with the company's ERP system and provide basic support for users
- Other technical tasks as may appear during the day
- Willing to frequently travel to dispensaries/sites for support when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Information Technology or similar degree
- At least 2 years of Help Desk support experience. Greater work experience will be accepted in lieu of degree

- Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking/configuration, DHCP, DNS, etc.

- VOIP experience is not required but welcome

Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Oversee and perform all functions associated with leadership and oversight of a retail medical marijuana dispensary operating under licensure from the Florida Department of Health.
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients while also coaching other team members
- Respect all team members and report all findings to the appropriate manager.
- Administer routine inspections to maintain the accurate inventory of all cannabis products.
- Manage and supervise the activities of patient advocate staff
- Ensure that all Procedures are updated in store to provide the best practice for staff and patients
- Train dispensary staff to ensure a consistent performance and knowledge base of company standard operating procedures, a comprehensive understanding of all marijuana and marijuana-infused or derived products being sold to patients, and best practices for dispensary personnel.
- Ensure Key performance Indicators are captured
- Manage daily financial reporting requirements and oversee all cash handling procedures.
- Develop and maintain a schedule of all patient advocate staff
- Communicate any patient incidents or high-risk complaints to the Operations Director or Compliance team.
- Protect patient rights by overseeing the employee HIPAA education program and ensure each employee is maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of protected health information and financial information.
- Oversee patient education and counseling programs. Review and continuously revise information disseminated by the dispensary regarding debilitating conditions, their association with medical cannabis products, side effects, etc.
- Maintain awareness of both external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for improvement, and industry development.
- Assist in ensuring the dispensary’s compliance with all relevant statutes, regulations, and directives in all respects, as well as best practices.
- Strive for patient satisfaction in all respects and ensure a patient-friendly environment at the dispensary.
- Ensure traceability of product is maintained from reception to final sale
- Receive, check and enter inventory into NAV when shipments arrive

Job Summary:
The Cannabis Advisor, Delivery is responsible for providing exceptional individualized customer service, educational consulting, and in some cases patient record management. This role is responsible for the efficient execution of patient deliveries. The Cannabis Advisor, Delivery must operate assigned vehicle in courteous and safe manner. The Cannabis Advisor, Delivery is responsible providing excellent customer service and education guidance to registered patients and Designated Primary Caregiver (“DPC”). Take patients orders, record sales in the Inventory Control System (“ICS”), and handle cash, and debit card transactions. Maintain an organized environment and facility appearance. The payrate for this position is $15 an hour.
Responsibilities:
- Possess a positive attitude while greeting customers and patients.
- Be an advocate of cannabis customer care.
- Help customers and patients navigate through cannabis and educate them on how it can be used as a wellness product.
- Build rapport with regular patients/customers to promote repeat business.
- Work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
- Ensure products are delivered in a timely manner.
- Provide patients and customers alike with information on types, methods and efficacy of various cannabis products (we do not provide medical advice).
- When making deliveries, payment must be collected and counted immediately.
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
- Coordinates and support orders delivery
- Provide support to managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organize, and sanitize workstation/store front.
- Ensure accuracy of online orders before pick-up.
- Interpret and execute state laws and regulations required when delivering medical cannabis
- Understand and apply detailed compliance regulations as required by local and state laws.
- Stock, merchandise, and replenish displays of regulated and unregulated inventory.
- Be open to continued, on-going cannabis education and training.
- Complete transactions at the POS and ensure the state monitored inventory system (METRC, BioTrack, etc.) accurately updates the amount of product available
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
- Must be 25 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
- Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
- Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software i.e. Word, Excel, email, etc.

Curaleaf FL is seeking a Part Time Store Associate who will be responsible for ensuring each Curaleaf patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment, assist members with their personal needs, maintain solid product knowledge, facilitate new membership and member renewal processes and always provide the highest level of customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards.
- Develop and maintain rapport with our patients, vendors, service providers and staff.
- Ensure members' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate member requests and/or problems to management when needed.
- Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for patient depending on their individual needs.
- Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to patients clearly and effectively.
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management.
- Set up and break down display cases daily. Assist in display maintenance and housekeeping.
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts.
- Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate staff member.
- Frequently maintain dispensary's cleanliness, i.e. dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping and sanitization.
- Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Perform other related work as required.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Retail, cash handling and Point of Sales (POS) experience required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the medical cannabis industry desirable, but not required.
- Must be 21 years old and pass the criminal background check.
- Must be able to work weekends and some holidays

Job Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.
- Greets customers and offers assistance with products and services.
- Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and Curaleaf service traits.
- Resolves customer complaints and helps respond to customers' special needs.
Operations
- Supervises operation of the store and team members, opening/closing/changing shifts, task delegation and scheduling team members
- Supervises the control of the store money including register counts, withdraws from the bank, armored car pickups, safe deposits, change orders and oversees all aspects of bookkeeping including ledger, invoices, cash reports and time records.
- Learns to analyze inventory trends and supervises inventory management, including ordering items, keeping stock, and leveraging company resources to avoid outs and overstock.
- Supervises receiving, stocking, pricing, returning, and transferring of merchandise.
- Ensures that store/grounds are clean and presentable; manages repair and maintenance; responds to emergencies.
- Supervises operations of assigned location including strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintains knowledge of all computer and technology systems and software (e.g. registers, Biotrack, etc.). Ensures response to all systems problems by contacting information technology support and seeking solutions.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
- Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned, including assisting team members as needed.
- Willing to travel to other locations for training and/or coverage

- Assigns daily operational responsibilities and tasks and sets expectations for store team members and assistant managers.

- Receives exposure to analysis of financial and performance data for the store, pharmacy, and clinic.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree prior to position start date or High School Diploma/GED and 1 year of retail supervisory experience..
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
- Experience working in a heavily regulated industry necessary
- Strong leadership skills, ability to build and manage teams
- Strong salesmanship skills. Experience in driving revenue.
- Willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/GED and 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
- Prior retail supervision experience.
