The IT Field Support Specialist will oversee technical projects in alignment with organizational goals. This person will be required to travel to multiple Curaleaf locations to manage the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes. Operations - Cultivation
Fertigation Technician
The Cultivation Fertigation Technician directive is to work with the Cultivation Manager and all Lead Cultivation Associates to ensure the correct operation of the irrigation system throughout the facility. Implementing the plan provided by the Cultivation Manager and coordinating with the cultivation team is critical to the success of the production.

Main Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain stock tanks in fertigation room
- Maintain and operate the fertigation system
- Inspect flower rooms daily to ensure that plants are being properly fed. Identify wilting or overwatered plants
- Monitor runoff and catch system to ensure proper PH/EC of feed to rooms.
- Log data for each room on appropriate sheets
Additional responsibilities:
- Ensure that fertigation work is being carried out on days where they are not present
- Monitor and maintain Dosatron injection system as required
- On Fridays(Ensure Stock Tanks & Acid tank are full and ready for the weekend)
- Clean filters in every fert station(every other week)
- Power wash and clean mix tanks(once per month)
- Interact with all required state regulators in a professional manner
Daily Tasks
- Gather irrigation data for all flower rooms Drip/Drain
- Check Damatex panels to ensure switches are all in the correct position.
- Check and make stock tanks in fertigation room
- Check Water Content/EC using Grosens and report any environmental issues
- Check Outlook(for emails) by 8:00am
- Coordinate with the Cultivation Manager, Flower Lead, and Veg Lead to set a daily plan.
- Execute directives
Harvest
- Prepare a solution to facilitate the cleaning of the irrigation lines.

We are seeking Part-Time Dispensary Associates who will be responsible for ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment, assist members with their personal needs, maintain solid product knowledge, facilitate new membership and member renewal processes and always provide the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards
- Develop and maintain rapport with our patients
- Ensure patient concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently and communicate member requests and/or problems to management when needed
- Help patients under the process to become a patient and how to renew their patient status, if it is expired
- Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for patients depending on their individual needs
- Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to patients clearly and effectively
- Ring up sales on Point of Sale System and process cash
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management
- Set up and break down display cases daily; assist in display maintenance and housekeeping
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts
- Perform data entry and properly manage the patient database
- Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate staff member
- Maintain a current stock of new patient folders, educational materials, intake forms, etc.
- Frequently maintain dispensary's cleanliness, i.e. dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping and sanitation

FULL TIME
Summary: The Cultivation tech position will be responsible for carrying out daily crop related tasks such as: taking clones, filling pots, transplanting, trellising, de-leafing and skirting, harvest prep, cleaning and sanitizing, and more. Cultivators will also help with harvesting, IPM related activity, and fertigation tasks as needed and directed by management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Keep good records and follow good documentation practices (GDPs)
- Assist in all plant care from clone to harvest, as described above
- Monitoring of environmental conditions including, but not limited to, temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, VPD, W/M2.
- Gather EC, pH, and volume data from the irrigation system in the grow rooms
- Distribute biological control agents (BCAs) as needed
- Apply foliar feeds and preventative and other sprays when directed
- Scout rooms for pests/disease and document on proper forms
- Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment
- Stocking of cultivation supplies as needed
- Cleaning, sanitation, and setup of all grow areas
- Calibration and cleaning of pH and EC meters
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear
- Conduct trials to evaluate possible improvements to the crop
- Perform regular audits as required
- Perform any other job-related tasks assigned by management

- Perform data entry and properly manage the patient database
- Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate staff member

Summary Compiles and verifies inventory records to confirm product compliance requirements are met by performing the following duties.

- Conducts inventory inspections to monitor and ensure traceability of product movement throughout the facility.

- Serve as lead microbiologist over the team of associate microbiologists in monitoring and managing daily testing for microbial contamination in cannabis products; specifically analyzing for total coliforms, total yeasts and molds, pathogenic E. coli, Salmonella, and Aspergillus detection
- Responsible for developing and validating the microbiological methods, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement, including opportunities to reduce error and risk thereof, and for opportunities to enhance laboratory efficiency, data quality and integrity, and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for ensuring microbial tests are accurate and conducted in accordance with ISO 17025 and the appropriate standard reference methods
- Responsible for review and authorization of all results, prior to reporting, for state required microbial testing in compliance with the relevant rules set forth by the Cannabis Regulatory Agency
Requirements:
- Proficiency with electronic applications including MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical, environmental, or biological sciences from a four-year accredited college or university
- At least two years of post-degree laboratory experience, preferably in a strictly regulated, high-throughput production laboratory
- Strong experience in standard reference methods (e.g., FDA BAM, EPA, USDA, AOAC, ISO, etc.) for the relevant microbial detection tests is preferred but not required
- Schedule flexibility to accommodate potential evening and weekend hours depending on sample load

Under the direction of the Dispensary Manager, Assistant Manager will oversee the operation of the Curaleaf Dispensary. Assumes full management responsibility in the absence of the Dispensary Manager. This person will work to improve dispensary sales, profitability, and image through extraordinary customer service, protection of store assets, supervising team members in the absence of the store manager.
Customer Experience
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.
- Greets patients and offers assistance with products and services.
- Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and Curaleaf service traits.
- Resolves customer complaints and helps respond to customers' special needs.
Operations
- Supervises operation of the store and team members, opening/closing/changing shifts, task delegation and scheduling team members
- Supervises the control of the store money including register counts, withdraws from the bank, armored car pickups, safe deposits, change orders and oversees all aspects of bookkeeping including ledger, invoices, cash reports and time records.
- Learns to analyze inventory trends and supervises inventory management, including ordering items, keeping stock, and leveraging company resources to avoid outs and overstock.
- Supervises receiving, stocking, pricing, returning, and transferring of merchandise. • Ensures that store/grounds are clean and presentable; manages repair and maintenance; responds to emergencies.
- Supervises operations of assigned location including strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintains knowledge of all computer and technology systems and software (e.g. registers, Biotrack, etc.). Ensures response to all systems problems by contacting information technology support and seeking solutions.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
- Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned, including assisting team members as needed.

We are seeking Part-Time Dispensary Associates who will be responsible for ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment, assist members with their personal needs, maintain solid product knowledge, facilitate new membership and member renewal processes and always provide the highest level of customer service.
- All applicants must be able to work a flexible shift which includes days, nights, weekends and some holidays
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards
- Develop and maintain rapport with our patients
- Ensure patient concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently and communicate member requests and/or problems to management when needed
- Help patients under the process to become a patient and how to renew their patient status, if it is expired
- Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for patients depending on their individual needs
- Communicate the effects of different types of cannabis to patients clearly and effectively
- Ring up sales on Point of Sale System and process cash
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management
- Set up and break down display cases daily; assist in display maintenance and housekeeping
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts
- Perform data entry and properly manage the patient database
- Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate staff member
- Maintain a current stock of new patient folders, educational materials, intake forms, etc.
- Frequently maintain dispensary's cleanliness, i.e. dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping and sanitation

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Reporting to the district manager, this role will be responsible for the development, integration, and implementation of a broad range of initiatives relative to the strategic direction of the organization via the company's retail dispensaries
Responsibilities:
- This person will be responsible for the development and management of the retail dispensary and field operations team in Bellmawr NJ
- Responsibility for the development, integration, and implementation of a broad range of initiatives relative to the strategic direction of the organization via the company's retail dispensary located in Bellmawr
- Lead the store workforce management team to drive efficiencies in store scheduling, payroll forecasting, reporting and administration of incentive programs in conjunction with the District Manager

- Gather EC, pH, and volume data from the irrigation system in the grow rooms
- Distribute biological control agents (BCAs) as needed
- Apply foliar feeds and preventative and other sprays when directed
- Scout rooms for pests/disease and document on proper forms
- Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment
- Stocking of cultivation supplies as needed
- Cleaning, sanitation, and setup of all grow areas
- Calibration and cleaning of pH and EC meters
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear
- Conduct trials to evaluate possible improvements to the crop

Summary Compiles and verifies inventory records to confirm product compliance requirements are met by performing the following duties.

Curaleaf is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Security Supervisor with proven leadership skills to join our team. The Security Supervisor will work under the direct supervision of our Security Manager developing and managing the implementation of site-specific security programs. Responsibilities include ensuring all company security operations comply with local and state standards while also partnering with cross-functional team members.
Role Responsibilities
- Participates in the development and implementation of a security program that standardizes Facility Security, Emergency Management, Delivery, Access control, and VMS installation/management
- Collaborates with local and regional Curaleaf business and Compliance partners
- Effectively manages security vendors by setting clear expectations and accountability, delivering feedback, and monitoring overall performance
- Builds and manages relationships with both internal/external security, governmental partners/vendors, and 3rd party vendors/contractors
- Conducts routine audits and follow-up inspections of cultivation facilities to ensure compliance with local and state rules and regulations
- Understands and implements Curaleaf's goals of providing a safe and welcoming environment for its team members
- Provides training for team members on emergency response and de-escalating conflicts and other challenging situations
- Conduct detailed investigations, collect, and analyze data, and document investigative findings in a clear and concise format
- Delivers strategic approaches to achieve compliance with any above-mentioned security/compliance issues
- Ensure employees receive proper annual training and continued education
- Other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Role Requirements
- Proven leadership skills and 3+ years of experience managing a team required
- 5+ years of experience in a comprehensive security and compliance programs in a professional setting required
- Experience with utilizing and implementing multiple VMS.
- Ability to problem-solve and implement standards and process improvement initiatives
- Must be extremely detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task on several projects at once while always remaining compliant with all laws and regulations
- Strong IT skills: proven ability to utilize IT systems required but experience with programming or cyber security not required
- Strong written and oral communication skills; must be able to communicate with C-Suite and Government Officials in an articulate manner.

FULL TIME
Summary: The Cultivation tech position will be responsible for carrying out daily crop related tasks such as: taking clones, filling pots, transplanting, trellising, de-leafing and skirting, harvest prep, cleaning and sanitizing, and more. Cultivators will also help with harvesting, IPM related activity, and fertigation tasks as needed and directed by management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Keep good records and follow good documentation practices (GDPs)
- Assist in all plant care from clone to harvest, as described above
- Monitoring of environmental conditions including, but not limited to, temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, VPD, W/M2.
- Gather EC, pH, and volume data from the irrigation system in the grow rooms
- Distribute biological control agents (BCAs) as needed
- Apply foliar feeds and preventative and other sprays when directed
- Scout rooms for pests/disease and document on proper forms
- Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment
- Stocking of cultivation supplies as needed
- Cleaning, sanitation, and setup of all grow areas
- Calibration and cleaning of pH and EC meters
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear
- Conduct trials to evaluate possible improvements to the crop
- Perform regular audits as required

Fertigation Technician
The Fertigation Technician works in conjunction with the Fertigation Supervisor to oversee and implement all irrigation and fertigation activities across the entire grow. Fertigation Technician may also be required to work in the garden with Cultivation Technicians and perform similar duties, as needed
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check and balance EC & pH of stock tanks according to company standard operations procedures (SOPs)
- Clean and sanitize nutrient tanks, pumps, filters as needed
- Maintain and ensure Irrigation and Fertigation equipment is in good working order
- Comply with company and product label safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Take nutrient samples to be sent out for analysis
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear
- Meticulous record keeping of all nutrient use
- Work closely with the grow team to ensure the irrigation/fertigation plan is properly implemented and maintained
- Maintain inventory of all fertilizers on site
- Ensure fertilizer concentrate tanks are filled adequately
- Respond to system alarms and diagnose/troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
- Performs regular calibration of nutrient testing instruments
- Responsible for the installation and maintenance of general irrigation equipment: valves, emitters, drip stakes, drip tubing, and bench lines
- Monitor soil moisture content of the crop and obtain water samples for testing
- Able to work variable shifts to meet business requirements. Including weekends, holidays, and over-time

Under the direction of the Dispensary Manager, Assistant Manager will oversee the operation of the Curaleaf Dispensary. Assumes full management responsibility in the absence of the Dispensary Manager. This person will work to improve dispensary sales, profitability, and image through extraordinary customer service, protection of store assets, supervising team members in the absence of the store manager.
Customer Experience
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.
- Greets patients and offers assistance with products and services.
- Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and Curaleaf service traits.
- Resolves customer complaints and helps respond to customers' special needs.
Operations
- Supervises operation of the store and team members, opening/closing/changing shifts, task delegation and scheduling team members
- Supervises the control of the store money including register counts, withdraws from the bank, armored car pickups, safe deposits, change orders and oversees all aspects of bookkeeping including ledger, invoices, cash reports and time records.
- Learns to analyze inventory trends and supervises inventory management, including ordering items, keeping stock, and leveraging company resources to avoid outs and overstock.
- Supervises receiving, stocking, pricing, returning, and transferring of merchandise. • Ensures that store/grounds are clean and presentable; manages repair and maintenance; responds to emergencies.
- Supervises operations of assigned location including strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintains knowledge of all computer and technology systems and software (e.g. registers, Biotrack, etc.). Ensures response to all systems problems by contacting information technology support and seeking solutions.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
- Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned, including assisting team members as needed.

Lead IPM Technicians are largely responsible for managing and overseeing a team of 6 to 8 IPM Technicians. The Lead IPM Technicians are responsible for the application of preventative agents to preserve the quality of our product. Experience and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 6 to 8 IPM Technician direct reports.
- Proper use and maintenance of applicable personal protective equipment (PPE) including respiratory protection.
- Daily monitoring and scouting for pests and disease.
- Maintaining up-to-date pesticide and preventative agent logs.
- Proper mixing of pesticides/preventative agents/caustic cleaning agents.
- Operating and maintaining Dramm Hydraulic Sprayers.
- Applying IPM products to plants.
- Applying beneficial insects to plants.
- Coordinates scheduling of applications with Cultivation Supervisor.
- Follows standard operating procedures for assigned tasks and projects.
- Follows all safety protocols.

Qualifications:
- Experience with management of direct reports.

- Must be able to pass a respirator fit test and maintain the standard for a proper fit and seal.

We are seeking Full Time Dispensary Associates who will be responsible for ensuring each patient receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment, assist members with their personal needs, maintain solid product knowledge, facilitate new membership and member renewal processes and always provide the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with established standards

- Help patients under the process to become a patient and how to renew their patient status, if it is expired
- Recommend, select and help locate the proper medicine for patients depending on their individual needs

- Ring up sales on Point of Sale System and process cash
- Ensure strict controls to protect organization assets at the direction of management
- Set up and break down display cases daily; assist in display maintenance and housekeeping
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock, and participate in inventory counts
- Perform data entry and properly manage the patient database
- Answer phone calls and forward to the appropriate staff member
- Maintain a current stock of new patient folders, educational materials, intake forms, etc.

Under the direction of the Dispensary Manager, Assistant Manager will oversee the operation of the Curaleaf Dispensary. Assumes full management responsibility in the absence of the Dispensary Manager. This person will work to improve dispensary sales, profitability, and image through extraordinary customer service, protection of store assets, supervising team members in the absence of the store manager.
Customer Experience
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.

Summary: The Cultivation tech position will be responsible for carrying out daily crop related tasks such as: taking clones, filling pots, transplanting, trellising, de-leafing and skirting, harvest prep, cleaning and sanitizing, and more. Cultivators will also help with harvesting, IPM related activity, and fertigation tasks as needed and directed by management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Keep good records and follow good documentation practices (GDPs)
- Assist in all plant care from clone to harvest, as described above
- Monitoring of environmental conditions including, but not limited to, temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, VPD, W/M2.
- Gather EC, pH, and volume data from the irrigation system in the grow rooms
- Distribute biological control agents (BCAs) as needed
- Apply foliar feeds and preventative and other sprays when directed
- Scout rooms for pests/disease and document on proper forms
- Operating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment
- Stocking of cultivation supplies as needed
- Cleaning, sanitation, and setup of all grow areas
- Calibration and cleaning of pH and EC meters
- Maintain and ensure proper storage and sanitation of all tools and equipment, including but not limited to shop vacs, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, stools, totes, gloves, rags, and PPE gear

Job Description
The Processing Technician will work within the Production Laboratory Department and report to the Production Laboratory Manager and/or the Processing Laboratory Manager.
The primary responsibility includes but is not limited to the following events: Working alone or with a team, Prepping production area in accordance with Curaleaf NJ SOP, Properly mixing in accordance with Curaleaf NJ SOP, Properly documenting tasks and events in accordance with Curaleaf NJ SOP, Packing and labeling in accordance with Curaleaf NJ SOP, Cleaning area and washing dishes, associated with Lozenge production and other productions, in accordance with Curaleaf NJ SOP.

- Perform in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed Curaleaf NJ's strict specifications and patient's expectations.
- Ensuring 100% compliance involving proper weighing, data recording, product tracking, and security awareness throughout all times.
- Consistently operating in an efficient manner that also complies with all OSHA regulations, CSATC SOP's, Curaleaf SOP's, and all applicable past, current, and future, required procedures.
- Take instructions and help on all tasks delegated by laboratory management to the team you are working with.

Job Qualification Requirements:

As a Senior Associate you will work within the Cultivation Department and report to the Cultivation Supervisor(s)/Manager(s). - Follows all company analytical and administrative Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Oversees daily activities of part-time and full-time technicians, under the guidance and supervision of the Cultivation Manager(s)/Supervisors. Reports deficiencies to management.
- Ensures 100% compliance involving proper data recording, product tracking and security throughout all processes
- Performs duties as a cultivator per the job description on a daily basis.
- Performs all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe grow facility
- Ability to thoroughly control all cultivation equipment in a safe environment
- Other duties as assigned needed/required to meet goals
Job Qualification Requirements:
- Associates Degree preferred/ 1-2 years' experience in similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be capable of leading a team and assisting them in job processes when/where required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Internal candidates must be in their current role 6 months or more for consideration
- Must not have been convicted of any felony offenses pursuant to state statutes

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry our instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

The employee is frequently exposed to an environment of natural chemical fumes, herbal aromas, airborne particles, exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. Employee will have moderate exposure to conditions such as dust and particles that affect the respiratory system, eyes, or the skin, depending on department job assignments. Personal Protective Equipment is provided for employees to utilize and should be worn.
