Job Overview

binske is looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and eager reps to help drive sales through in-store promos and pop-up events. The ideal candidate can educate customers on our brand and products offerings and will regularly communicate all customer needs, merch interests, and shopping patterns back to the California sales and marketing team. Essential Functions

• Submit an online Google form report to the CA sales and marketing team at the end of each promo with feedback on customers' buying habits and popular marketing incentives.
• Communicate on a regular basis with the Marketing Coordinator on schedule and availability for IN-Store Demos

They will be responsible for helping to prepare information for external accounting audits, reviewing financial transactions and account statements, reconciling AR and AP, and resolving bank discrepancies, and assuring all accounting and financial reporting is done in compliance with all Company and GAAP guidelines.

• Designs and distributes periodic financial statements and reports which inform management and ownership of the financial health of the company.

Inventory is the backbone of our retail operations. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for overall health of inventory, driving accuracy, utilizing industry standards, following rigid compliance guidelines, best practices and inventory techniques to manage and control inventory flow. The Inventory Specialists main duties are processing and reconciling inventory, forecasting supplies and analyzing sales data to help drive purchasing decisions. This person will work directly with distribution, accounting and purchasing in ensuring accuracy of transactions in receiving, consumption and reporting of inventory transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with inventory and POS systems, preferably within a multi-location environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Intake and process inventory into METRC and POS system, including matching vendor invoices to purchase orders and METRC manifests.

· Utilize the existing inventory tracking system, as well as suggesting and working on improvements to the system, to optimize inventory control procedures.

· Forecast inventory needs to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.

· Schedules, oversees and reports cycle counts of assigned inventory lots and locations, including processing and reporting of necessary adjustments

· Subject matter expert for use of internal and external facing systems; TREEZ, METRC, Excel Reports.

· Ability to follow procedures and prevent errors.

· Investigates discrepancies in inventory

· Responsible for the physical organization of inventory by ensuring material/product is in the correct location, including correct labeling and METRC tagging.

· Establishes clear and stretching goals, communicates, and actively utilizes all performance, development, and career tools to their full potential

· Responsible for ensuring that inventory organization methods like FIFO are standard practices or being implemented.

· Responsible for maintaining accuracy of expiration dates on all products in POS system.

· Responsible for ensuring that inventory tracking policies and procedures meet applicable BCC compliance requirements, including comparing POS inventory to METRC inventory and reporting and resolving any discrepancies.

· Responsible for tracking and reporting wasted, defective, and expired product, including follow up with purchasing to obtain vendor credits and with accounting to properly record shrinkage costs.

· Responsible for interfacing with purchasing and accounting to process and apply vendor credits.

· Responsible for tracking and processing vendor credits, terms, and invoice adjustments to ensure that payments to vendors are complete, timely, and accurate.

· Responsible for entering discounts and monitoring supply levels for vendor promotions and takeover days.

· Responsible for tracking and reporting unit and brand performance after promotions and takeover days.

· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

· Work revolves around objectives, projects and priorities, not hours ; Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed.

· 2-5 years related inventory control experience preferred; cannabis industry experience not required.

· High school diploma or equivalent

General Summary

Duties and responsibilities:

· Prepare samples for analysis using various methods in accordance with ISO standard operating procedures.

Summary

The Inventory Manager is responsible for supervising the inventory cycle counting, to include: counting, verification of required documentation and product counts for intake; Conducting daily audits of inventory, tracking and distribution of product. We are hiring a Brand Ambassador / Trade Marketing Rep to represent all Glass House brands in the market.

What You Will Do:

In this newly created position, you will be the face of Glass House Group in your assigned territory. You play a key role in driving awareness and sales by identifying and executing in-store marketing growth opportunities and maximizing in-store visibility, including signage, displays and features in California cannabis retail stores.

As Brand Ambassador / Trade Marketing Rep for your market, you are responsible for program management within your designated territory, promotion/event coordination, execution and reporting.

You will manage a territory of approximately 40 accounts. Your primary responsibilities are to visit the customer, train and educate account staff, engage the consumer, and ultimately build brand equity and increase sales through the register.

Duties/Responsibilities Include:

• Increasing sales velocity through the register by building brand equity and trial with consumers
• Schedule and execute in store promotions and staff trainings
• Building positive, credible, relationships with your accounts including, but not limited to, Budtenders and General Managers
• Regularly and consistently pre-plan account visits with an agenda, service purpose, and selling opportunities documented in CRM (Proof)
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
• Prepare professional sales training and educations for each account tailored to the needs of the customer
• Conduct demos for dispensary staff and consumers to familiarize them with our products

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Have extensive industry, product, and competitor knowledge to understand and communicate the features and benefits of products and programs to customers
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Requires a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• May be required to work weekends and evenings

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least one to three years of related experience required

What You Will Do:

Our Team Leads provide best-in-class customer engagement and drive sales.

You will be an important influence in driving the store’s profitability by guiding our team members in delivering a positive and friendly experience by engaging our customers through thoughtful conversation and exceptional service.

As Team Lead, you will adhere to and enforce all compliance regulations governing the purchasing and selling of Cannabis and Non-Cannabis products and oversee all facets of policy and procedures and operational administrative duties in relation to the store.

Our Team Leads model the way by leading and inspiring the team. They train and develop the team in core competencies of service and product knowledge.

You will assume the role of peer mentor in-store with regards to talent development and employee mentorship.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Partner with store leadership to educate and communicate hourly and daily goals to drive sales.
• Support the development of team members with an aptitude or interest in store leadership to ensure bench strength and succession planning.
• Participate in daily department and store meetings and communicate store and company information and directives to the team.
• Train in Loss Prevention awareness and oversee the adherence to Loss Prevention practices.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Store Leadership to enhance the store environment and efficiently execute all inventory and merchandising tasks; ensure fast and efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Upholds excellent customer service and a service-orientated culture.
• Ensure compliance with all BCC, State, and City regulations.
• Ensure compliance with company emergency and safety procedures to protect employees and customers from accidents and incidents.

Qualifications Include:

• Must have a minimum of 2-years’ experience in Management in a retail environment.
• B.A. preferred, but the experience is paramount.
• Must pass a federal background check via Live Scan.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Experience working in a highly regulated business is desirable.
• Ability to exhibit consistent professional communication, follow through, and problem-solving skills while maintaining a global view of Store operations; use sound judgment when making decisions.
• Willingness to grow as a Lead by going beyond assigned department tasks to take on additional responsibilities.
• Exhibits strong leadership skills amongst peers and has confidence communicating at the store level.
• Previous retail experience highly desired.
• Previous Cannabis experience preferred.
• Regularly requires working mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• This position may require you to travel to corporate offices as well as other store locations for training, learning, and development.
