About the Job
The Connected Brand Ambassador team plays a key role in representing the brand positively at retail, at events and within the cannabis industry. JOB SUMMARY:
Assist the Accounting and Finance Department to accomplish department and company goals and objectives by providing accounting and financial support. This includes detailed analysis and presentation of financial data, preparation and recording of various journal entries, preparation of monthly account reconciliations, and other similar activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Uses knowledge of GAAP and company policies to solve day to day issues and other projects as assigned.
- Assist Bookkeeper with the recording of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Process journal entries for entry into the general ledger system monthly by collecting necessary data, analyzing and/or allocating costs, and preparing audit trail support for journal entries.
- Peer review of journal entries.
- Prepare and analyze account reconciliations for assigned accounts, investigate reconciling items, and prepare any resulting journal entries
- Participate in year-end financial and internal control audits by preparing necessary schedules, compiling supporting details and explanations
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with distribution and production center managers to ensure that all inventory and sales transactions are accurately recorded, and variances satisfactorily explained.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of prior work experience
- Advanced ability to use and demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications to analyze and troubleshoot information/data, develop, and use spreadsheets, statistical analysis, and trends. High level proficiency with Excel required.
- Flexibility to work on special projects and unexpected events while completing routine tasks on a timely basis
- Able to work and make decisions with a sense of urgency, adhering to tight schedules and simultaneously managing several projects.
- Strong ability to be hands-on, work independently, and remain self-motivated with minimal direct supervision

Job Description
- Maintain an expert understanding of the Petalfast brands you’re scheduled to represent including product details, brand mission/values, and related general cannabis knowledge.

In this newly created position, the Senior Security Director is responsible for the direct management of the development, installation, execution and maintenance of all security systems and protocols for the Company. Main Purpose of Job
The MMCC procurement specialist is responsible for soliciting, evaluating, negotiating and awarding contracts, according to State Procurement Laws. This position is the full performance level of professional work in agency procurement sourcing and award activities, contract management, procurement systems operations, procurement regulations and policies review, professional procurement training and certification, and procurement business services. Additionally, the procurement specialist will assist the Director of Finance in daily administrative tasks. This position receives general supervision from the MMCC Director of Finance and does not supervise staff.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Option 1: Two years (Option 2: one year) of experience in contract management or procurement involving duties such as : soliciting, evaluating, negotiating and awarding contracts and ensuring compliance with governmental procurement laws, regulations and conditions.
Notes:
1. Candidates may substitute professional contract management experience or professional procurement experience, on a year-for-year basis, for the required education.
2. Skills and experience:
- 1 to 10 years of inside sales and/or customer service

- For Growers, a minimum of 3 years commercial greenhouse growing experience is required
- For Assistant Growers, some experience or a horticultural degree is required
- A passion for growing floriculture products at a commercial level

- Maneuver a watering hose
- Be on your feet for 8+ hours each day
