The Responsibilities

Fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner, all while spot checking products for defects or deficiencies
Verify that pricing is correct on the customer ticket in comparison to POS system
Communicating with the Inventory leads when products need to be restocked
Verify packaging and labeling are compliant with established state, and company requirements
Communicating with Call Center when appropriate
Verify that all references from the Call Center reflect in the customer order
Assigning appropriate holding location for the order until it is ready for pickup
Assisting the Inventory Manager and Key Holder with weekly and monthly audits (outside of normal business hours)

- Performs maintenance and cleaning of extraction equipment.
- Efficiently packs and unpacks cannabis biomass from material columns.
- Prepare columns for upcoming runs, ensuring proper tagging and storage.
- Rotation of concentrate during purging (flipping slabs).
- Maintains equipment safety, ensures equipment is operating and kept in a safe state. Performs preventative maintenance to ensure no critical failures can occur. Maintains all sensors and gas leak detection equipment, monitoring them daily and employing them for safety checks. Ensures all joints, valves and connections are leak free.
- Alerts Management and Maintenance department to any possible hazards. Maintains communication with Security Director for any suspicious observations within the facility.
- Ensures post run environment is left in a safe and stable condition, in the case of natural disasters or power loss.
- Ensures accurate tracking and workflow for all waste material, ensuring accuracy in data input.
- Processes supplied Production biomass, trim and flower according to the release schedule and as provided by Production Supervisor or Manager(s). Ensures only tracked and provided materials are processed. Works closely with relevant departments and Production department accordingly.
- Maintain inventory accurately, in inventory systems including but not limited to Metrc. Performs data entry into digital inventory system (i.e. Leaflogix and METRC).
- Ensures accurate and consistent communication with managers and leads
Performs any additional duties as deemed necessary by management
- Maintain a safe and clean lab environment.
- Actively involved in Workplace Safety.
- Ability to deal with problems and resolve them in a professional manner.
- Able to lift at least 50 lb and work in a physically demanding environment
- Maintains mechanical acumen- understanding of common mechanic tools, proper use and applications of (including but not limited to) wrenches, screwdrivers, ratchets, nuts, connectors and the like.

We are looking for a qualified Lab Technician and Lab Analyst (2 separate positions, 21 or older to comply with MRA guidelines) to undertake a variety of laboratory procedures of technical nature. You will be handling sensitive equipment to analyze samples, conduct assays, and report findings to a laboratory manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in working under possibly hazardous conditions (chemicals). He/She/They will be well-trained to maintain safety conditions and will be passionate about contributing to a team that works to keep our communities safe. Our goal is to produce accurate data that can be used to ensure only safe-for-consumption products reach the consumers. Pay is commensurate on experience.
Responsibilities
- Measure and prepare samples using standard operating procedures for various analytical and microbiological assays
- Execute analytical or microbiological assays using various instrumentation (GC-MS, HPLC, LC-MS/MS, ICP-MS, qPCR, etc.)
- Interpret and record all data and results on specified forms (paper and/or electronic) with accuracy and accountability
- Perform maintenance on equipment when necessary
- Ensure that all safety protocols are always followed strictly and maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Dispose of analyzed samples and chemical waste using proper chemical hygiene and in adherence to all waste protocols
Skills
- Previous experience as Lab Technician or other relevant position, helpful but not required
- Experience in operating electrical and nonelectrical laboratory equipment and potentially dangerous substances (flammable liquids, infectious bacteria, biohazards etc.), helpful but not required
- Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and database systems

The MRP Inventory Planner monitors the supply of materials to meet the production
schedules and minimum stock levels, ensuring operational and production continuity. Able to deliver
efficient, effective, and flexible solutions to meet production requirements and coordinate the flow of
work and materials. Maintains a strong relationships internally and externally including the DOO to
ensure supply of materials and labor meets requirements. Work under general supervision, reviewed by

Responsibilities:
- With guidance from Supply Planning Director, develops production and inventory management
- Identify current and potential shortages, develop, and execute recovery, advise interested
- Release manufacturing orders based on material requirements planning (MRP) and coordinate
- Coordinate with Purchasing for availability of raw materials and packaging
- Coordinate material movement between vendors, dispensaries, warehouse, and production
- Assist in the development, implementation, analysis, and coordination of the master production
- Setup and monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy
- Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy; investigate & reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate and manage monthly cycle counts for all manufacturing locations
- Periodically evaluates safety stock levels to ensure customer service levels and net working
- Reports monthly to members of the S&OP process the current stock position and any periods of

The Extraction Manager is responsible and accountable for the entire Processing/Extraction Lab.Coordinates with production schedules and Cure/Vault regarding product inventory and availability. The Extraction Manager journals, monitors and tracks all observations in the company’s software seed to sale tracking system.
- Planning and organizing production schedules.
- Follow Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations
- Maintains testing and formulating operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing operational policies and procedures
- Perform QA/QC through analytical testing for quality, consistency and efficacy
- Work closely with production team on all elements of the testing and formulating process
- Design extraction trials and experiments to optimize extraction purity and efficiency.
- Develop new extraction and purification techniques. Keep abreast of developments in the industry.
- Master various techniques for marijuana extraction and infusion, including butane extraction
- Develop expertise in testing and formulating methods as well as the purification, separation and isolation of various compounds of cannabis
- Responsible for inventory, recordkeeping and quality of product at all times, maintaining inventory via seed to sale tracking.
- Responsible for coordinating Waste Disposal of extraction waste and product return waste.
