Job Description:
As a Field Service Technician you are a part of our outstanding technical department that not only services companies onsite, but also able to provide phone and remote access support when needed. This position will require the individual to help setup, dial in, program, and perform F.A.T’s (Factory Acceptance Testing) when the project requires it. Acting as a first line response to customers you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging manner with your focus being troubleshooting and finding the right solution for each customer. This position requires traveling domestically as well as internationally to customer locations for commissioning & installations and will require availability in the event an emergency should come up. You will be required to possess a valid passport.
Job Responsibilities:
- Setting up, fine tuning, programming additional logic, and performing F.A.T’s on each new project.
- Responding to customers service calls & maintenance promptly and effectively.
- Automating & integrating industrial packaging machinery that includes,
- VFFS & HFFS Baggers (Vertical form Fill and Seal & Horizontal Form Fill and Seal)

- Check-Weighing Systems
- Metal Detection
- X-Ray Detection
- In-Line Conveyor Systems

- Performing maintenance repairs, system overhauls, and troubleshooting on existing equipment.
- Capturing customer information to complete invoicing.
- Logging all customer calls & activity, and tracking all expenses incurred in the delivery of the service.
- Identifying and pointing out to customers new technologies to improve their process.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Either a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/ mechanical technology engineering, 2-year robotic degree with minimum 5-years’ experience, or certifications of likewise attributes for those receiving training from military service.
- Minimum 3-year experience.
- Fundamental understanding of relay control logic, PLC’s, and HMI’s.
- Able to work independently and available for travel.
- Able to read schematics.

Job Description: Program Director - Place to Be Me, Children’s Dispensary Programs
Unique non-profit organization that offers social and recreational programs for individuals with developmental and cognitive disabilities is seeking a Program Director.
The ideal candidate would be comfortable and confident in working with individuals with disabilities. Should possess superior writing and verbal communication skills, and work independently in the nonprofit environment.
This is a part-time, salaried position with approximately 25-32 hours per week.
Background in any of the following areas is preferred - child development, special education, adult education or instruction, behavior health or nursing. Supervisory or management experience is a must and marketing experience is a plus!
Job Duties:
- Expand, develop, and implement social and recreational programs and special events focused on “enhancing the learning and enriching the lives of individuals with special needs in our community.
- Create quarterly event calendars.
- Plan programming and work with the Executive Coordinator to create program budgets.
- Attend and supervise programs:
- September - May Monday & Wednesday 5-7p and Saturday 10-12p once per month
- Summer Camp - 6 weeks June-Aug Monday - Thursday 9a - 3p
- Special Events may include Family Fun Fair, Truck or Treat, etc.
- Recruit, train, schedule & supervise direct care staff and volunteers.
- Attend local job fairs.
- Communicate with local schools and universities to find volunteers.
- Monitor and approve time cards for all program staff and volunteers.
- Perform annual reviews on all program staff.
- Recruit and retain new clients.
- Communicate with local educators and healthcare providers to promote programs and services.
- Ensure all client documentation is up to date.
- Communicate with parents/caregivers all program related information.
- Send timely emails/text regarding program schedules.
- Hold parent/caregiver meetings 2-4 times each year to gain feedback and adjust programming as necessary.
- Promote Children’s Dispensary/Place to Be Me Programs in the community.
- Attend local networking events, local expos and activity nights to increase visibility of the organization.
- Assist with social media efforts. (Facebook & Instagram)
- Prepare monthly report for the Board of Directors.

PROGRAM COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION (part-time)Unique non-profit agency that meets the needs of the community with educational, social, and recreational programs for individuals with developmental and cognitive disabilities is seeking part-time Program Coordinator (5-10 hours/week).

Must possess superior writing and verbal communication skills and have the ability to work independently in the nonprofit environment.
Background in the following is ideal: child development, special education, adult education, customer service. Supervisory or management experience is a plus.
This is a part-time, hourly position with approximately 5-10 hours per week.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Programs: 2-3 days per week (late afternoon / early evening)Make activity plan for virtual programs, month at a time (Zoom is utlized)Schedule facilitators and send confirmation emails – date, time, Zoom link they needSchedule staff and share activity links with themMonitor all programs (lead some) for participation, ways to improve, gather new ideasShop for supplies and send to families, as neededSend program schedule to Executive Director and Office Manager
