Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Use a range of chromatography software (e.g., Chem station and Chromeleon) and equipment, specifically High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), to carry out quality control testing and sample analysis
- Generate and process HPLC data to generate certificates of analysis for raw materials and finished products
- Responsible for the entire analytical process, from sample preparation through data analysis using state-of-the-art analytical equipment such as HPLC.
- Analyze, evaluate, and approve the results of QC samples and raw material (e.g. cannabis concentrates and distillates) prior to use in production.
- Follow proper chain of custody procedures (documentation and security) for supplies, ingredients, and analytical samples.
- Maintain laboratory supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipating needed supplies
- Ensure proper chemical storage and handling
- Ensure all science, R&D and applicable notes are recorded in company approved notebooks or LIMS
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Attend local, online, out-of-state and extracurricular training of new procedures and equipment as needed

The Role
The Labor Specialist is a newly created role to support our internal labor relations function. You will have responsibility for contract administration, delivering labor related training modules, performing risk assessments, critical response, and project management for a fast-paced, energetic cannabis company. This individual will report directly to the Labor Counsel and will partner with the Retail, CPG (manufacturing/wholesale) and HR teams to ensure a positive employee relations environment. - Thought partner with Labor Counsel on metric driven strategies to support GTI's nationwide expansion
- Negotiate as 2nd chair for 1st time contracts and contract renewals
- Development and refinement of training modules and presentations for best practices related to employee engagement and employee relations
- Execute and lead internal business partners in response to legal filings
- Ensure compliance with National Labor Relations Act and other applicable laws
- Key collaborator with People Management and Employee Relations to implement and maintain proactive, positive employee relations initiatives to reduce risk

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Technical

5. As assigned, ensures maintenance, review of records and recommendations for upgrades for instruments are performed.

Works with Information Technology department to ensure computer file maintenance for relevant assays is correct and up to date. Develops new procedures and special reports as needed.
7. Successfully performs appropriate tests in the section as required based on company need.
8. Actively participate in the technical workgroup and communication of changes.
9. As assigned, performs cost accounting exercises for testing.
B. Quality Assurance / Quality Control
1. Responsible for Quality Control (QC) for assigned section. Reviews monthly QC and LIMS reports, summarizes data, monitors for trends, looks for problems, makes recommendations to laboratory management based on results of analysis.
2. Leads and/or participates in quality initiatives for section assuring compliance with the provisions of regulatory agencies.
3. As assigned, recommends, develops, monitors and reports on Quality Assurance (QA) standards and objectives.
4. Serves as a resource and advisor for QA/QC problem situations; works to resolve situations as they occur.
5. As assigned, facilitates and/or participates in Quality Management Teams.
C. Compliance

Develops, implements, and oversees a SCF proficiency testing program. Is a specialist Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) and CRA point of contact with industry and other government agencies regarding all matters related to SCFs. Conducts in-depth, on-site, inspections, and investigations related to SCFs of their assigned facilities. Conduct field investigations, investigative conferences, and interviews with involved parties and potential witnesses. Role Summary
The Laboratory Technician/Testing Specialist supports the commercial production of cannabis consumer packaged goods by preparing samples and analyzing, interpreting, and recording analytical data in a timely fashion. Using a range of software, techniques, and instrumentation, the Lab Tech will conduct analyses, including HPLC, of raw materials and finished products to generate Certificates of Analysis in accordance with the BellRock HPLC analytical program.
Key Responsibilities
- Use a range of chromatography software (e.g., Chem station and Chromeleon) and equipment, specifically High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), to carry out quality control testing and sample analysis
- Generate and process HPLC data to generate certificates of analysis for raw materials and finished products
- Responsible for the entire analytical process, from sample preparation through data analysis using state-of-the-art analytical equipment such as HPLC.
- Analyze, evaluate, and approve the results of QC samples and raw material (e.g. cannabis concentrates and distillates) prior to use in production.
- Follow proper chain of custody procedures (documentation and security) for supplies, ingredients, and analytical samples.
- Maintain laboratory supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipating needed supplies
- Ensure proper chemical storage and handling
- Ensure all science, R&D and applicable notes are recorded in company approved notebooks or LIMS

The K-Lab Production Specialist is responsible for multifunctional support of production and packaging of our infused products. The K-Lab Production Specialist completes tasks assigned by the K-Lab Manager. Day-to-day tasks include prepping, cleaning, cooking, labeling, and operating production and packaging machinery.
Responsibilities
- Complete simple math computations, accurately follow and understand recipes, and execute large-scale production of various cannabis-infused edibles
- Operate kitchen equipment such as scales, mixers, cooktops, commercial ovens, packaging and sealing equipment, etc.
- Must have high attention to detail when creating, packaging, and labeling product is required
- Maintain standards of sanitation, kitchen hygiene, and food service safety techniques in order to follow proper health department rules and regulations, FTLOC’s HACCP plan, and regulatory sanitation and safety procedures
- Clean food preparation and production areas as required
- Ensure all kitchen utensils and containers are washed and put back in proper storage area
- Understand basic MRA rules and requirements for testing, packaging, labeling, and shipping
- Properly follow and record operational procedures to comply with METRC requirements and FTLOC’s SOPs
- Communicate with inventory team for METRC compliance and labeling of all steps of edible production, from raw THC material to finished product
- Consistently create and ensure high-quality product
- Assist in other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications

Schedule for this position is Tuesday-Saturday.

The K-Lab Production Specialist is responsible for multifunctional support of production and packaging of our infused products. The K-Lab Production Specialist completes tasks assigned by the K-Lab Manager. Day-to-day tasks include prepping, cleaning, cooking, labeling, and operating production and packaging machinery.
Responsibilities
- Complete simple math computations, accurately follow and understand recipes, and execute large-scale production of various cannabis-infused edibles
- Operate kitchen equipment such as scales, mixers, cooktops, commercial ovens, packaging and sealing equipment, etc.
- Must have high attention to detail when creating, packaging, and labeling product is required
- Maintain standards of sanitation, kitchen hygiene, and food service safety techniques in order to follow proper health department rules and regulations, FTLOC’s HACCP plan, and regulatory sanitation and safety procedures
- Clean food preparation and production areas as required
- Ensure all kitchen utensils and containers are washed and put back in proper storage area
- Understand basic MRA rules and requirements for testing, packaging, labeling, and shipping
- Properly follow and record operational procedures to comply with METRC requirements and FTLOC’s SOPs

Job Summary:
The Lab Specialist is responsible for the daily extraction and refinement of cannabis and the production of concentrate products, including shatters, raw wax, vapes, and RSO.

The Lab Inventory Specialist is an administrative position reporting to the Inventory Manager. The specialist is responsible for tracking and converting inventory from plant harvest through the production of concentration to finished packaged goods. This role is also responsible for maintaining control of lab inventory within our tracking systems and for helping ensure we remain in compliance with AZDHS. The Inventory Specialist within the lab will be focused on compliance and adherence to state regulations as well as ensuring tracking of variance, material loss and yields is done accurately and in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adherence to all SOPs in all activities
- Oversight of medicated Lab inventory to ensure tracking and traceability
- Monitors and records raw materials and yields from those materials
- Organizes and stores finished goods produced by the lab
- Reconciles, daily, Inventory Software with Physical Inventory with the ability to describe any discrepancies in full detail.
- Checks lab testing batch numbers as they are sent to the testing lab to ensure continuity

POSITION: Packaging/Labeling Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION

OVERVIEW
o We are seeking a hard-working, self-motivated, and accountable worker to join our Packaging/labeling team. On the packaging side, the specialist is responsible for bringing finished products to their workstation, placing the product in correct quantities in their tins, or placing product into foam insert and fitting the insert into the designated Loctin.
o Once packaging is completed the specialist must then place the lapband stickers around/over the LocTin placing the finished product in a straight wall container to be stored in the vault.
o Upon receiving purchase order, the specialist will place METRC sticker on the back of the LocTin and prepare shipment for delivery.
o They will also be responsible for working in the kitchen, popping gummies out their molds to be packaged into plastic sleeves.
o They will weigh/pulverize flower and make kief to create pre-rolled cones.
o They will be responsible for capping our CO2 Extract Cartridges and Solventless Rosin Cartridges (cured/live), followed by placing them in their foam insert in the LocTin.
o They will be responsible for weighing our Rosin Badder/Jam grams, followed by placing the thick-walled container into the LocTin
o They will be responsible for weighing Flower into ½ lb and 1 lb increments using a certified scale.
o When there is down time or when needed they will assist the trim team to trim flower to keep up with production.

The Laboratory Specialist will execute a variety of laboratory and manufacturing tasks under the direction and supervision of the Laboratory Manager. They will be responsible for assisting in product processing and formulation. What will you do?
As an Environmental & Cannabis Laboratory Assessor, you will perform the following duties:

Perform microbiology, chemistry, and quality systems assessments of environmental and Cannabis testing laboratories to determine compliance with the TNI Standard as implemented through ORELAP, federal, state, and local rules and regulations pertaining to environmental laboratories.

Perform document reviews of environmental laboratory testing methods, analyze data records and quality system documentation to determine compliance with the TNI Standard as implemented through ORELAP, federal, state, and local rules and regulations.

Assign the severity of laboratory deficiencies cited and monitor corrective actions that are implemented to settle instances of non-compliance.

Develop program goals, objectives, and action plans with program staff and inter-agency partners.

Participate in the national TNI consensus standards development.

Formulate ORELAP policies and procedures that reflect the TNI Standards.

Laboratories that are assessed may be in or out-of-state and often require overnight travel.

Minimum Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in chemistry or microbiology or a related natural science degree AND three years of experience in an environmental or cannabis laboratory or a related facility that included compliance testing;

OVERVIEW
o We are seeking a hard-working, self-motivated, and accountable worker to join our Packaging/labeling team. On the packaging side, the specialist is responsible for bringing finished products to their workstation, placing the product in correct quantities in their tins, or placing product into foam insert and fitting the insert into the designated Loctin.
o Once packaging is completed the specialist must then place the lapband stickers around/over the LocTin placing the finished product in a straight wall container to be stored in the vault.
o Upon receiving purchase order, the specialist will place METRC sticker on the back of the LocTin and prepare shipment for delivery.
o They will also be responsible for working in the kitchen, popping gummies out their molds to be packaged into plastic sleeves.
o They will weigh/pulverize flower and make kief to create pre-rolled cones.
o They will be responsible for capping our CO2 Extract Cartridges and Solventless Rosin Cartridges (cured/live), followed by placing them in their foam insert in the LocTin.
o They will be responsible for weighing our Rosin Badder/Jam grams, followed by placing the thick-walled container into the LocTin
o They will be responsible for weighing Flower into ½ lb and 1 lb increments using a certified scale.
o When there is down time or when needed they will assist the trim team to trim flower to keep up with production.
DUTIES

REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE
· At least 2+ years’ experience in a production warehouse setting
· At least 1+ years’ experience in Recreational Cannabis Industry

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Laboratory Production Specialist is primarily responsible for performing general laboratory duties related to the extraction and production of cannabis products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist extractor by prepping extraction runs
- Assist packaging team in all areas to include weighing (gramming), labeling, and filling carts
- Ensure quality by checking information when creating travel sheets and filling out logs
- Assisting extractor with post processing oil into final products
- Quality control that batch labels match COA
- Follow best practice extraction techniques that align with gLeaf SOP’s
- Quality control that shipping box has correct number of units and everything is labeled, tampered, and homogenous from batch to batch
- Prepping socks for extraction machine
- Post processing on concentrates
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations
- Work closely with Label Supervisor to support production teams in processing the highest quality MIP Products
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in order to improve and promote quality, striving to increase productivity
- Creation of PDFs for labels with a heavy focus on compliance QC
- Works closely with the Production/ Processing dept, and Fresh Pack/ Joint Team members to communicate when PDFs are completed and ready for print
- Adhere to MIP Quality Guidelines to ensure the accuracy of all labels
- Verifies all QC / Compliance checkpoints are met throughout shift
- Maintains time and attendance and all other conduct related requirements at all times

- Responsible for maintaining operational flow of projects by prioritizing PDF/label needs

Who are we?
The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) is the agency responsible for regulating the sale and service of alcoholic beverages in Oregon by administering the state’s Liquor Control Act and regulating the sale of recreational marijuana in Oregon through the Control, Regulation, and Taxation of Marijuana and Industrial Hemp Act.
The agency is comprised of three major operational programs; the Distilled Spirits Program, the Recreational Marijuana Program, and the Public Safety Program. All three programs are supported by the Administration, Financial Services, and Support Services divisions. Revenue generated from these programs helps support state and local government programs.
This position resides within the Policy, Analytics, Communication and Education (PACE) Program.
What will you do?
This position provides administrative support to the packaging and labeling program. The Packaging and Labeling Support Specialist assists with day-to-day program operations, including interpreting, negotiating, and resolving packaging and labeling compliance issues; developing long-term goals related to the packaging and labeling program; and monitoring, auditing, and evaluating program effectiveness. This position also monitors communications from licensees and the public. These duties require extensive knowledge of the statutes, rules, and policies related to the OLCC’s cannabis packaging and labeling program.
What are some of the supporting duties?
- Maintain various public-facing aspects of the packaging and labeling program, including lists and guides.
- Provide operational support to the Packaging and Labeling Specialist depending on needs of the program.
- Assess needs of assigned program area and prepare recommendations regarding training needs or changes to policies and procedures.
- Monitor packaging and labeling email and voicemail and provide information and direction to OLCC staff and licensees.
- In consultation with Packaging and Labeling Specialist, negotiate with OLCC licensees to resolve issues.
- Research information and respond to inquiries from OLCC staff, licensees, and the general public.
- Develop methods to track and organize various aspects of the packaging and labeling program.
- Analyze data to make recommendations on program improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Laboratory Specialist will execute a variety of laboratory and manufacturing tasks under the direction and supervision of the Laboratory Manager. They will be responsible for assisting in product processing and formulation. They complete tasks assigned by the Lab Manager to operate lab equipment, monitor and maintain cleanliness and efficiency, and drive quality control while always being compliant. This individual must be able to multitask, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to changing priorities and tasks as needed. OVERVIEW
o We are seeking a hard-working, self-motivated, and accountable worker to join our Packaging/labeling team. On the packaging side, the specialist is responsible for bringing finished products to their workstation, placing the product in correct quantities in their tins, or placing product into foam insert and fitting the insert into the designated Loctin.
o Once packaging is completed the specialist must then place the lapband stickers around/over the LocTin placing the finished product in a straight wall container to be stored in the vault.
o Upon receiving purchase order, the specialist will place METRC sticker on the back of the LocTin and prepare shipment for delivery.
o They will also be responsible for working in the kitchen, popping gummies out their molds to be packaged into plastic sleeves.
o They will weigh/pulverize flower and make kief to create pre-rolled cones.
o They will be responsible for capping our CO2 Extract Cartridges and Solventless Rosin Cartridges (cured/live), followed by placing them in their foam insert in the LocTin.
o They will be responsible for weighing our Rosin Badder/Jam grams, followed by placing the thick-walled container into the LocTin
o They will be responsible for weighing Flower into ½ lb and 1 lb increments using a certified scale.
o When there is down time or when needed they will assist the trim team to trim flower to keep up with production.

OVERVIEW
o We are seeking a hard-working, self-motivated, and accountable worker to join our Packaging/labeling team. On the packaging side, the specialist is responsible for bringing finished products to their workstation, placing the product in correct quantities in their tins, or placing product into foam insert and fitting the insert into the designated Loctin.
o Once packaging is completed the specialist must then place the lapband stickers around/over the LocTin placing the finished product in a straight wall container to be stored in the vault.
o Upon receiving purchase order, the specialist will place METRC sticker on the back of the LocTin and prepare shipment for delivery.
o They will also be responsible for working in the kitchen, popping gummies out their molds to be packaged into plastic sleeves.
o They will weigh/pulverize flower and make kief to create pre-rolled cones.
o They will be responsible for capping our CO2 Extract Cartridges and Solventless Rosin Cartridges (cured/live), followed by placing them in their foam insert in the LocTin.
o They will be responsible for weighing our Rosin Badder/Jam grams, followed by placing the thick-walled container into the LocTin
o They will be responsible for weighing Flower into ½ lb and 1 lb increments using a certified scale.
o When there is down time or when needed they will assist the trim team to trim flower to keep up with production.

· Always maintain a clean and organized work environment
· Complete any daily or weekly cleaning duties
· Prior knowledge of Oregon cannabis industry, culture, policies, and state laws.
· Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements
REQUIREMENTS
· Must be at least 21 years of age
· Based in Central Oregon
· Reliable form of transportation
· Must possess OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
· Oregon Food Handlers Card
EXPERIENCE
· At least 2+ years’ experience in a production warehouse setting
· At least 1+ years’ experience in Recreational Cannabis Industry
· High School Diploma or equivalent

Our El Dorado Hills, CA facility is currently seeking a Full-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team.
As a key member of the laboratory team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
- Assisting with data reporting through comparison of multiple data sets
- Reviewing each data point for accuracy
- Uploading data into Vista’s Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
- Utilizing LIMS to create sample reports
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure sample data meets all requirements

- Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations
- Work closely with Label Supervisor to support production teams in processing the highest quality MIP Products
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in order to improve and promote quality, striving to increase productivity

OVERVIEW
o We are seeking a hard-working, self-motivated, and accountable worker to join our Packaging/labeling team. On the packaging side, the specialist is responsible for bringing finished products to their workstation, placing the product in correct quantities in their tins, or placing product into foam insert and fitting the insert into the designated Loctin.
o Once packaging is completed the specialist must then place the lapband stickers around/over the LocTin placing the finished product in a straight wall container to be stored in the vault.
o Upon receiving purchase order, the specialist will place METRC sticker on the back of the LocTin and prepare shipment for delivery.
o They will also be responsible for working in the kitchen, popping gummies out their molds to be packaged into plastic sleeves.
o They will weigh/pulverize flower and make kief to create pre-rolled cones.
o They will be responsible for capping our CO2 Extract Cartridges and Solventless Rosin Cartridges (cured/live), followed by placing them in their foam insert in the LocTin.
o They will be responsible for weighing our Rosin Badder/Jam grams, followed by placing the thick-walled container into the LocTin
o They will be responsible for weighing Flower into ½ lb and 1 lb increments using a certified scale.
o When there is down time or when needed they will assist the trim team to trim flower to keep up with production.

Position: The Seasonal Administrative Specialist is responsible for assisting the growth and success of the business by providing a wide range of services supporting the hemp season such as scheduling management, logistics management, customer service via phone, email, document review, inventory control, data tracking, payments, new client prospecting, among other administrative tasks. The position requires ability to learn new material quickly, excellent customer service, keen attention to detail, ability to multi-task, ability to self-start and self-manage, ability to work under pressure and problem solve.
Essential Duties:
- Establish a working knowledge of ODA pre-harvest hemp compliance sampling and testing requirements
- Appointment scheduling
- Route management
- Manage phone calls
- Manage emails
- Perform data tracking via Excel
- Review required paperwork for completeness
- New client prospecting calls
- Customer service
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
- Ability to produce quality work in a timely and efficient manner

Position will work Monday - Friday on the the day shift, with hours that will vary based upon customer need. Position will require driving a vehicle to pick up samples with variable travel routes and travel durations depending upon the client location.
Reporting to the Laboratory Manager, the Selection Specialist will ensure that all product received is managed through the sampling process efficiently and accurately to allow testing to be done by the laboratory.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive a vehicle to pick up and return to the laboratory samples from clients
- Receive/check new sample deliveries
- Label and weigh samples
- Log samples into the database
- Maintain complete and accurate records
