Position Summary: Creates and updates compliance labeling documentation and product information that meets State guidelines for Supply Chain. Generates potency for Primary Panel and Informational Panel for medical/recreational products in order to optimize consumer safety and minimize product liability risk.
Works internally with R&D, Regulatory, MTRC, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality and other internal functional areas to ensure timely Regulatory and Quality compliance, and to support business objectives as required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supports processes by which regulatory notifications are reviewed, finalized, and signed-off
- Able to proofread a variety of labeling for spelling, grammar, design and format consistency ability to pay close
attention to detail
- Adheres to the use of templates provided by Marketing team
- Collaborates with cross fictional teams as liaisons on submission and implementation strategy for labeling
- Works with Chief Compliance to meet labeling regulatory compliance. This includes reviewing documentation to
substantiate labeling accuracy
- Communicate cross functionally regarding current and emerging potency labeling issues and opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current Cannabis labeling & nutrition regulations
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and standards (including County, State CDPH, OSHA, EPA, etc.)
- Print one-off and inspect all labels for manufacturing and packaging departments.
- Use bar code scanner when barcode is available
- Reviewed vendor and manufacturer's Certificate of analysis to ensure they met specification prior to in house &
third-party testing

Vape technicians are responsible for the safe operation of vape filler machine and assembly. Must be able to properly use hand tools, adhesives and other products to accurately assemble and protect inventory. Assemblers keep a clean work area and observe all company safety standards.

· Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.

The Distillation Tech will familiarize and master all SOP’s, Troubleshooting, Safety Protocols, and Operating Procedures while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operating on your own with material that will be turned to oil.
- Logging all VOC and Processing log’s information on a per run list.
- Assisting junior techs with tasks for their shift.
- Relaying finished goods to the Team Lead for data entry.
- Ability to learn more advanced techniques and keep up current trends in processing
- Studying the operating manuals for each applicable extraction machine
- Reporting all quality control issues in input material to the Extractor they will be accompanied by.

Quality Control Technician should have professional approach regarding the quality assurance procedures & ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
This individual should also possess skills of the professional documentation for the process of Quality Control. Using data to substantiate decision-making. Carrying out functional testing on flower.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain and update Hold Log
- Performing raw material testing such as but not limited to organoleptic, Identity (FTIR), & taste tests when needed

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assign SOP numbers for tracking purposes, ensure INDUS format is followed, finalize and distribute new documents to INDUS users. Task includes maintaining Register of existing SOPs, informing users of annual review and creating binders with current SOPs.
- Maintain training records for GMP personnel. Communicate of new documents and annual GMP training.
- Conduct thorough and detailed quality audits of lines to ensure products meet established quality standards.

The Machine Processor is responsible for handling post-harvest bucking and trimming. The individual shall be responsible for maintenance of all processing equipment and the ongoing operation of all post-harvest processing. The duties shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Maintain the machine trimmers and buckers in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts for the equipment.
- Run the Processing machines for every strain as needed to maximize quality and quantity parameters.
- Maintain a log for each strain's machine settings.
- Keep record of all input and output weights per shift and communicate batch ids to Metrc Lead
- Coordinate with General Manager and Inventory manager on equipment performance, product quality and yield efficiency.
- Train support team on equipment operating and cleaning procedures.
- Additional tasks as directed by the Management team.

- Ensure plants are processed in a quick and efficient manner, while ensuring high quality product standards

POSITION SUMMARY:
Extraction Technician will be responsible for efficient production and yield results in quantity and quality of extracted or processed oil(s) from their assigned BHO & Post-Processing extraction process(es) and techniques/methodologies. Technician shall take pride of ownership of the workspace, equipment, tools and supplies and is responsible for preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenances, making sure essential tools, spare parts and supplies are always on-hand and available to minimize downtime on production.

· Responsible for operating Extraction Tek Solutions MEP extraction machine to achieve maximized and efficient production on a daily basis, according to production schedule as directed by Assistant GM or GM

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

· Appetite to gain thorough understanding of extracted and distilled oils and production techniques is a must, with obsession over maximizing yield, machine production efficiency and quality of output.
· High School Diploma – BS strongly preferred

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Accounts Payable Lead position manages all activities in the accounts payable function: Ensures timely notification of payments of vendor invoices and expenses. Maintains accurate records & control reports to ensure accounts payable ledger is accurate. Provides applicable accounting reports for review and approval

Accounts Payable Lead is responsible for ensuring daily processing of payables, vendor payments. As an Accounts Payable Lead addressing any AP related issues with professionalism is a major part of the role. Fostering effective work relationships with vendors as well as internal partners including Accounts Receivable, Contractors, Sales, Distribution, and Operations is also essential role of the Accounts Payable Lead. Training and facilitating payroll and expense payment disbursements as needed. Must maintain and ensure discretion in handling employee’s sensitive confidential information. Duties include but not limited to:
:
· Manage daily Accounts Payable operation functions, including but not limited to, coordinating workflow among staff, payment processing review and controls.
· Monitor, populate and reconcile month - end schedules for prepaid, accounts payable, cash, petty cash, PO received not invoice and provide accrual for month – end.
· Ensure proper Cash Handling of disbursements and deposits
· Aid Finance and Accounts Payable Team with all things Accounts Payable
· Prepare check batches and any other necessary check request . Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly
· Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
· Acts as a liaison between the company, government and external accountants to meet information needs and to ensure that proper information is maintained for historical purposes.
· Assist internal and external auditors on accounts payable operational reviews and audits
· Provide support to management to ensure timely and accurate monthly close. Monitor and maintain the monthly accounts payable related account certification process
· Process Annual 1099
· Be the leader in all new vendor setups, maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries and 8300 forms as needed
· Manage company Fleet
· Ensure compliance of all work-related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner.
· AR Lead will be required to manage a staff of 1 or 3 and prepare, conduct performance reviews on AP staff
· Follow established company policies and those outlined in the employee handbook
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Must have exceptional financial, analytical and organizational skills and be accountable for cash handling and meeting mutually agreed upon deadlines.
- Proficient with using Excel and other MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience with Great Plains and Expensify preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older and consent to undergo background check
- Strong understanding of Accounting software and ability to research discrepancies and solve problems
- Demonstrate an ability to work independently and with a team in fast-paced, high-volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
