The Brand Representative is the face and voice of our brand. We provide potent and consistent cannabis products to consumers. Customers enjoy, trust, and proudly consume our products for their physical, mental, and relaxation needs. We believe in honesty, transparency, and providing effective, quality products. As a Brand Representative, the employee’s role will be key in helping increase brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various channels. Employee will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to achieve marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events.
Essential Functions:
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Maintain the company-issued calendar current at all times.
- Post all events to the Brand Representative shared calendar.
- Educate customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate complaints to the Marketing department.
- Track customer preferences, metrics, and promotional campaigns. Ordering and tracking of promotional inventory.
- Represent the company at dispensaries, product launches, and events. Brainstorm ideas and participate in training and workshops.

A minimum of 2 years of customer service required.
- A minimum of 2 years of accurate money handling, data entry and inventory skills needed.
- A minimum of 1year retail sales
- Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to attain and maintain a marijuana Dispensary Agent Card
- Understand in a demonstrative way a minimum education of 12th grade math.
- Understand weights and measurements.
- Excellent English communication skills both oral and in writing.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office excel, word and outlook required.
- Great organizational capability, high standards of business and personal ethical conduct, takes initiative and self-directed, compassionate, kind, accommodating, patient.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently but understands the value of collaboration.
