PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Full Job Description
The HVAC Technician will have installation, troubleshooting, repair, and service experience in a Commercial or industrial Setting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for the facilities HVAC systems. Over 200 DX, VFR, and Split unit systems throughout the facility to maintain Temperature and RH control.
- Propane equipment knowledge, operation, repair and maintenance a plus.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems as required to maintain efficient operation throughout the facility following manufactures recommendations.
- Work with Facility Manager to assure equipment has proper preventive maintenance schedule and tasks as outlined by the equipment manufacturer to assure a proactive preventative/predictive maintenance program.
- Work with Facility Manager to assure HVAC equipment is maintained with proper maintenance schedules and all service agreements are kept up to date and assist with scheduling all repairs, maintenance, and improvements.
- Understanding of how to interpret various technical data, how to check refrigerant gas levels using HVAC gauge set, utilize electrical test equipment to troubleshoot and replace circuits and components. Understanding of dehumidification is a plus.
- Provide input to the Management Team, as appropriate, in the planning, coordinating, and managing of all HVAC projects.
- Work with Cultivation, Lab, and Operations Management to assure that facilities are maintained to specified standards to assure our high levels of operation and maintain the required levels of environment in our facility.
- Work with the Facilities Manager and Director of Compliance to assure accurate and legally compliant OSHA record keeping and reporting and adherence to all state and federal regulations, as appropriate.

· 3 Years on hand HVAC Experience· Maintains Log as required by Facilities Manager.

The Delivery Transport Driver is responsible for the safe, accurate and timely delivery of medical cannabis products to and from grows and dispensaries. The Delivery Transport Driver is to effectively lead by example and duties are in accordance with all delivery drivers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and enforce standard delivery operating procedures
- Manage maintenance, state inspections and repairs of vehicle fleet
- Inspect all delivery orders for accuracy
- Ensure transports are safely loaded and unloaded daily
- Track routes and driving habits of all delivery staff using transportation tracking system
- Maintain timely communication regarding deliveries, manifests, questions, and product returns
- Maintain, adapt, and improve upon delivery times and schedules to maximize resources and minimize cost
- Maintain accurate and compliant internal records; including schedules, invoices, manifests, vehicle information, and returns
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of inventory using inventory tracking system
- Participate in inventory audits
- Coordinate and participate in communication between departments regarding movement of inventory, returns, and deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service to each vendor
- Track movement of finished packaged cannabis products through completion of delivery
- Responsible for delivery sales and refunds processed through the POS system
- Other duties as assigned

Purpose
The Second Shift Extraction Tech is responsible for taking product and using company methods and procedures to extract cannabis oils to be produced into our concentrate line. All policies and standard operating procedures must be followed at all times to ensure the safety of all employees. The Extraction Tech is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.
This Second Shift will be scheduled for Thursdays through Sundays from 7:00 AM through 5:45 PM. Thursdays will involve working with the First Shift as a large team. During these days, Second Shift Extractions Technicians will be empowered to learn additional skills as well as communicate with First Shift to ensure both shifts are working together to achieve overall goals for the Extractions team. Days that the Second Shift are working alone, the Second Shift Extraction Technicians will be reporting directly to the Second Shift Supervisor. All the Second Shift Extractions employees will be encouraged to reach out to Management via phone or email to communicate any issues that arise. The Second Shift Extraction Technicians will also be empowered to assist other MIP teams (such as Packaging and Kitchen) with any duties needed during slower Extraction production times.
Essential Duties
Procedures
- Produce shatter, wax, decarbed oil, and Distillate for edibles and topicals according to company procedure and quality.
- Record all extraction data using the Extraction Hash Counters.
Work Environment
- Adhere to all work safety requirements including but not limited to lifting, bending, and move up and down ladders throughout shift.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance on work surfaces, tools and related equipment to ensure the MIP is well maintained.
- Keep doors closed when not in use.
- Wear PPE/protective clothing when working with plants solvent and Hash Oil.
- Before exiting the facility remove protective clothing and ensure that there is no cannabis on your personal clothing, shoes, or hair.
Equipment and Safety
- Operate ETS equipment and LSE equipment safely according to company procedures to produce end product for our infused line.
- Perform daily safety checks and preventative maintenance.
- Participate in weekly safety meetings to stay up to date on all Safety Rules.
- Ensure health and safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Employee will be expected to perform a successful respirator fit test once onboarded to the Extractions department. Respirator fit test recertifications will be performed on a yearly basis and must be passed each year in order for the employee to maintain their position within Extractions.

Extraction Manager
The Extraction Manager manages and directs all Pennsylvania extraction, refinement, formulation, and product production. The Manager leads a team of 8-12 direct reports to consistently produce high-quality concentrates and formulated products.
Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure the safe, accurate, and timely production of products; ensure cleanliness, safety and efficiency of the production area
- Provide consistent oversight of extraction, refinement, and formulation procedures, ensuring standardized requirements and accuracy
- Master various techniques for marijuana extraction, refinement, formulation and infusion
- Expertise in Light Hydrocarbon and/or CO2 extraction methods, as well as, the purification, separation and isolation of various compounds of cannabis
- Knowledge of distillation techniques
