POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking Trimmers and Packagers with a diverse set of skills. We require someone who is takes pride in their quality of work, strives to improve efficiencies and pays attention to details. Positive attitude and the ability to learn several tasks is a must.
What you will do:
- Assist in crop defoliating after harvest
- Buck & Shuck
- Trimming to brand specifications
- Apply labels
- Package products
- Seal packaging
- Assist in inventory counts
- Maintain clean work stations and participate in daily cleaning
- Follow product movement protocols
- Know and follow all cannabis regulations
Qualification:
- Cannabis occupational license in Puerto Rico
- Cannabis manufacturing certificate
- Cannabis trimming certificate - optional
- General cannabis knowledge
- Food handling certificate - optional

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with a diverse set of skills and a passion for learning. We require a confident self-starter with a positive attitude who can learn quickly and be effective in this dynamic environment.
What you will do:
- Aid order prep (paperwork, fulfillment, manifests)
- Attend to calls and provide excellent support to our customers
- Enter orders into the Leaflink system
- Become proficient in Biotrack seed-to-sale system
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment.
- Manage petty cash, receipts, filing
- Assist in weekly and monthly inventories
- Run occasional errands
- Prepare and modify documents
- Assist in weekly sales and promotions
- Organize and maintain the common areas of the office like admin area, lobby
- Contribute to setting up and improving systems as we grow
Qualification:
- Cannabis occupational license in Puerto Rico
- 1+ years of hands-on administrative support experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – Bilingual English/Spanish
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
- Good research skills and attention to detail
- Social media knowledge an asset
