PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Cultivation Technicians are responsible for the day-to-day operations within the gLeaf’s Harvest area. Cultivation Technicians must possess a driven, hardworking attitude, as this job is physically demanding. Some record keeping skill is required.

- Harvest and break down the cannabis plants

- Operate automated trimming equipment
- Label and track batches through the ETS/IMS

- Carryout various harvesting techniques in a team environment and assist other departments/associates as needed
- Propagation of the female cannabis plants through asexual reproduction (cloning).
- Labeling and tracking plants through the seed to sale tracking program
- Transplanting, pruning, and fertilizing cannabis plants with oversight from the department managers
- Demonstrating sufficient knowledge of the cannabis plant life cycle
- Cleaning and sanitizing the cultivation facility
- Training, trellising, and defoliating plants

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Dispensary Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring local and state compliance, overseeing the seed-to-sale inventory tracking system, equipment maintenance and calibration, facility safety management, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, employee compliance, preparedness for inspections, executing internal audits, training staff as required, and reporting to management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position will be responsible for the following duties and all others as assigned at a minimum of two dispensary locations
- Understanding of compliance requirements set forth by State Regulations for Dispensaries
- General understanding of: City/County Zoning and Planning, Department of Health, Local City/County Fire Department, etc.
- Track, route, and resolve problems and issues and/or redirect to the correct resources
- Ensure follow up on any redirected issues and problems
- Maintain the quality systems (QC checks and audits) within departments to ensure compliance.
- Conduct audits of all regulated materials within the facility, to include products, records, etc.
- Provide first level contact for inventory resolutions – generate incident reports when necessary
- Maintain Compliance Binder/Box of required documentation and records
- Assist with composition and submission of any reports required by the DOH accurately and on time with Compliance Manager oversight

Maintain Quality Assurance program:
- Performs documentation reviews of such documents as: SOPs, facility logs, etc.
- Implement documentation changes within the confines of their prevue
- Maintain controls for the identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention time, and disposition of compliance management system records
- Maintain compliant operation against all work instructions, requirements and SOPs
- Work with Dispensary staff and management in the collection of necessary documentation or data and maintaining records

Full Job Description
The HVAC Technician will have installation, troubleshooting, repair, and service experience in a Commercial or industrial Setting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for the facilities HVAC systems. Over 200 DX, VFR, and Split unit systems throughout the facility to maintain Temperature and RH control.
- Propane equipment knowledge, operation, repair and maintenance a plus.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems as required to maintain efficient operation throughout the facility following manufactures recommendations.
- Work with Facility Manager to assure equipment has proper preventive maintenance schedule and tasks as outlined by the equipment manufacturer to assure a proactive preventative/predictive maintenance program.
- Work with Facility Manager to assure HVAC equipment is maintained with proper maintenance schedules and all service agreements are kept up to date and assist with scheduling all repairs, maintenance, and improvements.
- Understanding of how to interpret various technical data, how to check refrigerant gas levels using HVAC gauge set, utilize electrical test equipment to troubleshoot and replace circuits and components. Understanding of dehumidification is a plus.
- Provide input to the Management Team, as appropriate, in the planning, coordinating, and managing of all HVAC projects.
- Work with Cultivation, Lab, and Operations Management to assure that facilities are maintained to specified standards to assure our high levels of operation and maintain the required levels of environment in our facility.
- Work with the Facilities Manager and Director of Compliance to assure accurate and legally compliant OSHA record keeping and reporting and adherence to all state and federal regulations, as appropriate.
Salary: Commensurate upon work experience
Experience and Skills:
· 3 Years on hand HVAC Experience· Maintains Log as required by Facilities Manager.

- Proven ability and experience in developing a strong rapport with industrial/agricultural team members.

The Laboratory Production Specialist is primarily responsible for performing general laboratory duties related to the extraction and production of cannabis products.

The Vegetation Technician will grow medical cannabis crops from planting to harvesting. The technician will use a hands-on approach and will gain valuable knowledge of cannabis genetics with the help of the leads and managers, to grow young plants for medicinal cannabis.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee cannabis crops and facilities
- Develop vegetation plans and will be assigned vegetation tasks
- Organize and document the daily process of transplanting, cloning, defoliation of plants
- Ensure that growth requirements of cannabis plants are consistently met (lighting, soil PH, nutrients, etc.)
- Help cultivate young plants from seed to flower
- Assist in cloning of plants
- Diagnose and resolve plant health issues like mold, mildew or other infestations
- Ensure legal compliance of vegetation procedures
- Work alongside the vegetation to raise adequate crops for medical cannabis harvesting
- Maintain a clean workspace for all plants and grow rooms

The Delivery Transport Driver is responsible for the safe, accurate and timely delivery of medical cannabis products to and from grows and dispensaries. The Delivery Transport Driver is to effectively lead by example and duties are in accordance with all delivery drivers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and enforce standard delivery operating procedures
- Manage maintenance, state inspections and repairs of vehicle fleet
- Inspect all delivery orders for accuracy
- Ensure transports are safely loaded and unloaded daily
- Track routes and driving habits of all delivery staff using transportation tracking system
- Maintain timely communication regarding deliveries, manifests, questions, and product returns
- Maintain, adapt, and improve upon delivery times and schedules to maximize resources and minimize cost
- Maintain accurate and compliant internal records; including schedules, invoices, manifests, vehicle information, and returns
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of inventory using inventory tracking system
- Participate in inventory audits
- Coordinate and participate in communication between departments regarding movement of inventory, returns, and deliveries

The Cultivation Assistant Manager is responsible for efficiently managing all gardening processes of all medical cannabis strains and for working with the Cultivation Manager to carry out the orders made by the executive team.
Provides direct supervision for harvest and garden technicians, including schedules, training, policy and procedure updates, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead and manage the daily activities of the cultivation staff
- Assign schedules to cultivation staff to ensure adequate coverage for an efficient workflow
- Regularly maneuver personnel within the department to accomplish tasks based on priority
- Train and develop department personnel to acceptable levels
- Manage and monitor all cultivation processes and nutrient levels
- Ensure the accuracy of all weights and measurements of product
- Track and record strain and volume of product for each test
- Maintain mother/clone rooms to ensure flower grows at an appropriate rate
- Closely monitor dry rooms to ensure product is dry and ready for the curing process
- Create lab testing samples
- Schedule and coordinate with testing laboratories
- Provide all trim to correct department for processing
- Ensure batches are manicured properly
- Ensure packaging department is always stocked with packageable product
- Coordinate with Packaging Manager to determine manicuring schedule of each strain
