This position directly contributes to the sales and revenue of Grow Sciences through the development of dispensary relationships. Wholesale Representatives are ambassadors and a face of the company, working to spread our passion for the plant through the sharing of knowledge and also ensuring dispensaries and consumers alike have the best possible experience when using products. This position works closely with our partners to ensure that the brand is well represented throughout the state of Arizona.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years industry sales experience.
- Robust knowledge of all cannabis products, how they’re made, how they’re consumed, and how they’re priced.
- Can demonstrate fluency in selling, negotiating, navigating objections and building incredible relationships as a trusted advisor. You find value in building and maintaining your network.
- Active drivers license and clean driving record. On the road delivering and meeting up to 50% of the time.
- Delightful personality and team oriented.
- Flexible schedule (some weekends required for vendor events / special delivery circumstances).
- Good computer skills, with a high comfort level learning new software and tools (includes Google Suite, LeafLink, BioTrack).
- Capable of building reports from raw data. Capable of providing analysis with said reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will be the primary point of contact for dispensaries to purchase Grow Sciences products, answer questions, create solutions, and resolve any issues that surface.
- On a per store basis: monitor weekly throughput, recommend product mix and allocation that aligns with our available SKUs and our revenue goals; identify trends and customer behaviors; grow per-store sales.
- Help monitor and maintain dispensary inventory of GS product to ensure product is sold before losing freshness. Includes checking in at deliveries, events and drop ins.
- Be a delivery driver for the stores you manage.
- Strong focus on compliance, including proper invoicing, trip planning, certificates of analysis for each SKU, payment records and more.
- Develop and maintain existing relationships with dispensary staff - we want to be on a first name basis with budtenders, managers, intake/inventory staff, front desk, etc.
- Participate in store events and store education sessions in pursuit of maintaining strong relationships that allow you to understand the nuances at each store.
- Communicate feedback on GS products and performance for improvement from dispensary staff, social media, etc.
- Partner directly with Marketing to help coordinate new product drops with dispensaries, ensuring drops are properly advertised via text drop/social media, and to help move products that may be moving slow.
- Assist in regular competitive market analysis to ensure GS stays at the top of industry standards.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules/fees, merchandising techniques, etc.

- This position has a base compensation, plus bonus when performance objectives are being met. Depending on your skill set and experience, pay is commensurate.

Inventory Specialist is an administrative position reporting to the Inventory Manager. Specialists are responsible for tracking and converting plants and inventory from clone through plant harvest and through the production of concentrates to finished packaged goods. This role is also responsible for maintaining control of inventory within our tracking systems and for helping ensure we remain in compliance with AZDHS. - Adherence to all SOPs in all activities
- Oversight of medicated inventory to ensure tracking and traceability
- Monitors and records raw materials and yields from those materials
- Organizes and stores finished goods
- Reconciles, daily, Inventory Software with Physical Inventory with the ability to describe any discrepancies in full detail.
- Checks lab testing batch numbers as they are sent to the testing lab to ensure continuity
- Checks lab test results as they return; ensures the correct information is put on the compliance labels for products

Grow Sciences warehouse and distribution team members are responsible for maintaining operation and organization of the warehouse. Including all incoming and outgoing shipments of supplies and materials. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adherence to all SOPs in all activities
- Maintaining record of incoming shipments in accordance with needs of the finance department
- Checking for receipt of goods listed with physical order at time of delivery
- Run reports for warehouse related inventory information
- Maintaining compliance with AZDHS requirements and regulations when working with medicated products
- Checking necessary documents for accuracy before delivering products to dispensaries
- File necessary documents from medicated deliveries
- Unloading, organizing and storage of non-medicated supplies

Trimmer
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Trimmer is responsible for the trimming of dried cannabis flower while complying with all state/local laws and company policy. Under the direction of the Post Production Manager, the Trimmer prepares the cannabis flower for packaging while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, quality control and professionalism. This role is responsible for evaluating and identifying any irregularities/contaminants with the material in accordance with company policy and state regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (TRIMMING)
- Prepares trimming station at the beginning of each shift for the processing of cannabis.
- Processes dried cannabis flower by carefully trimming away sugar leaves and fan leaves.
- Returns all trimmed cannabis, trim, waste and sift upon completion of each allocation to the Post Production Lead to record metrics.
- Assists with Fresh Frozen harvests.
- Ensures all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality, compliance, and successfully conforms to all state regulations, organizational standards and procedures, and security protocols.
- Works successfully in a team setting, takes instructions well, and helps on tasks as delegated by Lead or Manager.
- Manages time efficiently in order to meet productivity goals (minimum 454g per day trimmed), while consistently producing quality work at a steady pace.
- Maintains the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation inside the processing area and participates in the clean-up of equipment and the workplace at the end of every shift.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Description:
Cultivators are responsible for executing production plans in keeping with the Company’s operating procedures. Cultivators carry out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the medical Cannabis production cycle including cloning and harvesting.
Cloning: Cutting and transplanting; watering; labeling; and inventory data input. Plant care during vegetative and flowering phase: trimming, manipulating and staking; big leafing and pruning; watering; plant monitoring; inventory data input.
