JOB DESCRIPTION
· Weekday/Weekend Shift
· Full time, Part time, hourly (2 shifts)
o Monday-Friday and Saturday-Wednesday
· Starting the beginning of September 2022
OVERVIEW
o We are seeking a hard-working, self-motivated, and accountable worker to join our Packaging/labeling team. On the packaging side, the specialist is responsible for bringing finished products to their workstation, placing the product in correct quantities in their tins, or placing product into foam insert and fitting the insert into the designated Loctin.
o Once packaging is completed the specialist must then place the lapband stickers around/over the LocTin placing the finished product in a straight wall container to be stored in the vault.
o Upon receiving purchase order, the specialist will place METRC sticker on the back of the LocTin and prepare shipment for delivery.
o They will also be responsible for working in the kitchen, popping gummies out their molds to be packaged into plastic sleeves.
o They will weigh/pulverize flower and make kief to create pre-rolled cones.
o They will be responsible for capping our CO2 Extract Cartridges and Solventless Rosin Cartridges (cured/live), followed by placing them in their foam insert in the LocTin.
o They will be responsible for weighing our Rosin Badder/Jam grams, followed by placing the thick-walled container into the LocTin
o They will be responsible for weighing Flower into ½ lb and 1 lb increments using a certified scale.
o When there is down time or when needed they will assist the trim team to trim flower to keep up with production.

A Cultivation Specialist is responsible for the assistance of the company’s overall cultivation for every stage of the plant’s life cycle. OVERVIEW
o We are seeking a hard-working, self-motivated, and accountable worker to join our Solventless team.
o The Lab Technician should know about Solventless extraction techniques and possess strong laboratory skills. They must be able to work quickly while maintaining the integrity of the product and follow all safety procedures when handling hazardous materials.
o The Lab Technician must be able to work independently when performing extractions and within a team when working with other lab employees and the Packaging/Labeling team
o The Lab Technician will assist the Head of Solventless with daily tasks, facilitating the extraction and processing of fresh frozen plant materials. They will also maintain, routine cleaning of the laboratory along with monitoring and maintain stock inventory levels.
o This position will perform other duties in the Lab as assigned to help maintain a reliable, high quality product line consistent with Highland Provisions Standard Operating Procedures.
o During down time, the Lab Technician will assist the Packaging/Labeling team with preparation for Rosin/Cartridge products, along with filling/capping Rosin Cartridges and gramming out Rosin.
DUTIES
· Execute washing of whole plant fresh frozen material.
· Perform Proper Preparation of:
o Bubble Hash to be pressed into Rosin.
o Rosin to be whipped into Badder, or oven cure for Budder and Jam.
· Properly Cure Badder (Cold Cure), Budder/Jam (Oven Cure) in preparation for market.
· Ability to clean wash bags and tools.
· Able to perform at a fast pace, meeting daily quota requirements
· Ensure all finished product leaving the lab for packaging/labeling meets Highland standards.
· Assist with the daily operation and sanitation of Cannabis Extraction Equipment in accordance to state and company standards.

· Properly Cure Badder (Cold Cure), Budder/Jam (Oven Cure) in preparation for market.
· Ability to clean wash bags and tools.
· Able to perform at a fast pace, meeting daily quota requirements
· Ensure all finished product leaving the lab for packaging/labeling meets Highland standards.

OVERVIEW
o We are seeking a hard-working, self-motivated, and accountable worker to join our Packaging/labeling team. On the packaging side, the specialist is responsible for bringing finished products to their workstation, placing the product in correct quantities in their tins, or placing product into foam insert and fitting the insert into the designated Loctin.
o Once packaging is completed the specialist must then place the lapband stickers around/over the LocTin placing the finished product in a straight wall container to be stored in the vault.
o Upon receiving purchase order, the specialist will place METRC sticker on the back of the LocTin and prepare shipment for delivery.
o They will also be responsible for working in the kitchen, popping gummies out their molds to be packaged into plastic sleeves.
o They will weigh/pulverize flower and make kief to create pre-rolled cones.
o They will be responsible for capping our CO2 Extract Cartridges and Solventless Rosin Cartridges (cured/live), followed by placing them in their foam insert in the LocTin.
o They will be responsible for weighing our Rosin Badder/Jam grams, followed by placing the thick-walled container into the LocTin
o They will be responsible for weighing Flower into ½ lb and 1 lb increments using a certified scale.
o When there is down time or when needed they will assist the trim team to trim flower to keep up with production.

OVERVIEW
o We are seeking a hard-working, self-motivated, and accountable worker to join our Packaging/labeling team. On the packaging side, the specialist is responsible for bringing finished products to their workstation, placing the product in correct quantities in their tins, or placing product into foam insert and fitting the insert into the designated Loctin.
o Once packaging is completed the specialist must then place the lapband stickers around/over the LocTin placing the finished product in a straight wall container to be stored in the vault.
o Upon receiving purchase order, the specialist will place METRC sticker on the back of the LocTin and prepare shipment for delivery.
o They will also be responsible for working in the kitchen, popping gummies out their molds to be packaged into plastic sleeves.
o They will weigh/pulverize flower and make kief to create pre-rolled cones.

OVERVIEW
o We are seeking a hard-working, self-motivated, and accountable worker to join our Packaging/labeling team. On the packaging side, the specialist is responsible for bringing finished products to their workstation, placing the product in correct quantities in their tins, or placing product into foam insert and fitting the insert into the designated Loctin.
o Once packaging is completed the specialist must then place the lapband stickers around/over the LocTin placing the finished product in a straight wall container to be stored in the vault.
o Upon receiving purchase order, the specialist will place METRC sticker on the back of the LocTin and prepare shipment for delivery.
o They will also be responsible for working in the kitchen, popping gummies out their molds to be packaged into plastic sleeves.
o They will weigh/pulverize flower and make kief to create pre-rolled cones.
o They will be responsible for capping our CO2 Extract Cartridges and Solventless Rosin Cartridges (cured/live), followed by placing them in their foam insert in the LocTin.

OVERVIEW
We are seeking hard-working, self-motivated and accountable workers to assist our cultivation team in harvesting and trimming of flower. Optimal applicants will have experience in all aspects of proper harvesting and trimming techniques. Applicants must also be able to adapt to various strains being trimmed while maintaining a steady pace and quality. In our facility, we adhere to mandated social distancing policies with an emphasis on cleanliness and sanitation in order to provide our team with safe work environment in these extraordinary times.
DUTIES
· De-fanning on harvest day
· Assist Cultivation team in the preparation of whole plant fresh frozen
· Assist Cultivation team in hanging flower in dry/cure room
· Assist Cultivation team in removing flower off racks to cure
· Assist Cultivation team in monitoring moisture content in curing process
· Responsible for efficiently bucking bud off stems, meticulously trimming and grading out flower
· Always striving to increase productivity
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment to minimize chances of contamination and wasted product

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Social Media Manger to join our team.
