We are looking for seasonal indoor Cultivation Techs to work at the beautiful Oregrown farm in Tumalo. - Cultivation Plant Inventory- Clones, vegetative plants, flowering plants, harvested plants, harvest totals, trim totals, test batches, packages, and all on hand inventory totals at the facility.
- Cultivation Package Creation – Both physically and in Metrc create packages from harvest batches to be used in production.
- Production Batch Creation and Test Sample Submission – Convert finished batches of concentrate from source material to production batches in Metrc and submit for the proper testing as required.
- Product Intake – Verify weights and confirm package tags match incoming manifests for both third party processing and wholesale material before accepting in Metrc.
- Metrc Audits – Perform and assist in audits of our cultivation and extract inventories to maintain compliance and report findings.
- Maintain records to keep in compliance with current regulation.

Summary:
Seeking Payroll Specialist to take over this aspect of our accounting department. We're looking for an experienced professional who understands the unique factors involved in processing payroll for multiple locations. Since we aren't a large company, however, we also need someone who can lend their skills to other tasks when the opportunity arises. You might need to assist with AR or AP, for example, or help HR on occasion. The position reports to HR Director, with a dotted line to CFO.
Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly payroll for four locations, presently split between and outside service provider and in-house QuickBooks online payroll
Maintain a high level of security and confidentially of sensitive information
Familiarize yourself and keep current with the taxation of salaries, regulations, and other factors
Process and monitor garnishment orders and other issues that impact payroll specifications
Maintain and document all payroll records
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns
Work with accounting and HR teams on other projects/tasks as needed
Qualifications and experience:
Associate's Degree in Accounting preferred
Minimum 3-5 years experience in payroll
QuickBooks online payroll system knowledge, or ability to quickly learn
