Job Summary:
The Inventory Lead provides on-site support to the warehouse and storage areas within a cannabis cultivation facility. In addition, leads will be responsible for tracking and auditing finished goods and raw materials within the facility. - Sage X3 Senior Financial Support Analyst – As a member of our Support team, these consultants will provide support to our Sage X3 customers after their initial go-live. Focusing on the financial module, they will spend approximately 75% of their time resolving business, process, and functional issues with business stakeholders. The remainder of the time will be assisting clients with smaller add-on implementations, training, or configuration changes as the clients' processes evolve. This role will require minimal travel.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: The Security Guard monitors the facility parking lot as well as the entrance and departure of members, staff, vendors, contractors, visitors, and any other persons in and out of the dispensary to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor access in and out of the dispensary, helping dispensary staff control access to the facility in accordance with State Rules and Regulations by following a strict check-in process, and actively monitoring physical security around the site
- Greets members in person or on the phone; schedules appointments; oversees member intake and renewal procedures
- Assist dispensary staff with controlling access to facility by ID examination and verification
- Assist dispensary staff in maintaining access logs of all visitors in compliance with state rules and regulations
- Conduct routine patrols and inspections of dispensary and grounds

Job Summary:
The Inventory Lead provides on-site support to the warehouse and storage areas within a cannabis cultivation facility. The Sanitation Specialist is responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of the building and carrying out sanitation, stocking, and cleaning duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean and supply designated building areas, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents and restrooms.
- Perform and document routine inspection activities.
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
- Support harvest in sanitation of gardens as needed.
- Utilize various machines and sanitation equipment such as sprayers, power mops, steam cleaners, etc.
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or repair needs.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Previous knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Must be able to operate and maintain heavy equipment and machinery in a safe manner.
- Comfortable with heights, soil and water, and tight spaces.
- Able to climb, squat, bend, twist, stand for at least 8 hours per day, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Mother Grows Best is a cannabis cultivation and processing facility in Canton, Ohio, and we are looking for a qualified Human Resources Representative to join our team! The Human Resources Representative is responsible for facilitating critical HR functions—such as onboarding, maintenance of employee records, employee and labor relations, benefits, compensation, payroll, training and development, HRIS, and compliance—within their designated cultivation, processing, and retail facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Address employee requests, questions, and concerns.
- Conduct benefits enrollment for new employees.
- Complete I-9 for new hires and maintain I-9 records.
- Assist employees with the badging process.
- Perform payroll/benefits-related reconciliations.
- Process paperwork for new hires, terminations, and other status changes.
- Assist with performance review process.
- Assist the Vice President of Human Resources with research and special projects.
- Assist with recruitment and interview process.
- Prepare correspondence.
- Conduct employee safety and onboarding.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- 2 year(s) of human resources experience required.
- Human Resource Information System (HRIS) experience required.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check.
- Must be able to register with the state’s cannabis commissions as an agent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant field preferred.

- Kronos experience preferred.
- HIPPA experience preferred.

You will provide leadership with all Quality, compliance, training and audit data and reporting.
Responsibilities include: Establishing and completing regular audits to validate the team is following SOPs and compliance related requirements. In addition, creating training programs for new employees, and regularly updating team members with any changes to SOPs or job requirements. The Cannabis industry is extremely regulated, quick and accurate information and implementation of key activities is critical in this role. This candidate must have the ability to provide feedback to team members, control and report critical information to the management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support all test procedures for state regulated labs
- Create and maintain facility Standard Operating Procedures
- Perform process and compliance audits to maintain a positive status with the MRA
- Establishing training programs and implementation of programs to team members
- Introduce and implement any new compliance regulations
- Responsible for facility calibration and accuracy
- Coordinate all facility related MRA communications with legal department
- Support all facility inspections, including follow-up and document control
- Monitor quality of product in and out of the facility
- Daily communication and coordination of efforts with local management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 21 years or older and be able to pass a background check
- Degree in Quality Assurance/Control preferred
- 3 Years experience in Quality Assurance required
- METRC experience highly preferred
- Ability to quickly learn and master new skills
- Strong math skills, proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Previous process audit experience a plus
- Detail-oriented, dependable and able to work well both alone and with others
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Employee needs to be able to walk, sit, stand, crouch and reach throughout the day
- Ability to adapt effectively with a continually changing in a demanding environment
- Must be able to demonstrate an ability and willingness to communicate effectively in order to maintain high levels of accuracy, quality and efficiency

Under the direction of the Grow Manager and Grow Supervisor, the Grow Specialist is responsible for supporting daily cannabis cultivation operations during the life stages of the plant, from vegetation to flower to harvest.

- Execute standard operating procedures (SOP) and processes accurately.
- Complete all forms and logs associated with cultivation responsibilities.
- Monitor management, fertilization, insect and disease monitoring, sanitation, and overall plant growth, health, and appearance in the grow rooms.
- Follow plant scheduling and organization to help Grow Manager accurately project all plant needs.
- Catalog and maintain organization of plants from clone-to-harvest using our logging system.
- Work within company continuous improvement system and strive to increase productivity.
- Manage their workload efficiently to meet goals and consistently produce quality product.
- Maintain up-to-date work shift responsibilities on logs and inform Grow Manager of any changes.
