WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Working closely with the Wholesale Ops Manager to evaluate process and procedure, continuously looking to identify potential improvements.
- Working in conjunction with the Wholesale Development Manager, the WAE works to meet or exceed all monthly and annual sales goals through effective partnerships, planning, lead generation and continuous improvement.
- Monitoring CCC communication in an effort to identify all new and soon to open retailers.
- Ensuring that new processes, efficiencies initiatives and improvements are executed in a timely way.
- Traveling to current and potential accounts to distribute and implement training materials and open new accounts.
- Monitoring all monthly recurring sales orders to provide guidance on potential targets as defined by our sales strategy.
- Managing internal CRM platform (Salesforce or similar platform).
- Partnering with Wholesale Inventory specialist and finance to execute Accounts Receivable collection efforts.
- Maintaining and communicating inventory levels to the sales team in order to identify menu gaps or opportunities.
- Assisting in onboarding new accounts.
- Assisting in the distribution of testing results (COA’s) to support outbound sales.
- Partnering with the Wholesale Development Manager and Marketing Team to coordinate promotional events.
- Overseeing organization and archival of all associated deal paperwork.
- Performing other duties and tasks as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING:
- Age 21 or over (Required).
- High School diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Valid Driver’s License or State-Issued Photo ID (Required).
- Must be mobile with the ability to travel in-state up to 60% of the time.
- Strong Cannabis product knowledge.

- Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical/adult use marijuana regulations.
- Safely use and store cleaning materials at all times, ensuring they are labeled correctly.
- Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, vacuuming rugs, washing walls and windows, emptying trash receptacles, replacing lining in trash cans, etc.
- Clean & service restrooms with disinfectants and other cleaning agents.
- Restock supplies throughout the facility.
- Notify Facilities Management of need for repairs.
- Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
- Operate machinery, such as the trash compactor.
- Maintain a daily task sheet to be collected and documented by the Shift Leads.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING:
- 0-2 Years of experience in Custodial and/or Environmental Services duties preferred.

In this role you will….
- Assist cultivation manager and lead cultivators with all aspects of cultivation process.
- Conduct plant maintenance on all aspects of growth cycle, including:
- Mother
- Vegetative
- Flowering
- Take-down and post-harvest
- Assist with defoliation, pruning, and up-potting.
- Conduct irrigation maintenance.
- Maintain appropriate biosecurity measures.
- Clean and sanitize workspace per Company SOPs.
- Inventory management in conjunction with other cultivation staff.
- Assist with plant movements in accordance with Company SOPs and state regulation.
Skills and experience you have...
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
- Previous experience in labor/general labor role strongly desired.
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures.
- Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale.
- Ability to complete works in a timely manner and continually strive to increase productivity.
- Ability to stand for long period of time and regularly lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work with a team as well as independently.

- Responsible for daily digital audits
- Responsible for the entire daily cannabis digital inventory data input tasks
- Responsible for fulfilling production requests, ensuring products are digitally and physically stored in compliance with state regulations
- Demonstrates efficiency and functionality through proper prioritization of shift needs, tying up end of shift workflows, creating a functional workflow, and pivoting priorities and projects to meet the business needs
- Coordinates communication to Inventory and Harvest Management

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Daily maintenance of menu decisions, product storage, intake, and continuous live tracking with internal systems.
- Provide product expertise and knowledge to PSAs and explain the potential benefits of various type products and strains of medical marijuana, as well as methods of use.
- Responsible for performing any quality control checks as directed by the Inventory Director, Supervisor, Coordinator, or Dispensary Manager.
- Responsible for accepting, tracking and processing all returns that occur at the point of sale; and daily reconciliation process.
- Accurately perform inventory management, including processing product deliveries and restocking sales stations.
- Maintain organized and consistent stocking and packaging systems for both existing and new products.
- Communicate information to dispensary operation teams regarding inventory locations and any changes throughout the day.
- Properly dispose of cannabis waste in compliance with RMD regulations
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
- Strong communication skills.
- Prior experience with Seed to Sale Systems or Virtual Gateway software.
- Demonstrated ability to address situations and problem solve.
- Must have full time open availability, every weekend availability.

We are looking for an Extraction Technician who can perform the duties below in accordance with the Company's standard operating procedures:
In this role you will….
- Preparation of biomass and equipment for extraction.
- Perform specific extraction processes and refine concentrate into desired consistency; perform distillations of extracts and solvents.
- Record data and movement within laboratory processing notebooks.
- Set up, troubleshoot and perform routine and preventative maintenance on instruments.
- Operate and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
- Take inventory of all materials including materials, supplies, consumables, spare parts for equipment etc.
- Monitor supply of goods for extraction needs, and coordinate with Lab Manager to ensure ordering is taking place.
- Work cohesively with laboratory supervisors and Chief Chemist to develop and revise SOP's.
- Actively participate in internal and external inspection and audits.
- Obtains training and certification to utilize all extraction equipment, and actively research new equipment and methods for extraction.
- Execution of laboratory operations in accordance with all written SOP's and in accordance to local and state regulations.
Skills and experience you have...
- Working knowledge of current safety protocols and experience working in a laboratory environment
- Bachelor's Degree in chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field with 1+ years of Laboratory experience preferred
- Associates degree in Chemistry, Process Technology, or related field with 3+ years of laboratory experience would also be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn variety of systems.
- Distillation experience with spinning band or short path is a plus.
- Experience working with compressed gases and with high pressure.
- Energetic team player, willing to take direction and learn new skills.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Repair and maintain Industrial HVAC, plumbing and mechanical equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operating manuals, manufacturers' specifications or supervisor s instructions, using hand and power tools, precision measuring or testing devices. Responsible for complete maintenance of area of assignment.
- Read blueprints; understand and read computerized HVAC, Electrical, plumbing system and building layouts.
- Observe and adjust a wide variety of equipment, machines and devices in operation to assure proper operation, including pumps, refrigerant recovery, engines, motors, compressors and laboratory equipment.
- Dismantle machines and devices for servicing, repair, or replacement of parts.
- Observe Parallel Policies & Procedures for daily operations and fully complies with state medical marijuana regulations at all times.
- Perform preventative maintenance and maintains a scheduled maintenance program to ensure proper facilities upkeep, including all mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure and equipment.
- Effectively using CMMS tracking systems to report receipt of maintenance needs and/or other issues.
- Respond to facility related failures or emergencies promptly and prioritizes work orders, while maintaining preventative tasks in accordance with facility needs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, preventative systems and repairs.
- Complete all required documentation for utility and facility management, follows up and evaluates effectiveness of all implemented actions to ensure that problem has been resolved effectively.
- Ensure safe work practices are implemented and consistently followed by department staff.
- Work with other departments in addressing and rectifying potentially unsafe work conditions or practices.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, fire and emergency codes, regulatory and other required regulations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Working closely with the Wholesale Ops Manager to evaluate process and procedure, continuously looking to identify potential improvements.
- Working in conjunction with the Wholesale Development Manager, the WAE works to meet or exceed all monthly and annual sales goals through effective partnerships, planning, lead generation and continuous improvement.
- Monitoring CCC communication in an effort to identify all new and soon to open retailers.
- Ensuring that new processes, efficiencies initiatives and improvements are executed in a timely way.
- Traveling to current and potential accounts to distribute and implement training materials and open new accounts.
- Monitoring all monthly recurring sales orders to provide guidance on potential targets as defined by our sales strategy.
- Managing internal CRM platform (Salesforce or similar platform).
- Partnering with Wholesale Inventory specialist and finance to execute Accounts Receivable collection efforts.
- Maintaining and communicating inventory levels to the sales team in order to identify menu gaps or opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical and adult use marijuana regulations
- Efficiently operate a dishwasher while complying with safety standards.
- Clean and dry Cultivation tools, (irrigation parts, tray plugs), etc. and Harvest tools (shears, tubs, trim bins, etc.)
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing Grow Rooms. Areas include CNV & Flower, Mezz NV & Flower.
- Dismantles, cleans, sanitizes, and reassembles machinery in production areas while following safety and security guidelines (wall & floor fans, and air filtration units).
- Responsible for collecting, weighing, shredding, and disposing of all Marijuana Waste in the facility.
- Operating machinery, such as the MJ Waste shredder.
- Communicate with Environmental Services, Cultivation, IPM & Trim staff members; ensure all equipment is clean and sanitized in a timely manner to promote an increase in efficiency, while keeping digital cleaning & sanitation logs in compliance with state regulations.
- Safely uses and stores cleaning materials at all times, ensuring they are labeled correctly.
- Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
- Knowledge of chemical use. Safety data sheets must be updated as new chemicals are being used.
- Knowledge of proper PPE practices.
- Must be able to pass a respirator fit test and wear a respirator for certain tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations
- Work closely with Label Supervisor to support production teams in processing the highest quality MIP Products
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in order to improve and promote quality, striving to increase productivity
- Creation of PDFs for labels with a heavy focus on compliance QC

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Repair and maintain Industrial HVAC, plumbing and mechanical equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operating manuals, manufacturers' specifications or supervisor s instructions, using hand and power tools, precision measuring or testing devices. Responsible for complete maintenance of area of assignment.
- Read blueprints; understand and read computerized HVAC, Electrical, plumbing system and building layouts.
- Observe and adjust a wide variety of equipment, machines and devices in operation to assure proper operation, including pumps, refrigerant recovery, engines, motors, compressors and laboratory equipment.
- Dismantle machines and devices for servicing, repair, or replacement of parts.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical/adult use marijuana regulations.
- Safely use and store cleaning materials at all times, ensuring they are labeled correctly.
- Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, vacuuming rugs, washing walls and windows, emptying trash receptacles, replacing lining in trash cans, etc.
- Clean & service restrooms with disinfectants and other cleaning agents.
- Restock supplies throughout the facility.
- Notify Facilities Management of need for repairs.
- Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
- Operate machinery, such as the trash compactor.
- Maintain a daily task sheet to be collected and documented by the Shift Leads.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING:
- 0-2 Years of experience in Custodial and/or Environmental Services duties preferred.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret directions.
- Ability to interpret and calculate dilution rates for chemicals.

We are looking for an Extraction Technician who can perform the duties below in accordance with the Company's standard operating procedures.
In this role you will….
- Preparation of biomass and equipment for extraction.
- Perform specific extraction processes and refine concentrate into desired consistency; perform distillations of extracts and solvents.
- Record data and movement within laboratory processing notebooks.
- Set up, troubleshoot and perform routine and preventative maintenance on instruments.
- Operate and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
- Take inventory of all materials including materials, supplies, consumables, spare parts for equipment etc.
- Monitor supply of goods for extraction needs, and coordinate with Lab Manager to ensure ordering is taking place.

Skills and experience you have...
- Working knowledge of current safety protocols and experience working in a laboratory environment
- Bachelor's Degree in chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field with 1+ years of Laboratory experience preferred
- Associates degree in Chemistry, Process Technology, or related field with 3+ years of laboratory experience would also be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn variety of systems.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Working closely with Group Controller on development of benchmarks for the measurement of company financial performance goals.
- Maintaining full integrity of all revenues, ensuring organization policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws and regulations, are followed

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations
- Work closely with Label Supervisor to support production teams in processing the highest quality MIP Products
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in order to improve and promote quality, striving to increase productivity
- Creation of PDFs for labels with a heavy focus on compliance QC
- Works closely with the Production/ Processing dept, and Fresh Pack/ Joint Team members to communicate when PDFs are completed and ready for print
- Adhere to MIP Quality Guidelines to ensure the accuracy of all labels
- Verifies all QC / Compliance checkpoints are met throughout shift
- Maintains time and attendance and all other conduct related requirements at all times
- Demonstrates Leadership by actions and acts as an example to others at all times
- Responsible for maintaining operational flow of projects by prioritizing PDF/label needs
- Adhering to Production Schedules as set by Production Supervisor(s)/Manager
- Maintain and seek improvements on current label inventory and storage

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING:

The Delivery Driver position is a hybrid role that combines driving a delivery vehicle, facilitating customer transactions all while working in a professional manner with our partners.
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Repair and maintain Industrial HVAC, plumbing and mechanical equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operating manuals, manufacturers' specifications or supervisor s instructions, using hand and power tools, precision measuring or testing devices. Responsible for complete maintenance of area of assignment.
- Read blueprints; understand and read computerized HVAC, Electrical, plumbing system and building layouts.
- Observe and adjust a wide variety of equipment, machines and devices in operation to assure proper operation, including pumps, refrigerant recovery, engines, motors, compressors and laboratory equipment.
- Dismantle machines and devices for servicing, repair, or replacement of parts.
- Observe Parallel Policies & Procedures for daily operations and fully complies with state medical marijuana regulations at all times.
- Perform preventative maintenance and maintains a scheduled maintenance program to ensure proper facilities upkeep, including all mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure and equipment.

- Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical/adult use marijuana regulations.
- Safely use and store cleaning materials at all times, ensuring they are labeled correctly.
- Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, vacuuming rugs, washing walls and windows, emptying trash receptacles, replacing lining in trash cans, etc.
- Clean & service restrooms with disinfectants and other cleaning agents.

We are looking for a Full Time Cannabis Packaging Associate who can perform the duties below in accordance with the Company's standard operating procedures.
In this role you will….
- Assist with pulling tested inventory, in advance or on demand, based on incoming sales orders.
- Accurately weigh and package product using a variety of packaging materials based on sales orders.
- Ensure all packages are labeled and identified correctly; resolve and escalate any issues to management.
- Ensure METRC data is current and correct; escalate any issues to management.
- Prepare all packing materials including, bags, containers, and labels.
- Update inventory logs daily and ensure inventory counts are always accurate.
- Ensure vault is maintained in an organized and efficient manner.
- Actively participate in internal and external audits.
- Maintain an organized and clean working environment.
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies and SOPs.
- Directly communicate with governing bodies and METRC on interpretations of regulations; resolve any discrepancies and issues.
Skills and experience you have...
- Experience in packaging or inventory related role preferred but not required.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- High attention to detail with thorough record keeping abilities.
- Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
- Ability to use and manage METRC; experience using METRC preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately.
- Ability to pass a background check.

We are looking for a Cannabis Account Representative with core responsibilities in the sale of all Cloud Cover products to third party vendors and retail stores. The Cannabis Account Rep is responsible for finding and engaging with new customers through referrals, networking and cold calling, while maintaining and managing existing relationships.
In this role you will...
- Understand and implement strategies and policies created by Director of Sales and Sales Manager.
- Hit sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and monthly basis.
- Participate in internal sales meetings to ensure that clear expectations are set, and goals are clearly defined.

- Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations
- Adheres to weekly production requirements as set by Supervisor
- Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity
- Working with a large team of 8-16 Trim Technician 1s on a daily basis
- De-Sticking 20-50 dried cannabis plants per day
- Harvesting duties, Hanging and Trimming as needed

- Read blueprints; understand and read computerized HVAC, Electrical, plumbing system and building layouts.
- Observe and adjust a wide variety of equipment, machines and devices in operation to assure proper operation, including pumps, refrigerant recovery, engines, motors, compressors and laboratory equipment.
- Dismantle machines and devices for servicing, repair, or replacement of parts.
- Observe Parallel Policies & Procedures for daily operations and fully complies with state medical marijuana regulations at all times.
- Perform preventative maintenance and maintains a scheduled maintenance program to ensure proper facilities upkeep, including all mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure and equipment.
- Effectively using CMMS tracking systems to report receipt of maintenance needs and/or other issues.
- Respond to facility related failures or emergencies promptly and prioritizes work orders, while maintaining preventative tasks in accordance with facility needs.

- Complete all required documentation for utility and facility management, follows up and evaluates effectiveness of all implemented actions to ensure that problem has been resolved effectively.

- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, fire and emergency codes, regulatory and other required regulations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical/adult use marijuana regulations.
- Safely use and store cleaning materials at all times, ensuring they are labeled correctly.
- Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, vacuuming rugs, washing walls and windows, emptying trash receptacles, replacing lining in trash cans, etc.
- Clean & service restrooms with disinfectants and other cleaning agents.
- Restock supplies throughout the facility.
- Notify Facilities Management of need for repairs.
- Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
- Operate machinery, such as the trash compactor.
- Maintain a daily task sheet to be collected and documented by the Shift Leads.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING:
- 0-2 Years of experience in Custodial and/or Environmental Services duties preferred.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret directions.
- Ability to interpret and calculate dilution rates for chemicals.

- Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customers’ expectations and builds a long-term rapport in alignment using an established customer service model.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Working closely with Group Controller on development of benchmarks for the measurement of company financial performance goals.
- Maintaining full integrity of all revenues, ensuring organization policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws and regulations, are followed
- Compiling fiscal estimates and preparing financial reports as requested.
- Supervising all facets of operational transaction processing within the assigned market
- Overseeing any outsourced accounting functions; managing third party relationships and their associated deliverables
- Partnering with external auditors to ensure that all requested financial compliance documentation is prepared and disseminated accordingly
- Assisting in preparation of the market’s annual budget
- Assisting in the design and maintenance of internal controls framework and processes
- Supervising variance analysis preparation and delivery
- Ensuring the accuracy of the organization’s financial results and reports
- Ensuring that financial reports comply with current accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Publishing complete, accurate, and timely financial statements to company executives, shareholders, and the Board of Directors
- Accounting for any budget variances and reporting significant discrepancies to management
- Analyzing capital investments, contract negotiations, and pricing decisions

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation highly preferred
- At a minimum of 7-10 years of direct, operational accounting experience with 3-5 years of management experience in Finance with a mid-sized public company or major CPA firm; Controller or equivalent experience highly desirable
- Working knowledge of organizations' applicable financial practices and procedures, as well as a thorough understanding of state and federal rules and regulations
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Repair and maintain Industrial HVAC, plumbing and mechanical equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operating manuals, manufacturers' specifications or supervisor s instructions, using hand and power tools, precision measuring or testing devices. Responsible for complete maintenance of area of assignment.
- Read blueprints; understand and read computerized HVAC, Electrical, plumbing system and building layouts.
- Observe and adjust a wide variety of equipment, machines and devices in operation to assure proper operation, including pumps, refrigerant recovery, engines, motors, compressors and laboratory equipment.
- Dismantle machines and devices for servicing, repair, or replacement of parts.
- Observe Parallel Policies & Procedures for daily operations and fully complies with state medical marijuana regulations at all times.
- Perform preventative maintenance and maintains a scheduled maintenance program to ensure proper facilities upkeep, including all mechanical, electrical and plumbing infrastructure and equipment.

What you will be doing:
- Follow Policies & Procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations.
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive patient information.
- Plan, direct, supervise and control the execution of the technical functions of the delivery station for single route, multiple route and on-road operations.

- Champion excellent driver and customer experience while continuously improving last mile on road performance. Be a subject matter expert for delivery operations.
- Deliver comprehensive summary of post-project metrics and areas of potential improvement, and apply insights to future effort.

- Responsible for development and implementation of SOPs, methods, and policies to advance the facility and ensure it meets the needs of the company.

Responsible for the development and achievement of KPIs; report performance to Executive Team on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Responsible for ensuring the effective use of technology within the facility, including the seed to sale tracking / compliance system(s) and any potential future ERP / MRP.
- Responsible for ensuring that all departments and facility employees maintain compliance with state regulations, health and safety procedures and quality standards.
- In conjunction with the Director of Sales, is responsible for the facility's P&L; prepares and manages facility budget on a regular basis as well as tracks performance relative to budget.

- Proactive communication with the Chief Horticultural Officer and President / CFO to ensure smooth operations and transparency with the executive team; collaborative and communicative approach with all horizontal departments, in particular HR, finance / accounting, marketing, IT and procurement.

Parallel is looking for a motivated, experienced Director, Marketing to help build a world-class cannabis brand experience and to support the growing Parallel operation. Candidates should be passionate about the benefits of cannabis for medical patients and recreational consumers alike and have a singular focus on translating consumer insights into brand strategies.
In the cannabis industry, rules, regulations, perceptions, and competition can change daily. We are looking for someone who can self-start, uncover new opportunities, and demonstrate fast, flexible, and outstanding brand and marketing work. Candidates should be comfortable and able to work remotely.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Understand key traffic drivers in the market and identify opportunities for exposure.
- Design campaigns that bring Parallel brands to Massachusetts's audiences with relevant messaging with an emphasis on innovation, focus, speed and agility.
- Track competition within the market and provide competitive reports in an organized fashion on a routine basis.
- Be an expert in the nuances of the market and provide thought leadership to optimize Brand, Sales, and Marketing strategies for the Massachusetts's market.
- Constantly gather and synthesize consumer feedback within the market and develop improvement recommendations and plans to meet consumer needs.
- Work with Consumer Insights team to review current market research, identify effective promotional methods, and source potential media buys for review.
- Manage any state level media or ad buy vendor relationships.
- Manage the state-level marketing plans and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic marketing initiatives and support plans needed for marketing activities across all channels – social, print, in-store, community, web, call center etc.
- Design and communicate ongoing operational initiatives specific to the market that impact retail performance, compliance, and efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional meetings with state-level operators and staff.
- Manage master marketing calendar for the market (primarily campaigns and product or brand launches) across all brands.
- Propose and execute opportunities for Brand and Retail engagement in the community.

- Ability to develop a deep understanding of retail merchandising mix in order to give guidance on sku rationalization and insights on products and form factors missing from the current lineup.
- Intimately aware of competitor landscape and create promotions to take market share.
- Garner field intelligence by visiting stores and proactively communicating with Field and Store Managers.
- Demonstrated successes in marketing program development and execution in the Massachusetts's market.

Position: The Cultivation Team Member assists in the growing and cultivation of medical marijuana. Performs select tasks in the cultivation process. This is a "hands-on," entry-level role in the cultivation process.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain plant Cultivation by following NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations
- Work closely with the Cultivation Supervisors/Team Leads on some elements of cultivation and production
- Provide water and nutrients appropriately to ensure sustainable growth. Accurately weigh and measure nutrient and water needs
- Assist in the transfer of plants from Vegetative rooms to Flower rooms
- Properly apply trellis and tie up plant limbs appropriately
- Accurately fill out logbooks daily
- Consistently check plant weights to ensure proper water content
- Assist the harvest team when needed
- Perform all other tasks as assigned

- Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our clients' expectations and builds a long-term rapport - acts as a beacon and role model to the associates on-site for customer service, hospitality and cannabis knowledge
- Provide product expertise and knowledge to clients and associates to explain the potential benefits of each various type and strain of marijuana, as well as all methods of use
- Deliver important information regarding rollouts, initiatives, and HR changes to the Call Center Team
- Address Call Center Associate concerns, partnering with HR when needed, build quarterly goals for call center associates, providing coaching and tools for development
- Collaborate with the Training team to develop training materials for Call Center Associates
- Build a bi-weekly schedule for Call Center Associates, and monitor and communicate staffing needs to the retail operations manager to support the needs of the business
- Manage systems for bi-weekly timekeeping
- Manages the building and initial implementation of Kustomer platform
- Coordinates the needs of the team and maintains ordering of supplies and other duties to support a smooth, functioning office
- Address escalated customer complaints and deescalate callers when necessary
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
