- Implement and execute a sales process that continuously grows accounts
- Think strategically to close new business, support current partners and prioritize work effectively

- Provides support to VMI Order Representative team as assigned, including but not limited to: processing inventories weekly using spreadsheets and multiple data sources, completing order edits/approvals at the end of each week, and preparing proposals to be sent to clients.
- Performs VMI Order Representative job processes to fill in as needed to cover weekly order needs.
- Provides high quality customer service using professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgment at all times.
- Schedules vendor day(s) with team and client including tracking, client confirmation, and follow up.
- Schedules vendor facility tour(s) with team and client including tracking, client confirmation; Facility Management Team scheduling coordination and travel if applicable.
- Works with team members to ensure all needed items are provided including business cards, ID Badge, company AMEX, vendor kit items, samples, etc… and provides items to driver coordinator to be sent out on trucks for team members as needed.
- Maintains consistent, professional, and effective communication between COO, Sales and Inventory departments, Processing departments, and clients regarding returns, credits/refunds, merchandise, and Pax order fulfillment status.
- Assists team and clients with inquiries pertaining to vendor days, credits/refunds, company FAQs, and other items as assigned by management.
- Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned. Assists with Research and Development projects as assigned.

Summary of Position:

You will be highly involved in account retention, client follow up, generating media activity, and following up on leads as necessary. In addition, you will have a keen eye to understand which account and clients need special attention to retain for a sustainable long-term relationship.

Second major responsibility – Sales Process/Executive Assistance (35% of time)
· Monitor and maintain assigned program(s) by assisting sales with documentations and program rules.
· Provide communication and education on current processes and best practices.
· Research inquiries and assist internal and external customers.
· Notify the Sales team of end of quarter priorities and notices, particularly as they relate to the timeliness of the Sales Order Number and closed status of ZOHO opportunities.
· Assist with the development and maintenance of account relationships.
· Communicate and manage all ongoing communication with customers, accounts and patients.
· Make recommendations and assists in developing new procedures and programs.
· Serve as liaison between multiple stakeholders for efficient communication flow.

· Primary support to the Distribution Partner Manager for managing distribution purchase orders - processing of purchase orders; tracking for Inside Sales; support role for distribution sales representatives.
· Works with Sales Operations Team to ensure the integrity of the ZOHO data
· Answer accurately and promptly, pre and post sales questions from partners and Hammer Enterprises sales teams
· Builds productive internal/external working relationships to facilitate ease of doing business with Hammer Enterprises
· Responsible for upholding Hammer Enterprises Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies

Summary
Candidate will contribute to the Company’s growth by assisting in day-to-day operations at our New York Design Center (200 Lex) to the trade home furnishings showroom in New York City. Candidate will be expected to provide outstanding customer service, manage special events, and assist in achieving sales goals. Reports to both the Head of Sales & Service and Creative Director. Candidate must be a self-starter, exhibit a very high level of attention to detail and follow-through and be comfortable working independently. Full-time role based in New York, NY from 9am – 5:30pm EST.
Responsibilities
· Showroom Responsibilities
o Welcome customers into New York Design Center showroom
o Work closely with design clientele to promote product for specifying in design projects
o Manage customer base and build key relationships within the New York design community
o Keep product merchandising up to date according to brand standards
o Maintain fresh showroom aesthetic with product display
· Sales Support
o Complete training with the Head of Sales & Service over the first 90 days both in-person and remotely. The training will include learning all products in the showroom, account designations, and account opening procedures.
o Vet all new account applications timeously
o Open a B2B wholesale account and assist with first orders from new accounts
o Assist customers with B2B Cart purchases / website queries & anomalies
o Provide timely answers to customer queries on item availability, specifications, options and delivery times
o Provide updates on manufacturing and shipping status
o Contact all assigned leads and referrals from Website registrations, Showroom walk-ins and Trade Shows
Compensation & Benefits
· Base salary: $3,500 - $4,500 / month depending on skills & experience
· Fifteen (15) days paid leave (vacation / sick / personal) per year, earned monthly

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
