Summary
The Assistant Manager (AM) is responsible for leading through SCC's mission, vision, and values in order to develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales growth. This leader drives his/her business through a focus on performance (sales, service, and expense control), people (talent acquisition, training, and development), and process (standard operating procedures). This position requires a passion for process excellence, a drive for results, and the ability to lead and influence.
Essential Functions

- Meet or exceed goals related to total store sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Forecast and adjust payroll to maximize productivity, achieve sales & payroll goals, and complete workload.
- Build a team that embodies the SCC brand by delivering exceptional service and driving customer loyalty, therefore, increasing return visits.
- Review and interpret financial and operational reporting regularly, including store visit and audit results.
- Identify underperforming metrics and develop strategies that leverage company programs, tools, and resources to improve and grow the business.

- Train, coach, and develop direct reports using company programs, tools, and resources.
- Create an environment that inspires and encourages the growth and engagement of associates.

Process
- Be knowledgeable of, and ensure compliance with SCC’s policies, procedures, and standards.
- Use the company's scheduling tool as directed to schedule the right associates, in the right places, at the right times in order to provide an exceptional guest experience, reduce loss, and execute company directives.
- Use the company's task management tool as directed to prioritize the execution of store workload, ensuring full leadership adoption and compliance with company policy.
- Protect company assets and minimize loss by ensuring all store standards and operating procedures are met, including workplace safety, inventory control, and loss prevention.

Required Education and Experience

- 5+ years of managerial experience

Summary
We are an established busy Recreational Cannabis Company in need of an inventory and purchasing manager. This position is responsible for all ordering of both retail products and general office and packaging materials. They research new vendors and bring on new products. The position oversees all physical inventories and insures that inventory is accepted and tracked accurately. They research sales trends and ensure we order accurately based on sales demand. They perform all GreenBits sales inputs and inventory tracking. The ideal candidate is extremely organized and detail oriented. They are very proficient in excel and other various systems. They posses an open availability and are able to work early mornings or late evenings based on the task needing to be accomplished. They will have a strong background in inventory and systems management. They currently possess an occupational license issued by the department of revenue to work in the cannabis industry. They are familiar with GreenBits and have a good understanding of inventory compliance regulations. They also must self study and understand in detail the various aspects of state and city compliance regulations regarding inventory and reporting.As a Purchasing Manager you will be responsible for sourcing equipment, goods and services and managing vendors. The successful candidate will be able to perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories of spend, search for better deals and find more profitable suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
- Assess, manage and mitigate risks
- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must have a clean criminal history and the ability to pass state and city background checks

Summary
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for leading through SCC's mission, vision, and values in order to develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales growth. The GM leads a team of 1 Assistant Manager and 1 Inventory Manager and is accountable for all aspects of managing a single retail store, inclusive of the processing department. This leader drives his/her business through a focus on performance (sales, service, and expense control), people (talent acquisition, training, and development), and process (standard operating procedures). Essential Functions

- Meet or exceed goals related to total store sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Forecast and adjust payroll to maximize productivity, achieve sales & payroll goals, and complete workload.
