KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Trulieve Field Marketing Associate will work very closely with the sales organization and Field Marketing Manager to reach new customers/ satisfy current customers through marketing initiatives, localized marketing and/or events, and other activities that drive traffic, increase conversion, and deliver brand excitement. We are seeking outgoing, enthusiastic patients to work with dispensaries and vendors to staff various events/promotions and pop-ups for Trulieve. As a Field Marketing Associate for Trulieve, you will be the face of our brands, engaging with dispensaries, retail customers, and patients while teaching them about our products. This will require being knowledgeable and educated with our processes, procedures, and products. Ideal availability will be nights and weekends.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Interact in a friendly, enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing manner with dispensaries, retail customers, and patients in public settings.
- Generate brand awareness and positive product impressions to increase product awareness
- Assess customers’ needs and interests to best recommend products
- Set up, break down, product sampling and education stations during in-store demonstrations
- Timely completion of all event reports, paperwork, and on-going training commitments
- Partner with sales & FMM to execute marketing event and program calendars to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates.
- Perform budtender educations, gather store contact information and educate store staff
- Represent our portfolio of brands at events and provide product knowledge to patients and consumers
- Travel around the state as necessary
Requirements:
- 2+ years of working experience in field marketing and/or marketing space
- High School Diploma preferred
- Previous experience planning and executing marketing events and campaigns.
- Strong communication skills

- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clear driving record.
- Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check and drug screening.

Sales Operations Assistant
The Sales Operations Assistant assists the Director of Wholesale & Retail Operations in all needed tasks. This includes supporting order execution, soft customer relations, data analysis, and follow up . This positions also provides support for all communications between customers, Heirloom Inventory/Delivery Team and Accounting. This position includes positive engagement with Wholesale Partners and on-site Pop-up/Visitation strategies.
Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
· Executes Wholesale Partner orders provided by the Director of Wholesale & Retail Operations.
- Communicates with Wholesale Partner receiving teams to ensure all delivery details and execution.
- Organizes all needed information for Inventory Manager and Accounting
o Includes providing information for manifests, internal customer documents, information for invoices, test results, photo assets, and any other requested materials from the Wholesale Partner, Inventory Manger, or Accounting.
o Introduces Wholesale Partners to Inventory Manager and Accounting.
o Tracks customer preferences, successes, failures, and throughput of products during the process of order execution.
- Acts as the primary liaison between Director of Wholesale & Retail Operations and all Wholesale Partners for any/all needs regarding success and support.
Admin/Reporting Support
- Assists in the procurement, assembly, and presentation of sales reporting.
- Assists in maintaining customer files on each Wholesale Partner; highlighting details on how to best serve each Wholesale Partner.
- Assists in maintaining all CRM networks used for tracking of customer progress, sales statistics, and prominent product categories.
- Produces data, if needed on any Wholesale Partner or Retail Sales per request.
- Supports overall system growth and routines as Wholesale and Retail Operations scale-up.
- Assists with keeping track of Customer and Wholesale feedback in real-time.
- Provides a liaison relationship with Cultivation/Inventory/Accounting as needed.
Wholesale Partner/Customer Engagement
- Acts as a liaison and company representative for Wholesale Partners.
- Understands brand position, product line, exciting new promotions, and other aspects of partner relations.
- Acts as an ambassador for Pop-up teams (on location at Wholesale Partners retail locations).
- Obtains extensive knowledge on all aspects of cannabis, Heirloom internal process, exciting future deployments, and promotional strategies with Wholesale Partners.
- Assists in all Customer Satisfaction events for both Wholesale and Business to Customer relations.
