Position Summary:
New Normal Labs is actively seeking an industry experienced Outside Sales Territory Manager to build and manage licensed dispensary accounts in the Great Los Angeles market and territory. The Territory Manager will be responsible for the development of new accounts and implementation of account-specific, sales strategies in order to achieve territory sales growth in accordance with company revenue objectives.
There will be a base salary + commission +car allowance included with this position.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prefer to work for a large cannabis distributor for a minimum of one year.
- Prefer to have a direct relationship with buyers at dispensaries.
- Develops and sustains strong professional relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships
- Must be highly self-motivated and results-drive
- Communicates actively with the distribution team to ensure that orders are fulfilled and all corresponding payments collected, in a timely manner.
- Strives to seek new business opportunities within the territory.
Experience Requirements:
- Must have a valid California Driver’s license and a reliable means of transportation in order to visit clients.
- 1+ years of outside sales experience is preferred
- Extensive knowledge and passion for cannabis products are preferred.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills are a must.
- Strong external customer orientation and client relationship building.
- Willing to do whatever it takes to be successful in a highly competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Open, maintain and grow sales territory through retail accounts.
- Develop and sustain great relationships with account decision-makers and industry personnel in the territory through fact-based data and leveraging marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with brand ambassadors and distributor sales teams to develop accounts and sponsor events.
- Represent the company and its products with high character, integrity, and professionalism.
- Maintain a positive working partnership with Brand Ambassadors and distributor.
- Monitor sales and marketing program execution while ensuring all KPIs are achieved.
- Submit orders accurately and on time each week.
- Update and maintain client data, sales orders, and any updates or changes to accounts in the CRM database.
- Work with all departments to analyze and resolve any outstanding issues in the market.
- A rudimentary knowledge of cannabis laws.
- Plan own schedule, prioritizing time spent with accounts, administration, and other duties.
- Identify opportunities to enhance New Normal Labs products on shelf space and displays, in an impactful way for consumers.
- Seek opportunities to merchandise New Normal Labs products to stimulate impulse purchases.

Position Summary:
New Normal Labs is actively seeking an industry experienced Outside Sales Territory Manager to build and manage licensed dispensary accounts in the Great Los Angeles market and territory. The Territory Manager will be responsible for the development of new accounts and implementation of account-specific, sales strategies in order to achieve territory sales growth in accordance with company revenue objectives.
There will be a base salary + commission +car allowance included with this position.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prefer to work for a large cannabis distributor for a minimum of one year.
- Prefer to have a direct relationship with buyers at dispensaries.
- Develops and sustains strong professional relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships
- Must be highly self-motivated and results-drive
- Communicates actively with the distribution team to ensure that orders are fulfilled and all corresponding payments collected, in a timely manner.
- Strives to seek new business opportunities within the territory.
Experience Requirements:
- Must have a valid California Driver’s license and a reliable means of transportation in order to visit clients.
- 1+ years of outside sales experience is preferred

- Manage all graphic design projects from creation to production including print and digital marketing collateral, packaging and merchandise to support our brand presence at all trade-shows and industry events (i.e. banners, backdrops, emails, brand cards and merchandise, etc);

Position Summary:
New Normal Labs is actively seeking an industry experienced Outside Sales Territory Manager to build and manage licensed dispensary accounts in the Great Los Angeles market and territory. The Territory Manager will be responsible for the development of new accounts and implementation of account-specific, sales strategies in order to achieve territory sales growth in accordance with company revenue objectives.
There will be a base salary + commission +car allowance included with this position.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prefer to work for a large cannabis distributor for a minimum of one year.
- Prefer to have a direct relationship with buyers at dispensaries.
- Develops and sustains strong professional relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships

Position Summary:
New Normal Labs is actively seeking an industry experienced Outside Sales Territory Manager to build and manage licensed dispensary accounts in the Great Los Angeles market and territory. The Territory Manager will be responsible for the development of new accounts and implementation of account-specific, sales strategies in order to achieve territory sales growth in accordance with company revenue objectives.

Position Summary:
New Normal Labs is actively seeking an industry experienced Outside Sales Territory Manager to build and manage licensed dispensary accounts in the Great Los Angeles market and territory. The Territory Manager will be responsible for the development of new accounts and implementation of account-specific, sales strategies in order to achieve territory sales growth in accordance with company revenue objectives.
There will be a base salary + commission +car allowance included with this position.
Candidate Requirements

The Brand Ambassador team plays a key role in representing the brand positively at cannabis retail dispensaries and multiple other various cannabis and non-cannabis related events throughout the LA and OC markets. Required Experience
The successful candidate will have the following:

BRAND AMBASSADOR -Job Description:
The Brand Ambassador team plays a key role in representing the brand positively at cannabis retail dispensaries and multiple other various cannabis and non-cannabis related events throughout the LA and OC markets. This position supports both the Marketing and Sales teams to increase brand visibility, brand awareness, account activation, and industry trade engagements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support Marketing and Sales teams out in the field through best-in-class implementation of retail events, trainings and trade engagement programs (i.e. patient appreciation days, etc.)
- Act as the “face of the brand” within a set territory, representing the brand and company in a positive and professional manner at retail events, outside events, and on social media.
- Represent the brand at high-end/ affluent/ celebrity-based events when needed, always maintaining the utmost confidentiality.
- Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge to be clearly communicated to trade partners and to consumers.
- Activate retail accounts within a set territory, including staff training, incentive and sales promotions, events, and product displays.
- Gather and deliver market insights and competitive intelligence from time spent in field to HQ team and help craft actionable solutions.
- Consistently monitor account list in collaboration with Sales and Trade Marketing team to ensure adherence to Brand Guidelines at the account level.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with industry and dispensary contacts in set territory.
- Work with Sales and Trade Marketing team to implement best-in-class trade engagement platforms, including education and appreciation initiatives.
- Work with vendor/agency relationships as needed to activate retail displays and events
- Collaborate closely with Sales to identify account needs, growth opportunities, and quickly bring solutions to the retail channel
- Utilize creative thinking to set the New Normal brand apart from the competitive set at retail, and win hearts and minds of clients and consumers.
- Consistently and accurately supply weekly territory reports on events, account displays, training, changes at dispensaries, etc.
- Must maintain a polished professional demeanor at all times.
Required Experience
The successful candidate will have the following:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or a related field; strongly preferred
- 1 – 2 years of experience in events, promotions, retail, customer service, public relations or cannabis preferred
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with public speaking in front of large and small audiences
- Positive and upbeat attitude with exceptional people skills
- Proven ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to represent the brand positively and professionally in a variety of environments
- Familiarity with basic marketing and promotions, event marketing, and sales tactics.
- Moderate experience and comfort level with posting to social media
- Flexibility with hours (work Tues. - Saturday) and have the ability for occasional to moderate travel. - Sundays and Mondays are typical days off.

- Act as the “face of the brand” within a set territory, representing the brand and company in a positive and professional manner at retail events, outside events, and on social media.
- Represent the brand at high-end/ affluent/ celebrity-based events when needed, always maintaining the utmost confidentiality.
- Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge to be clearly communicated to trade partners and to consumers.
- Activate retail accounts within a set territory, including staff training, incentive and sales promotions, events, and product displays.
- Gather and deliver market insights and competitive intelligence from time spent in field to HQ team and help craft actionable solutions.
- Consistently monitor account list in collaboration with Sales and Trade Marketing team to ensure adherence to Brand Guidelines at the account level.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with industry and dispensary contacts in set territory.
- Work with Sales and Trade Marketing team to implement best-in-class trade engagement platforms, including education and appreciation initiatives.
- Work with vendor/agency relationships as needed to activate retail displays and events
- Collaborate closely with Sales to identify account needs, growth opportunities, and quickly bring solutions to the retail channel
- Utilize creative thinking to set the New Normal brand apart from the competitive set at retail, and win hearts and minds of clients and consumers.
- Consistently and accurately supply weekly territory reports on events, account displays, training, changes at dispensaries, etc.
- Must maintain a polished professional demeanor at all times.
Required Experience
The successful candidate will have the following:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or a related field; strongly preferred
- 1 – 2 years of experience in events, promotions, retail, customer service, public relations or cannabis preferred
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with public speaking in front of large and small audiences
- Positive and upbeat attitude with exceptional people skills
- Proven ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to represent the brand positively and professionally in a variety of environments
- Familiarity with basic marketing and promotions, event marketing, and sales tactics.
- Moderate experience and comfort level with posting to social media
- Flexibility with hours (work Tues. - Saturday) and have the ability for occasional to moderate travel. - Sundays and Mondays are typical days off.
- Must be 21+ and possess a current valid CA drivers license and reliable mode of transportation.
- A Criminal Background Check will be required.
- Ability to mainly work from a home office is required.

Position Summary:
New Normal Labs is actively seeking an industry experienced Outside Sales Territory Manager to build and manage licensed dispensary accounts in the Great Los Angeles market and territory. The Territory Manager will be responsible for the development of new accounts and implementation of account-specific, sales strategies in order to achieve territory sales growth in accordance with company revenue objectives.
There will be a base salary + commission +car allowance included with this position.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have worked for a large cannabis distributor for a minimum of one year.
- Must have a direct relationship with buyers at dispensaries.
- Develops and sustains strong professional relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships
- Must be highly self-motivated and results-drive
- Communicates actively with the distribution team to ensure that orders are fulfilled and with all corresponding payments collected, in a timely manner.
- Strives to seek new business opportunities within the territory
Experience Requirements:
- Must reside in the Los Angeles territory and have a valid California Driver’s license and a reliable means of transportation in order to visit clients.
- 1+ years’ of outside sales for a larger cannabis distributor is required.
- An extensive knowledge and passion for cannabis products is preferred.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills is a must
- Strong external customer orientation and client relationship building
- Willing to do whatever it takes to be successful in a highly competitive market.
Responsibilities:
- Open, maintain and grow sales territory through retail accounts
- Develop and sustain great relationships with account decision-makers and industry personnel in the territory through fact-based data and leveraging marketing collateral
- Coordinate with brand ambassadors and distributor sales teams to develop accounts and sponsor events.
- Represent the company and its products with high character, integrity, and professionalism
- Maintain a positive working partnership with Brand Ambassadors and distributor
- Monitor sales and marketing program execution while ensuring all KPI’s are achieved
- Submit orders accurately and on time each week
- Update and maintain client data, sales orders, and any updates or changes to accounts in the CRM database.
- Work with all departments to analyze and resolve any outstanding issues in the market
- Rudimentary knowledge of cannabis laws
- Plan own schedule, prioritizing time spent with accounts, administration, and other duties.
- Identify opportunities to enhance New Normal Labs products on shelf space and displays, in an impactful way to consumers
- Seek opportunities to merchandise New Normal Labs products to stimulate impulse purchases
