Position Overview
The Fulfillment Tech II is responsible for packaging and labeling of finished product. The Fulfillment Tech II is an effective team member whose contributions will assist in the achievement of departmental objectives. They will adhere to all CLS safety, quality, inventory, and production guidelines, standards, policies and procedures.
Essential Job Functions
- Possesses the ability to work on a team and communicating effectively on the job with other employees.
- Performing the repetitive functions in the packaging and labeling of pre-roll units from start to finish.
- Effectively package and label all finished goods for distribution to licensed Nevada dispensaries
- Ensure all products are quality checked and the correct/matching packaging, labels, stickers, seals, etc. are used.
- Apply appropriate labels with all information filled out correctly according to 3rd Party Lab Results.
- Organize, label & properly store finished goods in the vault.
- Weighing, production and packaging for consistent and quality presentation of premium cannabis products.
- Clean-up of all processing areas and equipment during and at the end of the shift.
- Processes finished product to desired standards and KPI’s.
- Maintains supplies and inventory levels within their workspace.
- Responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions, organization and cleanliness of the production and packaging area.
- Ensure proper procedures are followed and take steps to update any outdated procedures.
- Comply with all company and state regulations pertaining to the cultivation, production and packing of cannabis
- Ensure all products are packaged & labeled properly according to the Packaging SOP & Nevada State Statutes and our Management Team.

Requirements
- Previous Cannabis experience preferred
- Team player with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- Have reliable transportation and a driver's license.
- Must pass all required background checks and obtain all required cannabis work cards with the State of NV CCB and City of NLV Police Dept.
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
- Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).
- This job function may include walking, standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching.
- Have a professional and approachable demeanor.

Position Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic individual to fill our Assistant General Manager position who can provide exceptional leadership with the goal to position the company at the very forefront of the cannabis industry. This role directly reports to the General Manager and supports all department managers in executing operational initiatives and goals.
Essential Job Functions

- Effectively manage the supply chain including raw materials, packaging, finished goods, hardware and software.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, efficient and compliant facility. Ensures robust facility safety and security procedures are in place and all staff are trained in them. Ensure all operations are following all required regulations/regulatory bodies. Maintain required documentation for staff, inventory and sales data for the length of time determined by the regulating bodies.

- Assist in hiring/terminating/evaluating/promoting/disciplining and managing all staff.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Position Overview
The Inventory Manager operates with direct supervision from General Manager. Follows established policies and procedures and contributes to the development of new concepts, policies, and procedures as necessary to perform job duties and tasks. The Inventory Manager position requires a highly organized, and task-oriented individual. Must be able to maintain medicated inventory organization, mitigate medicated inventory loss and waste, and manage stress associated with the position in a professional manner. The primary responsibilities of the Inventory Manager is to facilitate the completion of outgoing wholesale orders and to perform or delegate regular and focused inventory counts of both medicated and non-medicated inventories. The Inventory manager will regularly work directly with our vendor-partners to make sure that production inventory is accurate, on shelves and well-stocked. This position is a critical lunch-pin in maintaining production supply chains.
Essential Job Functions
- Perform daily physical product inventory counts, auditing and updating of data in tracking software.
- Auditing Inventory Control Forms in conjunction with METRC to identify discrepancies
- Ability to navigate the METRC system effectively.
- Perform weekly and bi-weekly audits to ensure inventory is 100% accurate and satisfies physical representation per state rules and regulations.

- Ensures proper classification and storage of inventory.

- Maintain appropriate levels of supplies, organization and overall cleanliness of the department and product storage areas; coordinate with City Trees Leadership staff to ensure organization of storage spaces outside of the Inventory area
- Examine packaged products during finishing operations for labeling accuracy; examine a representative sample of units for labeling accuracy at the end of finishing operations and record the results(during product deliveries) – document variances through proper channels along with Safety dept
- If applicable, supervise any new inventory staff in the proper execution of daily tasks

Requirements

- Proficiency with web-based inventory / POS systems; experience with METRC and LeafLogix preferred.

Position Overview
The Sales Assistant is a multifaceted role responsible for supporting Director of Sales in clerical and administrative tasks, calendar management and scheduling, and intracompany communication
Essential Job Functions
- Weekly reporting to Director of Sales and Facility Management team, including filtering data and streamlining information
- Manage product menu, including updating Leaflink and managing menu inventory
- Weekly meetings on Accounts Receivables
- Inside sales, intake and managing emails, filtering information, and reporting to Director of Sales
- Assist with scheduling, coordinate meetings, take notes during meetings
- Researching and data analysis, follow market trends, forecasting and sales planning
- Run errands as needed
- Payment collections as needed
- Experience with Leaf Logix, Leaflink, and METRC strongly preferred
Requirements
- Cannabis experience required
- Ability to maintain an incredibly high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.

Compensation
- $19.00 to $21.00 Hourly; DoE.

Fulfillment Technician
Our company produces top selling cannabis products within the state of Nevada. We specialize in the production of high-quality cannabis extracts and the production of cannabis vape pens, tinctures and cartridges. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Fulfillment Technician. This individual can provide exceptional work ethic and attention to details with the goal to consistently produce and provide the best cannabis products in the Nevada cannabis industry.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively package and label all finished goods for distribution to licensed Nevada dispensaries.
- Ensure all products are packaged & labeled properly according to the Packaging SOP & Nevada State Statutes and our Management Team.
- Ensure all products are quality checked and the correct/matching packaging, labels, stickers, seals, etc. are used.
- Apply appropriate labels with all information filled out correctly according to 3rd Party Lab Results.
- Organize, label & properly store finished goods in the vault.
- Batch completed finished goods in coordination with Laboratory Manager confirmation.
- Work well independently and/or within a team. Take direction well and asks questions when needing clarification on tasks and assignments.
- Light cleaning duties such as wiping surfaces, taking out the trash, cleaning breakroom, cleaning the bathroom etc.
- Perform all tasks that are assigned by supervisor or management.

Inventory Clerk

The Inventory Clerk operates with direct supervision from the Inventory Manager and General Manager. Follows established policies and procedures and contributes to the development of new concepts, policies, and procedures as necessary to perform job duties and tasks.
Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Perform daily physical product inventory counts, auditing and updating of data in tracking software.
- Auditing Inventory Control Forms in conjunction with METRC to identify discrepancies
- Manifest all orders in LeafLogix and Metrc while ensuring compliance with CCB regulations.
- Ability to navigate the METRC system effectively.
- Perform weekly and bi-weekly audits to ensure inventory is 100% accurate and satisfies physical representation per state rules and regulations.
- Maintains integrity of the physical inventory.
- Ensures proper classification and storage of inventory.
- Check inventory for items to be destroyed; track and notify manager of needed destructions.
- Maintain internal tracking spreadsheets and prepare data reports.
- Perform data-entry tasks, making tags and manifests.
- Apply tracking/regulatory labels.
- Monitor and develop processes to increase count and inventory efficiency
- Reporting and identifying Root Cause for discrepancies after an audit has been performed to evaluate what issues had occurred.
- Work with appropriate departments to investigate any differences.
- Understands and uses appropriate tools and knowledge to analyze, identify and resolve technical problems.
- Ensure accuracy in all received orders. Identify and escalate any discrepancies to management.
- Assist with coordinating and scheduling shipment intakes.
- Comply with company commitments and objectives.
- Ensure efficient space utilization.
- Assist with monitoring the progress of shipments to ensure their receipt.
- Follows, creates, and implements optimal logistics operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain highest standards of security and compliance by adhering to all receiving, handling and storage requirements.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of METRC experience
- Proficiency with web-based inventory / POS systems; experience with METRC and LeafLogix preferred.
