We are seeking a Sales Hunter to facilitate growth within our white label division of our expanding CBD company.
Hammer Enterprises, a US-based, vertically integrated multi-state cannabis operator is seeking an Account Executive for their growing team. A high-growth cannabis company, nationally known for quality, trust, and reliability, Hammer Enterprises has the executive expertise and research and development capabilities to provide leading service, selection, and accessibility across the medical and adult-use markets, as well as within the white label CBD category.
This position is an hourly plus commission role with benefits after 90 days.
As Account Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships within the white label and bulk ingredient product space and will have a proven track record in building and maintaining customer relationships. You will have new business development experience and have a strong interest in being a part of the opportunities within the cannabis industry.
This role will be responsible for outbound lead generation as well as maintaining and growing relationships with current partners. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to exhibit a hunter mentality, have past experience nurturing relationships, growing revenue within existing accounts and meeting outside sales goals.
Essential Functions (included, but not limited to):
· Prospect, connect with and close business to achieve revenue goals
· Build and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to close
· Respond to all inbound leads in a timely manner

· Works with Sales Operations Team to ensure the integrity of the ZOHO data

Account Executive-White Label/Bulk
We are seeking a Sales Hunter to facilitate growth within our white label division of our expanding CBD company.
Hammer Enterprises, a US-based, vertically integrated multi-state cannabis operator is seeking an Account Executive for their growing team. A high-growth cannabis company, nationally known for quality, trust, and reliability, Hammer Enterprises has the executive expertise and research and development capabilities to provide leading service, selection, and accessibility across the medical and adult-use markets, as well as within the white label CBD category.
This position is an hourly plus commission role with benefits after 90 days.
As Account Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships within the white label and bulk ingredient product space and will have a proven track record in building and maintaining customer relationships. You will have new business development experience and have a strong interest in being a part of the opportunities within the cannabis industry.
This role will be responsible for outbound lead generation as well as maintaining and growing relationships with current partners. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to exhibit a hunter mentality, have past experience nurturing relationships, growing revenue within existing accounts and meeting outside sales goals.
Essential Functions (included, but not limited to):
· Prospect, connect with and close business to achieve revenue goals
· Build and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to close
· Respond to all inbound leads in a timely manner
· Cultivate relationships with current partners to identify areas of opportunity
· Contribute to the creation and execution of sales strategy, to include strategic account plans and strategic partnership development
· Responsible for being the liaison between Hammer and partners, address all concerns should they arise and provides an immediate solution
· Attend weekly sales meetings to review products, forecasts, and pipelines
· Maintain expert knowledge of all Hammer CBD products and serve as a subject matter expert within the market to provide support to customers.
· Represent Hammer Enterprises at networking and promotional events, trade shows, and other sales related activities.
· Develop leads into opportunities by nurturing relationships, understanding client problems, involving the correct decision-makers, and helping clients understand the Hammer value proposition.
· Respond swiftly and effectively to internal and external crises to assure satisfactory resolution; collecting AR from past-due customers
· Create distributor reports, and other system-generated reports (ZOHO) as needed.
· Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree and at least 2-3 years of sales experience in a quota bearing role OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Marketing experience a plus as well as Cannabis/CBD knowledge.
· Experience with white label / private label brand building experience is required.
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
· Ability to travel regionally and the ability for overnight travel up to 20% may be required.
· Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
· Able to work in a self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
· Excellent telephone sales personality skills.
· Familiarity with CRM tools.
· Prominent organization and presentation skills.
· Excellent time management skills.
· Highly energetic and self-starter.
· Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
· Able to adjust activities as situations change.
