A Promotion Representative for Sublime Brands is responsible for representing the company at various events throughout the state of Arizona. This position requires an outgoing personality and strong communication skills. All representatives must be at least 21 years of age. All representatives are required to learn the Sublime story, educate themselves on all products produced by Sublime Brands and convey this knowledge clearly and thoughtfully to medical marijuana patients, recreational consumers, and dispensary employees.
Essential Duties for Promotion Events/Vendor Days
- Independently manage and follow a schedule of assigned promos.
- Arrive at Sublime Brands’ office at the start of every shift, unless instructed otherwise, with enough time to pack/sign out all required promotional assets, drive to the promo, and set up with time to spare.
- Set up all promotional assets including tables, signage, display items, and swag following all display protocols.
- Distribute promotional items, gather email addresses/leads and contest entries as instructed by Marketing Coordinator.
- Educate patients, recreational consumers, and dispensary agents on promoted products.
- Maintain a good attitude and be friendly with all people present at promos.
- Be able to take and send photos/videos to Marketing Coordinator for social media.
- Manage the on-site promotions and troubleshoot as needed. Refer to the Sublime Brands Rep listed on the promotional schedule with questions/updates around the promo.
- At the end of the promo, account for and pack up all promotional assets.
- Return all promotional assets to the Sublime Brands office following the promo. Complete promo recap form and send to Marketing Coordinator.
- Keep the promotional connex storage and all promotional assets neat, clean, and organized.
- Promotions representatives are required to use their own vehicles for travel to and from the Sublime Brands office and promo locations.
- Throughout the duration of employment, all representatives must have a valid driver's license and insurance card. Updated copies must be kept on file with Sublime Brands.
- Mileage will be reimbursed at $0.50 per mile, using a standard Google Maps mileage count between the Sublime Brands office and the promo location address.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Seeking outgoing, organized representatives to promote Sublime Brands at various dispensaries and events throughout Arizona. RESPONSIBILITIES

Lab Manager Job Description
Operate all equipment in laboratory of a large-scale commercial MMJ production facility. Perform all the tasks in the laboratory including processing of marijuana concentrates, wax shatter, oil, vape, edibles, and other products as required. Processing of products also includes packaging, waste disposal and inventory management in compliance with DHS and company standards. Inventory management involves tracking each instance of use for all marijuana products from plant to end-product.
Qualifications would include a clean and well-kept individual who is professional in demeanor, has the ability and desire to learn, is personable and organized, detail oriented, computer literate with the ability to exercise flexibility in schedule and working environment, shows initiative, good judgement, and discretion. These qualities involve upholding all policies involving non-disclosure of company intellectual property and processes.
Duties:
- Uphold all company standards of professionalism.
- Manage large-scale laboratory with multiple solvent extractions including butane and ethanol.
- Perform all tasks in the lab related to production (ethanol extraction, decarboxylation, short-path distillation, butane extraction, and all processing of products produced in the lab).
- Develop and/or maintain lab procedures in compliance with DHS and company goals.
- Manage lab employees and delegate relevant work to meet production goals.
- Train all new and existing employees in the processes of the lab including inventory management and compliance.
- Manage production and personnel scheduling and organization to precisely project all lab needs on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis to maximize efficiency and reach company’s goals.
- Catalogue and analyze each used strain from flower to distillate to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage all concentrate production and ensure quality standards and waste management are being met.
- Execute all preventative and required maintenance and elimination of all product residuals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all lab equipment.
- Assist government (DHS) auditors in inventory sales and compliance audits.
- Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality, non-disclosure, and acknowledge and agree to uphold that CMS Ventures, LLC does not tolerate harassment of any nature to any employees, customers, or affiliates.
- Maintain the physical aptitude and health to perform all necessary manual labor required for the management of the lab.
- Must be able to be present to manage the employees and production as necessary during the hours of 7am to 3:30pm. Reasonable deviation from the schedule can be accommodated with proper notice and approval.
- As salaried employee occasional extended, weekend, and night shifts may be required.
- Continual education of market trends and industry methods for research and development of new products or methods of production.
- Ability to scale up all R&D operations to full production capacity as products require.
- Submit, record, and share all product testing as needed.
