Our BudTenders play a vital role in delivering customer service by offering a distinctive shopping experience that drives sales results. ASSOCIATE PLANNER

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES

Overview

About the Role:
The Packaging & Processing Specialist is responsible for manicuring and packaging plant material and infused products.Maintaining accuracy in weighing product, fulfilling product, labelling, and inventory is paramount in this position. The Packaging & Processing Specialist is also responsible for maintaining a perpetually clean work space to provide a sterile environment for production of medical products. This person will also have some responsibility for tracking product electronically on the company MRP system to ensure compliance with state laws and program regulations. - Basic computer skills, including experience with Google Suite would be ideal

- Experience growing vegetable crops in hydroponic systems (leafy greens and herbs)
- IPM program experience, any DPR certifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to bend at the waist, crouch, stoop, squat, and kneel
- Fine manipulation with hands, pinching and other work done primarily with fingers
- Ability to work in greenhouse conditions, a wide range of temperatures, humidity, and sunlight
- Stand for extended periods of time
