Sales Support:

o Introduces Wholesale Partners to Inventory Manager and Accounting.
o Tracks customer preferences, successes, failures, and throughput of products during the process of order execution.
- Acts as the primary liaison between Director of Wholesale & Retail Operations and all Wholesale Partners for any/all needs regarding success and support.
Admin/Reporting Support
- Assists in the procurement, assembly, and presentation of sales reporting.
- Assists in maintaining customer files on each Wholesale Partner; highlighting details on how to best serve each Wholesale Partner.
- Assists in maintaining all CRM networks used for tracking of customer progress, sales statistics, and prominent product categories.
- Produces data, if needed on any Wholesale Partner or Retail Sales per request.

Join our expanding team as a Cultivation Technician. Technicians will perform daily grow room maintenance as directed by the Cultivation Leads. Technicians will participate in all aspects for the cultivation process. Experience is helpful, but not required, we are happy to train newcomers to the marijuana field.

Perform harvest, cloning, reset, planting, and defoliation events on schedule with the most efficient practices possible

Job Description:
The Maintenance Assistant reports to the Facilities Manager. The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for all aspects of maintaining the cultivation center building and premises and implementing procedures to support standards of cleanliness, safety, and repair. The Maintenance Assistant will perform routine equipment repair, painting, carpentry, and plumbing.
Job Duties:
· Daily building rounds, recording of various building systems information to be reviewed with Facilities Engineers for any operating discrepancies.
· Equipment and material movements throughout the site.
· Assist and cover grow room set-ups. Including testing and troubleshooting supporting HVAC, irrigation, lighting, CO2, and other equipment necessary for operations.
· Support the facilities preventive maintenance, recognizing maintenance and repair problems, developing options for action, and recommending solutions.
· Effective leadership with direct and indirect supervision of contractors as well as team building and consensus building skills with colleagues and supervisors.
· Back-Up Shipping & Receiving: Performs all functions associated with material movement through the shipping and receiving areas. Receive materials and shipments and distribute to appropriate departments, package materials and shipments and arrange transport; all in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
· Hours and Coverage – Contributing to around-the-clock on-call coverage for all aspects of the Facility Group’s responsibilities. Addressing emergency situations in a timely manner, assessing the situation and impact, diagnosing issue(s), determining proper corrective action, securing replacement parts/materials, coordinating work, utilizing outside vendors as needed, and performing repairs while communicating the situation to site leadership for the duration of the emergency.
· General Facility Work – Performing any other facility related tasks as deemed necessary by the department manager.
· Ability to perform from ladders.
· The position requires the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
· Must be familiar with arial lift and fork-lift operation.
· Ability to use a multi-meter to diagnose control issues.
· Knowledge of PLCs and VFDs is a plus.
· Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that the facility complies with regulations

Join our expanding team as a 7am-3pm or 2pm to 10pm Cannabis Packager or Processing Technician at our revolutionary indoor grow facility in Bernardston, MA.
These are entry level roles responsible to assist with the harvesting of cannabis or with the packaging of cannabis. Attention to detail, ability to sit or stand for 8 hour shifts, and a desire to work with a medical grade product are essential to these roles.
Both positions include cleaning tasks with the ability to bend, turn, lift up to 50 lbs, and reach. All tasks include manual dexterity and may be repetitive.

Kitchen Technicians help to produce and process edible products, such as marijuana infused gummies. Kitchen Technicians also assist in general cleaning and organizational tasks throughout the production area as per standard procedures and manager discretion. You will:

Transplanting and accurate labelling
Maintaining written records of inputs and growth
Maintain the facility, including work areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with sanitation SOPs
Harvesting and trimming
Qualifications:
At least 21 years of age (required)
1-3 years of production horticultural experience or equivalent, preferably in a cannabis facility but other related commercial nursery/greenhouse experience acceptable. Individuals without this experience may be hired as Assistants, to be trained on the job.
Demonstrated interest and product knowledge in the cannabis industry (preferred)
Good communication skills (required)
Ability to lift 25 lbs. routinely, occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. (required)
