The Role:
Fine Fettle is seeking a Sales Floor Manager to manage all operations on the sales floor of the dispensary. POSITION OVERVIEW
- The Floor Manager ensures all the daily tasks of the department are properly executed. POSITION OVERVIEW
- The Floor Manager ensures all the daily tasks of the department are properly executed. As the head of the Floor Department, this position requires a strong leader who can ensure all the dispensaryâs front of the house areas and processes comply with local and state regulations. POSITION OVERVIEW
- The Floor Manager ensures all the daily tasks of the department are properly executed. As the head of the Floor Department, this position requires a strong leader who can ensure all the dispensaryâs front of the house areas and processes comply with local and state regulations. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the site is in full compliance with all local and state laws while assisting with regulatory inspections

Requirements:

Essential Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the AGM to implement and manage all company and dispensary policies and procedures
- Coordinate the onboarding and training of all the floor departmentâs staff
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with the departmentâs supervisors and associates while reviewing performance and setting departmental/individual goals
- Achieve all financial and operational goals of the department
- Ensure all management, financial, and POS reports are readily accessible/available
- Partner with AGM to plan and create the departmentâs staff schedules
- Delegate, manage, coach, and empower the team while maintaining a hands-on âlead by exampleâ approach
- Ensure all areas, stations and processes of the department comply with all local and state regulations
- Partner with Floor Supervisor(s) to ensure the dispensaryâs cash flow/intake is properly managed while maintaining an organized and balanced safe
- Partner with the accounting team to ensure all EOM financial forms/reports are accurately completed and filed
- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed by all employees and guests
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all store vendors, products/strains, and industry trends
- Ensure the highest level of hospitality is always achieved while collaborating with the BOH department on all product related processes/matters

Day in the Life
- Lead team to deliver a best in class dispensary experience through our brand story and values.
- Drive team to deliver daily/weekly/monthly goals that align company targets
- Manage day-in/day-out front of house operations, driving KPI targets, visual merchandising execution and Patient satisfaction
- Execute/Oversee Standard Operating Procedures and policies that keep dispensary in compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Work closely with GM and Management peers to accomplish goals/objectives
- Implement a culture of customer service that drives repeat business and loyalty amongst our community
- Facilitate training initiatives that drive alignment in customer service expectations and product education fluency
- Provide leadership, training, guidance and support to team members that fosters continuous learning and improvement in performance of the store
- Drive brand initiatives and sales promotions; identify trends and opportunities to define process and procedure improvement
What You Have
- Passion for Cannabis, a love for people, competitive spirit, analytical, problem solver, time management, customer/patient focus, 2+ years of experience in a Management role
- MS Office, technical capacity to learn/operate business platforms, ability to lead and manage teams
- Knowledge of marijuana strains, edibles, extract and current products on the market

- The Arizona Medical Marijuana Act (the âActâ) stipulates that candidate must successfully pass a criminal background investigation and fingerprint clearance conducted by state authorities. Additionally, the Act requires that candidates apply for and obtain a valid dispensary agent registration card prior to commencing employment at either a dispensary or any of its cultivation sites.
