POSITION OVERVIEW
- The Floor Manager ensures all the daily tasks of the department are properly executed. As the head of the Floor Department, this position requires a strong leader who can ensure all the dispensary’s front of the house areas and processes comply with local and state regulations. This role requires strong hospitality and service recovery skills. The Floor Manager will serve as the dispensary’s main point of contact for all guest-related inquiries including service and product feedback. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the site is in full compliance with all local and state laws while assisting with regulatory inspections
- Work cross-functionally through the operation and maintain a hands-on “lead by example” approach
- Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed by all employees in the unit
- Ensure all areas and workstations of the department are kept clean and organized

POSITION OVERVIEW
- The Floor Manager ensures all the daily tasks of the department are properly executed. As the head of the Floor Department, this position requires a strong leader who can ensure all the dispensary’s front of the house areas and processes comply with local and state regulations. The Floor Manager will serve as the dispensary’s main point of contact for all guest-related inquiries including service and product feedback.
