ASSOCIATE PLANNER
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
This assignment is for staff augmentation in Adelanto.
Under general supervision, performs a variety of duties related to the collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of technical land use, environmental, zoning and other city planning data; and ensures compliance with the assigned city’s development standards. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES

QUALIFICATIONS

- Interface with clients to help set and meet their expectations

What you need to bring to this role…
- 2+ years solar project management experience including projects of at least 100 kW+

Where you will sit & the places you may go…
This position resides in the Inland Empire region and may require up to 25% out-of-town travel to regional offices and special projects, throughout. Availability to work nights and weekends may be required, but is rare.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.*
- Currently selling retail products in similar area and can add Sesh to your menu without any conflict of interest.*

Summary
We are seeking a full-time Head Grower for our state-of-the-art indoor aeroponic cannabis production facility in Riverbank, CA. The Head Grower is responsible for managing all aspects of the cannabis crop cultivation at the production facility through successful coaching and development of the cultivation team. The successful candidate will possess a passion for horticulture, excellent interpersonal skills, experience leading others, and strong cannabis knowledge with a willingness to continually learn more about the subject. Our ideal candidate will hold a master's degree or higher in horticulture or agriculture and significant experience managing a commercial production facility. This role will report directly to the General Manager and work on-site at our cultivation facility in Riverbank.
Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale cultivation using aeroponic systems, with emphasis on coordinating, timing, scheduling, and supervising the crop cultivation processes.
- Ensure a collaborative work environment through workload planning, delegation, and cross training team members for efficiency and development.
- Establish, refine, and improve overall crop quality using data-driven results to ensure the ability to grow and prepare the highest quality cannabis.
- Schedule workers and manage plant scheduling and workflow organization to precisely fulfill all facility needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Perform/supervise all required duties in the Cultivation Department, including but not limited to mother plant maintenance, cloning, topping, transplanting, trellising, low-stress training, defoliation, nutrient and irrigation management, preventative and curative sprays, and inventory management.
- Manage crop growing environment by monitoring and adjusting plant environment, including temperature, humidity, CO2, and light levels.
- Monitor and identify plant pests and disease and prescribe methods to prevent and mitigate pest issues, along with implementation of the company standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Adhere to intake SOP protocols and collaborate with Director of Cultivation on integration of new genetics brought in by the company.
- Work with the maintenance team and contractors to keep environmental and grow systems in good working order and scheduling maintenance and repairs in a timely fashion.
- Effectively manage and assist in training a cultivation crew and ensure that all actions performed in the facility adhere to the crop cultivation SOP and protocols.
- Ensures a positive work environment, motivated staff, and efficient workflows through open communication, team leadership, technical guidance, staff scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Continue to expand knowledge base in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies, adjustment of nutrients and environmental parameters for specific strain needs, and ways to increase product quality and yields.
- Develop methods for reducing expenditures and cultivate within budgetary restrictions.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Where you will sit & the places you may go…
This position resides in the Inland Empire region and may require up to 25% out-of-town travel to regional offices and special projects, throughout. Availability to work nights and weekends may be required.

A Bloom Manager directs management of all bloom/flowering tasks performed for the cultivation plan including; cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, super cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, trimming, waste disposal and physical inventory management for a large commercial facility. The Bloom Manager work closely with the Master Cultivator on the implementation of the cultivation plan and growing protocols to facilitate the productive life cycle of live cannabis plants in preparation for harvesting/processing stage.
