As a Kiva Inventory Control Specialist, you’ll…
- Receive shipments, check for damages and sort stock for distribution
- Keep record of purchases received into facility
- Conduct inventory audits and cycle counting
- Control the movement of merchandise in the warehouse
- Work with the Warehouse Manager to devise new stocking procedures and to develop techniques for improving order fulfillment pick rate efficiencies

Your role as a driver will be eventful and active. You will visit our clients with our vehicles either a 20ft box truck or our commercial van to perform pickups and/or any deliveries. During each stop you will load full containers and unload clean empty ones for the client’s next pickup and collect a signature from the client.
Your role in the warehouse will be to un/load the containers, empty them via forklift, consolidate certain materials by hand, monitor waste streams and contamination, wash and clean the empty containers, and prep them for their next use.
In summary you will be providing support to our warehouse supervisor and performing pickups.

Job Summary
The Assistant Production Manager is responsible for working with the production managers and production supervisors to oversee the production floor by monitoring team performance, implementing protocols/practices, scheduling, and conducting inspections to further improve our processes.

- Update all production employees’ schedules on our timesheet system, monitor time-off requests, communicate with employees about schedule changes.

Utility duties will include cleaning the production machines, gummy molds, beakers, and cooking utensils. Summary:
Sunderstorm is looking for a Warehouse Inventory Assistant to become a core member of our Operations. This position is physically demanding, fast-paced, and requires sitting and standing for long periods of time. The Inventory Assistant will work directly under our Production Manager; they will primarily count, QC, and process bulk finished goods. Receive ordered supply.
Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Inventory Assistant will also take on regular data entry and computer tasks, that could include running bartender sticker printing programs, scanning, generating manifests, managing or adjusting stock within the ERP system, emailing and printing test certifications, and working in a google drive.
This position requires high attention to detail, strong computer skills, data-entry skills, communication skills, organizational skills, and a willingness to be positive and flexible.

Job Description
We are hiring a Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory compliance with all applicable state and local laws and regulations across manufacturing, distribution, and delivery operations. The Compliance Officer will keep the management team up to date on legal and regulatory matters impacting operations, assist in the development of company policies and standard operating procedures, monitor operations to identify and correct instances of non-compliance, and function as a quasi-independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization.
The person who fulfills this role will also advise and guide the C-Suite executives, Owners, management personnel, and employees on applicable local, and state laws and regulations, and will be called upon to issue spot non-compliance, provide answers to complex questions, and help find lawful yet innovative solutions to tricky issues. and that company policies and procedures are being followed.
The Compliance Officer will also work with a variety of departments to develop and implement replicable processes, policies, and audits related to compliance and ensure their effectiveness. The Officer will ensure reporting, registration, filing, and other similar mandatory tasks are completed in a timely fashion and coordinate with Sunderstorm’s management to stay ahead of any future changes in regulations.
Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and has in-depth knowledge of cannabis laws and regulations.
Candidates must:

Required

Purpose
This position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Farm department to achieve the weekly objectives. Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- Follow the instructions to complete duties and tasks asked by the leadership of the department to maintain and garden the farm.
- Manicuring and defoliating plants to maintain health and optimize yields.
- Preparing and loading tables.
- Transferring plants from different areas of facility stages of growth.
- Ensuring the accurate scanning of METRC tags for newly loaded plants.
- Trellising tables with the plants for proper growth.
- Building a plant canopy with trellis to optimize growth.
- Harvesting mature plants to then transfer and securely transport to the Trim department.
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas, equipment, and material throughout the cultivation.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, Trim dept tasks, Cure dept tasks, Packaging dept tasks, IPM dept tasks, Irrigation dept tasks, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.

Sunderstorm is looking for a passionate, highly motivated, and hard working individual with confectionery experience to help assist the Edibles R&D department. The R&D Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to preparing, logging, monitoring and executing projects on dashboards related to the Edibles R&D department.
Responsibilities
- Organize and prepare raw ingredients, tools, candy molds etc
- Maintain and clean all equipment, tools etc
- Log all data onto dashboards. Update R&D results, notes, weights etc
- Research new ingredients, flavors, recipes etc
- Prepare all documents such as compounding sheets, daily checklist etc
- Help create SOPs for new products and improve current processes
- Strong proficiency using Microsoft products, project management tools, dashboards etc
- Work with managers to create work orders in the ERP system
- Submit reports and updates on the status of projects to the Production Managers for weekly production meetings.

Required skills/qualifications
- Must be comfortable with testing products to ensure standards are met.

Job Description

Equipment and Machines

- Utilize ROP Calculator in Excel and our ERP system to manage inventory monitoring system that informs purchasing so that we never run out of stock of any necessary inputs.
- Manage Cycle Count schedule executed by Inventory and Warehouse team to ensure accuracy in the ERP system, which will ensure purchases are well informed.
- Develop processes in conjunction with COO and Finance Department to ensure audit protection for all purchases, on-site physical auditing of goods received vs goods purchased (actual received vs PO’s) to ensure proper supply chain management
- Ensure purchase process and record keeping feeds into voucher package system set up by the Accounting department. Accounting department heads will orient you to this process.
- Report any stocking issues to upper management immediately.
- Build and develop relationships with key manufacturers/suppliers.
- Assist in finding new vendors and negotiate with vendors on pricing and delivery
- Work closely with upper level managers to monitor for any changes in metrics for gauging required inventory levels and informing re-order points, and calculations there of.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Summary:
Sunderstorm is looking for a Warehouse Inventory Assistant to become a core member of our Operations. This position is physically demanding, fast-paced, and requires sitting and standing for long periods of time. The Inventory Assistant will work directly under our Production Manager; they will primarily count, QC, and process bulk finished goods. Receive ordered supply.
Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Inventory Assistant will also take on regular data entry and computer tasks, that could include running bartender sticker printing programs, scanning, generating manifests, managing or adjusting stock within the ERP system, emailing and printing test certifications, and working in a google drive.
This position requires high attention to detail, strong computer skills, data-entry skills, communication skills, organizational skills, and a willingness to be positive and flexible.

Job Summary
As a METRC Technician for Kiva Sales and Service (KSS), you will help to ensure compliance with state track and trace requirements. Duties will include inputting data into METRC, auditing inventory, and following department SOPs and state guidelines regarding the cannabis inventory. As a production assistant you will participate in our gummy production process from infusion to finish packaging.
