JOB SUMMARY
Transport employees to/from an off site employee parking lot and the Stamford Fine Fettle location using a company provided vehicle. It is roughly 15 minutes round trip, probably 5 or 6 times daily, with stops in between to pick up lunches, etc.
- Document all trips prior to the start of and at the conclusion of each trip.
- Park vehicle in designated location when not in use. Inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness.
- Check tire pressure and fluid levels for property vehicle, and refuel as necessary.
- Notify appropriate personnel of any vehicle maintenance needs.
- Document all vehicle incidents (i.e., damages, accidents) and provide reports of incidents to manager/supervisor.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- No moving violations and/or at-fault accident on driving record in the past two years.
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past five years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

The Role:
Fine Fettle is seeking a Sales Floor Manager to manage all operations on the sales floor of the dispensary. The Sales Floor Manager will act effectively as the sales floor’s General Manager, supervising employees and overseeing the customer experience. This includes managing employee breaks, building workflow, and ensuring that customers get the best possible experience when they come into a Fine Fettle dispensary.
The ideal person for this role has experience in managing employees in customer-facing retail positions. Success in this role will require excellent interpersonal skills and a high attentiveness to detail and organization. Additionally, the Sales Floor Manager must be capable of effectively delegating tasks and duties to other staff members, as well as ensure that all direct reports are sufficiently trained and performing at a high level. This person must also be capable of calming customer tensions when high and handling customer issues with grace and composure.
The Work You’ll Do:

The Role:
The Inventory Manager is the leader of back-of-house inventory operations, overseeing our “vault” where we receive, record, and store all inventory for sale at the dispensary. Vault operations consist of intake and receipt of deliveries, product and product data organization, and order fulfillment. The Inventory Manager will work closely with the store’s General Manager and Assistant General Manager, coordinating to ensure that inventory flows downstream to the customer in a smooth and successful manner, according to the proper protocols and systems established at the retail operation.
The ideal person for this role has proven experience as an inventory manager or similar position. Success in this role will require you to have excellent organizational and planning skills, knowledge of inventory management software, and attention to detail. Particular knowledge about cannabis inventory management is preferred but not required.

Position Overview:
Fine Fettle Dispensary is looking for a Dispensary Staff Pharmacist with a passion for the medical marijuana industry to join our team. The applicant must be results driven, highly motivated, and share our values in providing excellent and positive, professional service to our medical marijuana patients.
Essential Job Functions
- Oversee a team who is passionate about medical marijuana and the service they provide.
- Open and close dispensary and oversee staff pursuant to company policies and operating procedures.
- Provide a warm reception for all staff, visitors and incoming patients and ensure that processes for greeting, registering, conducting new patient orientations and informing individuals of the rules and regulations are followed
- Coordinate with security to ensure that all protocols regarding patient flow through the dispensary are being followed
- Provide/Oversee patient consultations to assist patients in selecting the appropriate medical marijuana product that is based on patient diagnosis and lifestyle.
- Ensure adherence to patient confidentiality
- Ensure patient records are complete, accurate and updated
- Address and resolve all staff and patient issues communicating with sensitivity and respect
- Ensure that appropriate data is transmitted to CTPDMP as required by state law
- Mentor, motivate, elevate and inspire the team through training and performance reviews to ensure the company’s culture and expectations are met and exceeded
- Ensure compliance to all state regulations and company policies and procedures are being followed by all employees
- Identify and develop process improvements to assist with company growth and retention of patients
- Support the facilitation of daily, weekly and monthly inventory audit process, ensuring proper product and sales records for company and state procedures and protocols.

The Role:
Fine Fettle is seeking a Dispensary Agent to assist in multiple facets of our retail operations. The Dispensary Agent position is a rare opportunity to gain exposure to many different roles within the cannabis retail operation.
The ideal person for this role is enthusiastic, dependable, and excited at the prospect of learning about various aspects of a cannabis retail operation. Success in this role will require a high level of reliability, integrity, and the ability to receive and adapt in accordance with constructive feedback. Many of the sub-roles within the Dispensary Agent position will be customer facing and as such will require strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
The role is rotational in nature consisting of Sales Agent, Indoor Greeter, Outdoor Greeter, Order Entry Technician, Order Puller, and Runner.
The primary duty of the Dispensary Agent will be to act as a Sales Agent, stationing the register and checking out patients at the point of sale. In the Sales Agent role, the Dispensary Agent should have a keen understanding of what it means to provide excellent customer service and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The Dispensary Agent will also be rotated to our front-of-house operations as needed, acting in a customer-facing role as Indoor or Outdoor Greeter. Likewise the Dispensary Agent may be assigned to roles at the back-of-house including Order Entry Technician and Order Puller, respectively scanning bags of product into our point of sale software systems and pulling data from our online menu to prep bags for product fulfillment. The Runner will be responsible for physically transporting product between the back-of-house and sales floor.
The Work You’ll Do (By Sub-Role):
- Sales Agent: Responsible for executing the checkout process with customers at the point of sale station. The Sales Agent provides education and 5 star service to customers at the register and executes directives from the Sales Floor Manager.
- Greeter: Responsible for welcoming new customers and patients to the store and directing them to the appropriate lines for entry. The Greeter will also communicate with the Front Desk Manager and General Manager to report and/or address front-of-house concerns.
- Order Entry Technician: Responsible for scanning filled bags of cannabis products into our Point of Sale software system so that they are prepared for customer pickup.
- Order Puller: Responsible for prepping cannabis bags for product fulfillment, printing and attaching order slips to the bags that are appropriate for particular products.
- Runner: Responsible for physically bringing product to and from the inventory vault to the sales floor.

About the Role:
Fine Fettle is seeking a Front Desk Associate to assist our Front Desk Lead in running our front-of-house store operations. The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for upholding the customer experience throughout the customer and patient check-in process. The Front Desk Associate is likely the first person the customer will encounter upon entering the dispensary, and therefore must exhibit great customer service when greeting incoming guests, assisting them with their inquiries or concerns, and directing them to either the sales floor or patient consultation area. In addition, the Front Desk Associate will be responsible for handling a number of administrative tasks, including answering phone calls at the front desk, managing emails, registering patients and checking in customers in compliance with the cannabis state compliance and tracking systems.
The ideal person for this role has experience in hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing positions. Success in this role will require both strong interpersonal communication abilities and organizational skills, presenting a warm and welcoming atmosphere for visitors to the dispensary while simultaneously handling administrative duties with diligence and accuracy.

Fine Fettle is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for our dispensary to assist the General Manager (GM) in managing and running store operations. The AGM manages the various teams within the store in order to ensure efficient and accurate operations. AGM duties include supporting the GM with scheduling workflow, training store employees, improving store culture, and achieving the store’s highest priority goals.
The ideal person for this role has experience managing teams and operations in fast-paced retail environments. Success in this role requires a combination of leadership and management skills, able to eagerly participate in day-to-day work alongside staff without losing sight of the store’s most important goals. The most effective candidates in this role will be able to identify faults in store operations through operational and data analysis, and to effectuate change for continuous process improvement.
The Work You’ll Do:
- Assist GM to ensure that store operations are running smoothly and highest level store goals are being achieved
- Manage team leads across the dispensary, including leadership in back-of-house, front-of-house, and sales floor
- Ensure in coordination with Purchasing team that inventory purchasing and management in the store is being run efficiently and effectively
- Oversee store activities to foster a strong culture and sustain a high level of team morale
- Coordinate with GM to ensure that goals and key projects are achieved within budgetary constraints
- Recruit and train store employees
- Responsible in coordination with GM for the development of store staff, administrating performance evaluations and periodic reviews, authorizing promotions, and terminating employees as needed
- Evaluate KPIs and store data to identify areas of improvement and accordingly effectuate changes to operations
- Identify infrastructure, technical, or equipment repair needs in store on a regular basis
- Develop in coordination with GM the store’s strategic goals that drive high-level business outcomes, and ensure that operational activities are designed to further them
- Delegate work to employees and manage in order to ensure it is being executed in an effective and timely manner

- 3-5 years background in retail or business management

Position Overview:
Fine Fettle Dispensary is looking for a Dispensary Staff Pharmacist with a passion for the medical marijuana industry to join our team. The applicant must be results driven, highly motivated, and share our values in providing excellent and positive, professional service to our medical marijuana patients.
Essential Job Functions:
- Oversee a team who is passionate about medical marijuana and the service they provide.
- Open and close dispensary and oversee staff pursuant to company policies and operating procedures.
- Provide a warm reception for all staff, visitors and incoming patients and ensure that processes for greeting, registering, conducting new patient orientations and informing individuals of the rules and regulations are followed
- Coordinate with security to ensure that all protocols regarding patient flow through the dispensary are being followed
- Provide/Oversee patient consultations to assist patients in selecting the appropriate medical marijuana product that is based on patient diagnosis and lifestyle.
- Ensure adherence to patient confidentiality
- Ensure patient records are complete, accurate and updated
- Address and resolve all staff and patient issues communicating with sensitivity and respect
- Ensure that appropriate data is transmitted to CTPDMP as required by state law
- Mentor, motivate, elevate and inspire the team through training and performance reviews to ensure the company’s culture and expectations are met and exceeded
- Ensure compliance to all state regulations and company policies and procedures are being followed by all employees
- Identify and develop process improvements to assist with company growth and retention of patients
- Support the facilitation of daily, weekly and monthly inventory audit process, ensuring proper product and sales records for company and state procedures and protocols.

Job Requirements:
- Licensed pharmacist in the state of Connecticut in good standing

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, proven leader to join our senior management team as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, you will run Fine Fettle’s financial department and work as part of the Executive team to plan, project, and assess future capital needs and financial impact. This position will report directly to the CEO.
The Work You’ll Do:
- Oversee all financial operations for the company, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, and investor relations
- Manage and contribute to capital planning and evaluations processes; provide advice, insights and recommendations for appropriate capital structure
- Manage/Implement budgeting processes for all departments and ensure the continual improvement of the budgeting process through education of department managers on financial issues impacting department budgets
- Implement and oversee execution of best practices and processes in the finance department, as well as proper functioning of tools and systems including internal control systems for operations
- Manage the timely and accurate production of financial reporting
- Define, evaluate, and track short and long-term financial goals of the company
- Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements
- Model and project company investment opportunities for new markets, acquisitions, licensing, and other projects
- Participate in the development of operational strategy, defining key KPIs to measure success and aligning operational activities to company’s financial goals
- Manage external relationships and workflow with investors, lenders, auditors, vendors, banks, outsourced service providers, and other financial partners
- Present critical financial information to senior management
- Ensure that company complies with all financial and tax regulatory requirements
- Develop financial and tax strategies and review all company tax filings
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage of all company properties
- Optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash position

The Role:

The Role:

The Role:
Fine Fettle is seeking an Inventory Technician to assist in the dispensary’s back-of-house operations, which take place in our “vault” where we receive, record, and store all cannabis inventory. Vault operations will consist of intake and receipt of deliveries, order fulfillment, and the organized and compliant management of inventory from intake to delivery on the sales floor. The Inventory Technician will need to operate with agility and responsiveness to customer needs, facilitating the continuous fulfillment of online pre-orders and managing the flow of product from the vault to the sales floor in the event of add-on orders at the register by customers.
The ideal person for this role has experience as an inventory manager or operator. Success in this role will require you to have excellent organizational skills, attentiveness to detail, focus, and strong spatial awareness abilities. Furthermore, you will need to develop an understanding and ability to use inventory management software in the vault. Particular knowledge of cannabis inventory management is preferred but not required.

- Coordinate with security to ensure that all protocols regarding patient flow through the dispensary are being followed
- Provide/Oversee patient consultations to assist patients in selecting the appropriate medical marijuana product that is based on patient diagnosis and lifestyle.

Job Requirements
- Licensed pharmacist in the state of Connecticut in good standing

The Role:
Fine Fettle is seeking a Dispensary Agent to assist in multiple facets of our retail operations. The Dispensary Agent position is a rare opportunity to gain exposure to many different roles within the cannabis retail operation.
The ideal person for this role is enthusiastic, dependable, and excited at the prospect of learning about various aspects of a cannabis retail operation. Success in this role will require a high level of reliability, integrity, and the ability to receive and adapt in accordance with constructive feedback. Many of the sub-roles within the Dispensary Agent position will be customer facing and as such will require strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
The role is rotational in nature consisting of Sales Agent, Indoor Greeter, Outdoor Greeter, Order Entry Technician, Order Puller, and Runner.
The primary duty of the Dispensary Agent will be to act as a Sales Agent, stationing the register and checking out patients at the point of sale. In the Sales Agent role, the Dispensary Agent should have a keen understanding of what it means to provide excellent customer service and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The Dispensary Agent will also be rotated to our front-of-house operations as needed, acting in a customer-facing role as Indoor or Outdoor Greeter. Likewise the Dispensary Agent may be assigned to roles at the back-of-house including Order Entry Technician and Order Puller, respectively scanning bags of product into our point of sale software systems and pulling data from our online menu to prep bags for product fulfillment. The Runner will be responsible for physically transporting product between the back-of-house and sales floor.
The Work You’ll Do (By Sub-Role):
- Sales Agent: Responsible for executing the checkout process with customers at the point of sale station. The Sales Agent provides education and 5 star service to customers at the register and executes directives from the Sales Floor Manager
- Greeter: Responsible for welcoming new customers and patients to the store and directing them to the appropriate lines for entry. The Greeter will also communicate with the Front Desk Manager and General Manager to report and/or address front-of-house concerns.
- Order Entry Technician: Responsible for scanning filled bags of cannabis products into our Point of Sale software system so that they are prepared for customer pickup.
- Order Puller: Responsible for prepping cannabis bags for product fulfillment, printing and attaching order slips to the bags that are appropriate for particular products.
- Runner: Responsible for physically bringing product to and from the inventory vault to the sales floor.

The Role:
Fine Fettle is seeking a Dispensary Agent to assist in multiple facets of our retail operations. The Dispensary Agent position is a rare opportunity to gain exposure to many different roles within the cannabis retail operation.
The ideal person for this role is enthusiastic, dependable, and excited at the prospect of learning about various aspects of a cannabis retail operation. Success in this role will require a high level of reliability, integrity, and the ability to receive and adapt in accordance with constructive feedback. Many of the sub-roles within the Dispensary Agent position will be customer facing and as such will require strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
The role is rotational in nature consisting of Sales Agent, Indoor Greeter, Outdoor Greeter, Order Entry Technician, Order Puller, and Runner.
The primary duty of the Dispensary Agent will be to act as a Sales Agent, stationing the register and checking out patients at the point of sale. In the Sales Agent role, the Dispensary Agent should have a keen understanding of what it means to provide excellent customer service and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The Dispensary Agent will also be rotated to our front-of-house operations as needed, acting in a customer-facing role as Indoor or Outdoor Greeter. Likewise the Dispensary Agent may be assigned to roles at the back-of-house including Order Entry Technician and Order Puller, respectively scanning bags of product into our point of sale software systems and pulling data from our online menu to prep bags for product fulfillment. The Runner will be responsible for physically transporting product between the back-of-house and sales floor.
The Work You’ll Do (By Sub-Role):
- Sales Agent: Responsible for executing the checkout process with customers at the point of sale station. The Sales Agent provides education and 5 star service to customers at the register and executes directives from the Sales Floor Manager
- Greeter: Responsible for welcoming new customers and patients to the store and directing them to the appropriate lines for entry. The Greeter will also communicate with the Front Desk Manager and General Manager to report and/or address front-of-house concerns.
- Order Entry Technician: Responsible for scanning filled bags of cannabis products into our Point of Sale software system so that they are prepared for customer pickup.
- Order Puller: Responsible for prepping cannabis bags for product fulfillment, printing and attaching order slips to the bags that are appropriate for particular products.
- Runner: Responsible for physically bringing product to and from the inventory vault to the sales floor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Retail experience preferred
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Flexibility regarding work schedule.
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends including opening and closing shifts when scheduled.
- Must be willing to submit to and pass a comprehensive background check.
- Knowledge about cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods is preferred but not required

Under general supervision, this position provides a variety of support for the Finance department. The position takes a lead role in providing the necessary work to drive the month-end close process and accounting for all sales activity. Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation of biomass for hydrocarbon extraction process.
Carry out all extraction, extract processing, product formulation, cartridge filling, and manufacturing procedures including equipment set up and breakdown in an efficient manner that also complies with State Regulations.
Perform duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations, and company policies.
Proper weighing, data recording, and batch tracking throughout the extraction process.
Inventory tracking of supplies, consumables, spare parts etc
Packaging various types and weights of cannabis products.
Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, cleaning and organizing the workspace on a frequent basis.
Clean, organize, and store extraction and related equipment.
Proper tracking and disposal of cannabis waste in accordance with State regulations.
Creating and continuingly updating extraction and post processing related SOPs.

Skills and qualifications:
Scientific background as well as previous laboratory experience strongly preferred.
Associate degree preferred, with relevant college courses in biology, chemistry, or physics.
Experience and background in the cannabis industry is a plus but not required.

- Creating a regular schedule of communication through meetings (daily shift meetings, one on ones, all team meetings), newsletters or emails and team building events

- Create, implement and maintain merchandising standards that deliver a consistently well-stocked and beautifully merchandised dispensary while ensuring brand integrity and shopping experience
- Complying with all applicable government regulations and company policies and procedures, and ensuring accountability for same among staff, including “seed to sale” and POS software, sanitation, security, cash handling, workplace safety and confidentiality, among others
- Ensuring the efficient maintenance and operation of company assets at each retail location, ensuring facility maintenance contracts are negotiated and in place. Oversee and facilitate store maintenance and goods purchases
- Maintaining store security/building security, camera coverage and visibility and secure compliant cash handling procedures
- Creating, editing and maintaining retail-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure that the most up-to-date thinking is integrated to continuously drive operational improvements
- Complying with medical program and HIPAA regulations as they relate to retail operations/dispensing, handling of all patient data and maintaining of patient database
- Assisting state and local governmental auditors and law enforcement with inventory, sales and compliance audits
- Upholding all standards pertaining to dispensary cleanliness, sanitation and mandated health and safety protocols per state of emergency requirements
- Complying with all Massachusetts and company specific policies and procedures related to confidentiality and non-disclosure
- The ability to perform the following physical tasks:
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Bending, squatting and stooping, twisting and bending the neck and waist and reaching above and below shoulder height to grasp objects
- Bending and lifting loads of up to fifty (50) lbs
- Using hands for grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation
Requirements:
- Applied knowledge of high-volume sales/operations best practices, especially the sale of regulated consumable and health products
- Ability to learn, operate and administer software relating to inventory control/electronic tracking, point of sale and business operations (e.g., inventory management software, MA Virtual Gateway)
- Strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to effectively interface with a large, diverse population of patients, customers, teammates, vendors, regulators, community members etc.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Reviews and analyzes regional sales, payroll allocation, product selection and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and adjust according to company goals.

- Hires and trains store managers.
- Organizes and oversees the schedules and performance of store managers.

Fine Fettle is hiring to expand their cultivation team in Massachusetts with Part time, seasonal, entry-level cultivators who are passionate about growing. The cultivation associate provides support for the activities and operations of the commercial Cannabis Cultivation facility, while abiding by laws, rules, policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
What you'll do day to day:
Complete assigned tasks, and projects of the Cannabis Cultivation Department set out by the facility manager. Main tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Harvesting plants and documenting in State traceability program
- Trimming plants and documenting in State traceability program
- Managing waste and documenting in State traceability program
- Transplanting crops at different stages and documenting in State traceability program
- Inspect and maintain irrigation, greenhouse, and other production systems
- Maintain open communication with management team and co-workers
- Report employee issues or product situations
- Follow Fine Fettle safety policies
- Follow all SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in commercial agriculture preferred
- Ability to listen well and communicate effectively orally and in writing with various audiences, especially with direct supervisors and co-workers

- Basic math skills
