We currently have a need for one Floor Lead- Assistant Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Open and close the shop
• Lead the sales team. Advising customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis.
• Input inventory orders into the POS system accurately and timely
• Doing inventory transfers from the inventory storage room to sales floor physically as well as on the POS
• Doing reconciliation of inventory when there is a discrepancy and maintain a clear record of discrepancies on the POS
• Keeping the inventories at the storage room and sales floor organized
• Communicating with all department managers, sales, and purchasing on inventory levels and locations.
• Doing cycle counts for all inventories once per month and keep detailed records on the POS
• Other tasks assigned by the managers

Experience/Skills:

• Must be 21 or over to apply
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Must have experience in retail managment and inventory management.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge applicable to the job (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point, Internet, e-mail and other technology software)
• Able to clearly communicate both verbally and written
• Have a basic understanding of cannabis products
• Agree to the background check

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting at $18 per hour

We currently have a need for three Budtenders/Sales Consultants to join our team. We are open from 10 am to 10 pm every day, so this is an eight-hour shift position that may require work during weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Advising customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis.
• Keeping abreast of new cannabis products on the market as well as the latest industry trends through trade shows and research.
• Processing customers' payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Ensuring that the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all times.
• Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products.
• Correctly weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products as required.
• Checking customers' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age.
• Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked.

Experience/Skills Required:

• Must be 21 or over to apply
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience working as a Budtender.
• Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Agreed with a background check and drug test

We currently have a need for one Inventory Specialist to join our team. This position's regular hours are from 9:30 am-6:00 pm two days per week. Tuesday and Thursday, or Tuesday and Friday. Totally depends on your schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Input inventory orders into the POS system accurately and timely
• Doing inventory transfers from the inventory storage room to sales floor physically as well as on the POS
• Maintaining acceptable and accurate inventory levels (the real-time update)
• Doing reconciliation of inventory when there is a discrepancy and maintain a clear record of discrepancies on the POS
• Keeping accurate records of inventory levels and location for easy retrieval.
• Keeping the inventories at the storage room and sales floor organized
• Communicating with all department managers, sales, and purchasing on inventory levels and locations.
