Role:

The General Manager ensures that all transactions and the implementation of other retail processes comply with the state and local law regulations and that service exceeds customer expectations. The manager collaborates to develop and implement practices, policies, and strategies that support performance and results-driven culture. The manager reports to ownership.

Responsibilities:

*Responsible for managing provisioning center staff, schedules, inventory, and patient/customer relations.

*Serves as a role model and resource for staff concerning products and services, policies, and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations.

*Responsible for delegating tasks to all staff members and patient/customer coordinators to maintain a compliant and clean facility.

*Coordinates with the upper management to ensure accurate information is communicated to provisioning center staff.

*Monitors orders and deliveries to guarantee accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries. Assists the Inventory Manager as needed.

*Responds to all patient/customer complaints, requests, concerns, suggestions, and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts.

*Provides superior customer service for vendors, patients/customers.

*Maintain accurate records of all provisioning center activities, including daily cash reconciliations, patients/customers records, sales, deliveries, and returns in accordance with the State of Michigan and the standards set by company.

*Maintain the inventory control system and perform daily counts of all marijuana and marijuana products in the facility. Assist the Inventory Manager to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.

*Provide regular inventory, sales, and profitability reports to the management team.

*Follows established policies and procedures, contributes to the development of new concepts, policies, and procedures as necessary to perform job duties and tasks.

*Partner with the Assistant Manager & Inventory Manager to ensure Metrc and Point of Sale (POS) systems are seamless with the customer order fulfillment process.

*Acts as Metrc (SME) subject matter expert and provides guidance and training to internal counterparts.

Role:

Cloud Cannabis Co is seeking a Backseat Driver that is detail oriented, friendly, and highly motivated. This individual must be an efficient multi-tasker that works well under pressure individually and with a team. This individual must have exemplary communication and problem-solving skills to bring to the team. They are responsible for the safe, orderly, and expeditious movement of the Cloud delivery driver fleet throughout Michigan.

Responsibilities:

· Work closely with other departments to optimize and coordinate delivery order cycle; Plan, direct, and coordinate the delivery logistics within the Cloud Cannabis driver fleet as well as the activities of other services including, but not limited to, fulfillment and loading.

· Provide role and goal clarity to team member(s) and support them in achievement of their goals; Train and coach other dispatch team members, drivers, fulfillment, and loading professionals including performance management.

· Continually review and improve the process documentation for all functions associated with the Dispatch, Order Management, and Customer Service to create and maintain a “best in class” delivery practices and teams.

· Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.

· Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking delivery drivers/vehicles; Actively track Driver fleet including current locations of drivers, drivers’ destinations, delivery progress, and order completions.

· Collaborate with various team members to formulate strategies for efficient deliveries; Create optimized, hazard/ delay free routes that meet rapid delivery expectations from order placement to customer door arrival. Will consider school schedules, high traffic times, weather, road conditions, scheduled special events impacting routes, etc.

· Issue information such as road/route usage, weather, traffic, safety, navigation instructions, and pertinent data on other drivers/vehicles operating in vicinity.

· Monitor operations to ensure that delivery, and dispatch, comply with any and all current or future federal, state, or local regulations, ordinances, policies and procedures, safety rules, DOT rules, and all other government regulations; Including the creation and assembly of manifests.

· Answer all calls immediately from arriving/departing/in transit delivery drivers.

· Perform critical weather observations and disseminate timely weather information to drivers and customers as it pertains to delivery timeliness and expectations.

· Operate equipment such as: telephones, computer systems, recording systems, weather applications, etc.

· Alert 911, other first responders, and Cloud leadership to drivers in crisis situations.

· Immediately clocks incoming ASAP delivery orders to create tight geographic clusters of orders for optimized Driver route and shortest possible delivery times.

· Validate each orders product pricing and apply any necessary discounts, reward points, etc to align leaf logic and dutchie receipts.

· Monitors order fulfillment times, ensuring no order exceeds 5 minutes from customer placement to leaving with a Driver.

· Manage Delivery times. ASAP deliveries will not exceed rapid delivery expectations from placement to arrival at the customer door.

· Delivery order customer relations such as calling customers on behalf of the Driver or calling to address customer questions or concerns so the Driver can keep door times to a minimum.

· Complete on leaf logic, Onfleet, curbside data system updates and entries on behalf of the Driver including but not limited to assigning orders, verifying pricing, completing delivered orders, closing completed routes, updating manifests if delivery failure occurs or routes are disrupted, and generally managing any elements that impact METRC.

· Manage company vehicle safety and maintenance.

· Ensure continual focus on the customer experience from all team members; Provide customer service to delivery customers as necessary to provide the best possible customer experience and smoothest possibly delivery handoffs.

· Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or driver complaints; Handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances or conflicts, and otherwise negotiate with others.

· Create and maintain spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.

· Support scaling department to meet Cloud delivery growth initiates.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma with experience acceptable.

· Experience with managing dispatch for driving fleets.

· Experience with technology platforms and devices.

· Experience with data tracking and reporting in both data systems and Excel.

CULTIVATION OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN JOB DESCRIPTION

Cultivation Operations Technicians work together with their TEAM to aid with all aspects of operations, under the direct oversight of their Operations Manager. This TEAM supports overall facility operations throughout all stages of production, from seed to sale, based on various work instructions, processes, and techniques performed as a part of daily routine operations.

As a Cultivation Operations Technician TEAM Member, you will:

• Assist all departments with their operational needs.
• Work in environments from 67 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit and 45% to 80% relative humidity
• Support the fertigation department with tooling and supplies as needed.
• Aid in harvest and repopulation activities by cleaning and checking equipment for functionality prior to redeployment.
• Remove waste, clean, and sanitize benches during harvest and repopulation events.
• Clean and sanitize dry rooms prior to hanging harvested plants.
• Clean and redeploy equipment for cloning events.
• Order, receive, and inventory count equipment and supplies for the cultivation.
• Help in Post-Harvest activities such as milling material for pre-rolls.
• Assist with packaging operations by maintaining and operating printing and packaging equipment.
• Clean all work areas involved, e.g., sweeping, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing work surfaces and common spaces. TEAM Members MUST prioritize Cleanliness and Organization.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by a TEAM Member to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This position is full-time hourly. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. (Hours are subject to change), depending on the schedule. Overtime is sometimes needed during the week or weekends.

POST HARVEST TRIMMER JOB DESCRIPTION

Post-Harvest Trimmers work together with their TEAM to aid with all aspects of the trimming process. Under the direct oversite of their Team Leader and Post-Harvest Manager, this TEAM manages all tasks related to trimming high end premium cannabis flowers. Workflow is based on various work instructions, processes, and techniques performed as a part of daily routine operations.

As a Post-Harvest Trimmer TEAM Member, you will:

• Precisely hand trim dried flowers with trimming shears, both efficiently, as well with great attention to detail.
• Remove the instructed amount of water leaf, sugar leaf, and stems, without damaging the structure of the flower.
• Trim several different cultivars per harvest and be able to identify/differentiate between them.
• Efficiently identify, separate, and understand the difference between hand trim and machine trim flower.
• Participate in training and follow work instructions to create a consistent high quality finished product.
• Work in a secure facility where cannabis is grown, harvested, prepared, and packaged for consumption.
• Work with a sense of URGENCY and alacrity.
• Work at a station with dedicated tools and space to trim efficiently, accurately, and quickly.
• Work in a controlled environment that requires the use of some PPE, including gloves, hair nets, beard nets, and dust masks.
• Work with the TEAM to clean, organize, and sanitize the post-Harvest and shared areas.
• Clean all work areas involved, e.g., sweeping, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing work surfaces and common spaces (including bathrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, etc.). TEAM members MUST prioritize Cleanliness and Organization.

POST HARVEST TRIMMER JOB DESCRIPTION

Post Harvest Trimmers work together with their TEAM to assist with all aspects of the trimming process. Under the direct oversite of their Team Leader and Post Harvest Manager, this TEAM manages all tasks related to trimming high end premium cannabis flowers. Workflow is based on various work instructions, processes, and techniques performed as a part of daily routine operations.

As a Post Harvest Trimmer TEAM Member, you will:

• Precisely hand trim dried flowers with trimming shears, both efficiently, as well with great attention to detail.
• Remove the instructed amount of water leaf, sugar leaf, and stems, without damaging the structure of the flower.
• Trim several different cultivars per harvest, and be able to identify/differentiate between them.
• Efficiently identify, separate, and understand the difference between hand trim and machine trim flower.
• Participate in training and follow work instructions to create a consistent high quality finished product.
• Work in a secure facility where cannabis is grown, harvested, prepared, and packaged for consumption.
• Work with a sense of URGENCY and alacrity.

VAPE TECHNICIAN JOB DESCRIPTION

Vape Technicians work together with their TEAM to assist with all aspects of operations, under the direct oversight of their Production Managers. This TEAM maintains overall facility operations throughout all stages of our premium vape cartridge, from raw distillate to a filled and capped cartridge, based on various work instructions, processes, and techniques performed as a part of daily routine operations.

As a Vape Technician TEAM Member, you will:

• Work directly with the Operations Managers to support the overall equipment systems that run the vape cartridge filling i.e., distillate jars pouring and cleaning
• Assist in operation and maintenance of the vape cartridge filling machine by cleaning and checking equipment for functionality prior to redeployment.
• Keep a clean and organized production area. Production area must be clean of anything that can contaminate the product.

Packaging Technicians work together with their TEAM to assist with all aspects of the packaging process. CULTIVATION OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN JOB DESCRIPTION

Cultivation Operations Technicians work together with their TEAM to assist with all aspects of operations, under the direct oversight of their Operations Manager. This TEAM maintains overall facility operations throughout all life stages of the plants, from Veg to Bloom, based on various work instructions, processes, and techniques performed as a part of daily routine operations.

As a Cultivation Operations Technician TEAM Member, you will:

• Work directly with the Facilities Manager to support the overall equipment systems that run the cultivation i.e., Irrigation Systems, Fan Coils, Humidifiers, etc.

FERTIGATION TECHNICIAN JOB DESCRIPTION

The Fertigation Technician works together with their TEAM to ensure that all plants within the cultivation facility are provided their daily water / nutrient regimen, as well as maintain the equipment infrastructure under the oversight of the Cultivation Manager.

As a Water Technician TEAM Member, you will:

• Prepare large-scale water tanks with base water, verifying temperatures and specified element levels as outlined by Manager.

Kitchen Technicians work together with their TEAM to assist with all aspects of the kitchen processes. VAPE TECHNICIAN JOB DESCRIPTION

Vape Technicians work together with their TEAM to assist with all aspects of operations, under the direct oversight of their Production Managers. This TEAM maintains overall facility operations throughout all stages of our premium vape cartridge, from raw distillate to a filled and capped cartridge, based on various work instructions, processes, and techniques performed as a part of daily routine operations.

As a Vape Technician TEAM Member, you will:

• Work directly with the Operations Managers to support the overall equipment systems that run the vape cartridge filling i.e., distillate jars pouring and cleaning
• Assist in operation and maintenance of the vape cartridge filling machine by cleaning and checking equipment for functionality prior to redeployment.
• Keep a clean and organized production area. Production area must be clean of anything that can contaminate the product.
• Maintain Vape Cartridge Filling Machine and make sure all processes are correctly implemented for seamless operation.
• Maintain equipment such as baker’s racks, carts, homogenizer, air compressor, convention oven, etc. for the filling of vape cartridge events.
• Cross-training may include packaging, labeling, moving of boxed materials on inventory racks, or helping Gummy Kitchen Production.

POST-HARVEST TECHNICIAN JOB DESCRIPTION

Post-Harvest Technicians work together with their TEAM to assist with all aspects of the Post-Harvest process. Under the direct oversite of their Team Leader and Cultivation Manager, this TEAM manages all tasks related to processing high end premium cannabis flowers. From harvesting, drying, curing, to packaging the flowers based on various work instructions, processes, and techniques performed as a part of daily routine operations.

As a Post-Harvest TEAM Member, you will:

• Prepare harvested plants for the drying process
• Prepare dried plants / flowers for the trimming process
• Precisely hand trim dried flowers with scissors both efficiently as well with great attention to detail.
• Efficiently identify, separate, and understand the difference between hand trim and machine trim flower.
• Recognize individual cannabis strains based on identifying factors such as appearance and scent.
• Remove the instructed amount of water leaf, sugar leaf and stems without damaging the structure of the flower.
• Participate in training and follow work instructions to create a consistent high-quality finished product.
• Prepare hand trimmed flower for the curing process.
• Prepare the cured flowers for the packing process.
• Manufacture Pre-Rolls
• Pack flowers and prepare them to be finished goods inventory.
• Clean all work areas involved, e.g., sweeping, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing work surfaces and common spaces. TEAM members MUST prioritize Cleanliness and Organization.

INVENTORY/FULFILLMENT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and perform physical inventory audits ensuring accuracy within METRC
• Track movement of all products within the store
• Ensure all inventory reconciliation is regularly completed and submitted to METRC
• Must be extremely well organized to manage large amounts of inventory data and work with managers to ensure accuracy at the dispensary
• Educated in all inventory and cannabis
• Accurately weigh out flower. Labeling of all cannabis products.Adapts to the state compliance procedures and emergency bulletins and follows guidelines from the Inventory Manager with urgent action of change to stay efficient and compliant at all times.
• Help keep flow with the queue for curbside, online orders or walk-in customers.
• Works closely with intake and reception to ensure orders are correct and fully fulfilled.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the building, accomplish a cleaning checklist throughout the day. Checklist must be signed off by all team members and daily floor managers.
• Understanding of all positions of the fulfillment room to ensure all daily tasks are completed and accurate. Reports all daily issues and changes to Inventory Manager to take appropriate action.
