Role Summary
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing the receipt and transfer of cannabis product in and out of the facility, whether through internal or external transfers. In addition, this person manages our internal audit process by tracking, investigating, and resolving variances.

Qualifications & Skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have at least 1 year experience with Inventory and Metrc
- High school diploma required or GED; bachelorâs degree preferred

A JARS Delivery Driver/Curbside Specialist is much more than just an average delivery driver. You are a cross trained individual who can function in all store departments as well as provide exceptional customer service at the door and behind the wheel. Job Duties
- Deliver orders to customers in an efficient and timely manner
- Works scheduled shifts and follows the company's attendance policy
- Follows all delivery safety and CRA rules policies
- Timely and effective communication when issues arise while making deliveries
- Promoting the perks of being a JARS customer (Loyalty Program, Referrals, etc.)
- Verifies correct cash amounts during transactions
- Responsible for reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.

STANDARDS

PURPOSE
The Trim and Packaging Technician will assist in maintaining quality control measures to ensure high quality product and carries out day-to-day tasks including trimming, prepping, packaging, and labeling in accordance with standards set by butter.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Staging product and packaging supplies to meet daily production schedule.
- Performing quality assurance protocols as designated by butter procedures.
- Responsible for increasing operational efficiency and reducing waste through ownership, teamwork, communication, and collaboration.
- Perform in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed butterâs specifications and customerâs expectations.
- Ensuring 100% compliance involving proper weighing, data recording, product tracking and security throughout the entire packaging process.
- Consistently operates in an efficient manner that also complies with all OSHA regulations, butterâs SOPâs, and all applicable required procedures.

In some people, ozone can cause decreased lung function and/or exacerbate pre-existing health effects, especially in workers with asthma or other respiratory complications. PPE in the form of respiratory protection may be recommended in certain parts of the warehouse.

We are a full service medical and recreational cannabis provisioning center. Our staff is here to assist, provide guidance, and education to each patient with their medical marijuana needs. All staff are well trained, educated, and experienced with all available medicinal cannabis options. Driver Duties and Responsibilities:

The Cultivation Representative is responsible for supporting dedicated functions within the cultivation and the team who supports. This individual should understand the corporate initiatives within the cultivation and always strive to work towards the overall goals of the organization. The mission is to produce the highest quality product in a result driven culture. Incremental development should be constant, starting with personal development, but always supporting the team and organization.
This is a team environment where everyone is accountable for the end result. Sometimes we work as a team, sometimes we work individually. Work could be in Veg or Flower.
Responsible for the highest possible standards of work in accordance with the State of Michigan Cannabis regulations and standards set by the company
Essential Job Duties

About This Role
The role of the Common Citizen Budtender, who we like to call Citizen Advisor, is one of utmost importance. As a Citizen Advisor you are the face of the company and need to treat all our guests with great humanity. Advisors are educators first, salespeople second. Their primary role is to provide unparalleled customer service in which they educate their fellow citizens, the dispensary guests, and help them discover the cannabis products that will help them achieve a higher quality of life.
When not assisting their fellow citizens, Advisors are responsible for keeping the chapter clean and orderly, including keeping bathrooms presentable and well stocked. Advisors will also sometimes work reception. This includes greeting guests, checking newcomers in, answering any questions they may have and ensuring that citizen profiles are up to date and correct. Advisors may also be called upon to assist with inventory.

We are a full service medical and recreational cannabis provisioning center. Our staff is here to assist, provide guidance, and education to each patient with their medical marijuana needs. All staff are well trained, educated, and experienced with all available medicinal cannabis options. Our staff carefully assists every patient to ensure he or she is receiving the correct medication that will best benefit the patientâs specific illness and/or condition.
Driver Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide strong customer service daily to include an optimistic attitude, welcoming personality, and driven work-ethic.
- Become well-educated with all medicinal products offered and/ or willing to learn!
- Complete opening and closing procedures to ensure the cleanliness of the facility, as well as ensuring all online menus are current with daily offerings and specials
- Provide the highest level of customer service while interacting with patients on-site and over the phone
- Process paperwork for new patients by getting proper information securely entered in our POS system
- Operate front desk responsibilities such as answering phones, emails, checking-in patients, and updating patient files
- Handle customer pick-up orders, verify ID medical cards, process and cash out & debit orders, and run orders out to customers.
- Educate members to ensure all patients are receiving the correct medication that will best help their illness and/or condition

The role of the Common Citizen Budtender, who we like to call Citizen Advisor, is one of utmost importance. As a Citizen Advisor you are the face of the company and need to treat all our guests with great humanity. Advisors are educators first, salespeople second. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with the Director of Plant Operations and General Manager to implement all standard operating procedures (SOPs) in relation to state regulations and CCC compliance for both the dispensary and production facilities.
- Remains abreast of relevant industry-related and state-mandated laws and regulations, analyze their impact and make recommendations to operations and management.
- Develops collaborative relationships with MA CCC representatives and regulators.
- Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future. This includes providing guidance to management on implementing policy and/or process changes to comply with new and/or changes to regulations.
- Collaborates with others in operations to develop policies, procedures and communications encouraging employees to report violation of company policies and/or government regulations such as, potential selection of third-party vendor(s).
- Leads internal audits to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
- Collaborates with Security Manager, Dispensary Manager, and Director of Plant Operations to identify risks, ensure compliance to OSHA regulations and ensure loss prevention methods comply with privacy and other applicable laws. This includes working with the Acreage Corporate Compliance Team to implement training programs to ensure compliance.
- Oversee the administration, maintenance, and accuracy of all required reports, documentation and equipment.
- Oversees any recall and/or health/public safety issues. This includes reporting to government agencies, developing communication to dispensaries and/or consumers, working with the management team to develop a corrective plan.
- Respond to management inquires and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Coordinate the security and logistics protocols surrounding the logistics and successful delivery of product.

About This Role
The role of the Common Citizen Budtender, who we like to call Citizen Advisor, is one of utmost importance. As a Citizen Advisor you are the face of the company and need to treat all our guests with great humanity. Advisors are educators first, salespeople second. Their primary role is to provide unparalleled customer service in which they educate their fellow citizens, the dispensary guests, and help them discover the cannabis products that will help them achieve a higher quality of life.
When not assisting their fellow citizens, Advisors are responsible for keeping the chapter clean and orderly, including keeping bathrooms presentable and well stocked. Advisors will also sometimes work reception. This includes greeting guests, checking newcomers in, answering any questions they may have and ensuring that citizen profiles are up to date and correct. Advisors may also be called upon to assist with inventory.
Finally, as with everyone at Common Citizen, Advisors are expected to contribute to the Common Citizen movement to end the stigma and liberate all people through cannabis.
What You Will Be Doing
Creating an unparalleled customer service experience for our guests, your fellow citizens, that leaves them feeling well cared for, including but not limited to:
- Consistently exceptional customer service
- Strong long-term relationship-building
- Following the Common Citizen advisor protocol
- Providing problem-solving sales assistance, including upselling & cross-selling when it is to your fellow citizens benefit
- Generating references, referrals & repeat visits
- Simple math & data entry
- POS system entries
- Regulatory compliance (ie. LARA. Metrc)
Staying current with cannabis knowledge in order to educate & serve with excellence, including:
- Cannabis plant and product form knowledge
- The Common Citizen product offerings
- Hosting or participating in educational events, onsite & offsite
The Experience You Bring
- A minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service role in a retail environment
- Personal experience with cannabis â although not required, ideally you are a current medical cannabis patient in the state of Michigan
- A background in healthcare, social work or related fields is also preferred

Michigan Marijuana Report, the first and longest running cannabis magazine in the state, is seeking a delivery driver for a one week a month position. We provide the vehicle and the route, and of course the magazine. Driver is expected to begin work on a Monday at 9am, and will need to have the route completed by Friday at 8pm (the rental window).
