We’re looking for a Retail Marketing Coordinator who is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. Job Summary
The purpose of this position is assisting the ERP Supervisor with special projects, communicating with various departments, and taking care of specific parts of our information systems relating to manufacturing and sales. Position Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- To be the best sales person on the floor and lead as an example to others in their excellent customer service and sales ability.
- Provides daily reports to upper management about the day to day operations.
- Leads sales floor staff/shift leaders/drivers - must guide and direct staff on the floor to the efficient management of the retail storefront.
- Ensures sales promotions are working properly and staff is made aware. When we do promotions to prioritize those sales and assist staff in pushing those products.
- Ensures supplies and products are reported for reordering when at low levels to maintain a constant flow of high demand products and to help designate which are not.
- Direct small staff meetings during downtime to motivate and point out things to staff. Also to address and direct shift lead to resolve issues as they arise.
- Participates in meetings with upper management, to develop and suggests solutions to issues on the floor and in other areas.
- Client/Customer Relations – to maintain the established well working relationship we have with our current clientele and to develop new ones.

One of the top ten brands in California, the company has recently expanded to other States. The company has three licensed facilities in California and is in full compliance with state cannabis laws. This position will operate out of our corporate offices near Van Nuys, CA.
The complexity of cannabis taxation and regulation combined with the phenomenal sales trajectory of the company means that financial reporting and tax preparation are challenging. In addition, the company hired an auditor to review and complete our annual tax returns and financial statements. We are looking for an experienced controller with a CPA to help guide us into the future. Management has Ivy League and Wall Street experience and wants to recruit someone who is up for the challenge.
Required Education and Work Experience:

- 10+ years of overall Accounting/Finance experience (required)
- Experience handling accounting for a manufacturing company (required)

The purpose of this position is to assist the Systems Manager and IT & Systems Analyst with maintaining an effective and efficient flow of information across the organization. The Associate IT & Systems Analyst must be proactive, a go-getter, and have a strong will to learn and develop their skills. Job Overview
- Develop and maintain company creative standards
- Manage team of Graphic Designers and Freelancers, and facilitate their workload
