The Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring the top-of-the-line customer experience that Purple Lotus customers have come to expect while delivering products to our thousands of daily patients. Job Purpose and Summary:
Assist with Delivery, Retail, and E-commerce departments to route, fulfill and complete customer requests in order to streamline the operational process. The position is responsible for maintaining delivery efficiency and facilitating day-to-day dispatch/fulfillment operations. It’s the Dispatcher's responsibility to work with our Driving Force to ensure that our customers receive their orders in an efficient and timely manner, all while providing excellent customer service.
Functions:
- Providing customer ETA’s
- Plan optimal routes to maximize deliveries per driver using Onfleet (previous Onfleet or similar dispatch software experience required)
- Verifying IDs, Placing orders
- Ability to troubleshoot order complications or route conflicts
- Responding to our guests on live chat
- Confirm Treez order pushes thru to Onfleet order
- Communicate with drivers about changes in address, updates about order contents
- Communicate with customers about order updates, route delays/changes
- Helping take customer orders
- Adjust customer order totals, upsell to customers, and pushing marketing specials
- Work with iHeartJane
- Adjust delivery windows to maximize orders for the day, and create route density
- Create manual orders in Onfleet when Treez does not push order through
- improvising solutions to dispatch issues as they arise, escalating to the appropriate management as needed.
- Working as a team with our drivers to ensure deliveries are completed
- Ownership of delivery team performance while on duty
- Ability to defuse and resolve problematic situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Maximizes all situations and takes every possible interaction scenario to the best suitable conclusion.
- Interacts efficiently with the team and Delivery department as needed.
- Adheres to all company policies regarding attendance, meal, and break periods.
- Cannabis knowledge is a plus but not required. Dispatch skills are required.

Purple Lotus in San Jose currently seeking passionate and organized cannabis Inventory Stocker for our inventory team. We are looking for someone to be hands on with our products, so our ideal candidate has an understanding for cannabis products, while being good at time management, to manage their time during work efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality products.
The Inventory Stocker plays a critical role in the organization by stocking merchandise in retail space and also maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area. They receive and distribute merchandise throughout the store, displaying it in accordance with procedure, and take inventory of stock regularly.
Inventory Associate Job Duties::
- Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO method.
- Responsible for labeling products and bins according to state and city regulations.
- Responsible for restocking the sales floor according to the company restocking policy.
- Assist with conducting cycle counts on all product categories, keeping accurate and detailed records of findings.
- Communicate all variances and low stock items to the Supply Chain Director including any issues related to compliance.
- Assist front of house staff with questions and requests related to inventory.
- Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with all state and local regulations pertaining to Inventory stocker duties.
- Sorting products and placing excess products in storage rooms.
- Ensure no expired or damaged items are on the shelf.
- Reporting damages to carts, shelves, baskets, and other store property.
- Marking items with individual ID codes (prices, stock numbers, barcodes, inventory control codes, etc.
- Maintains an accurate record keeping of daily moves, chain of custody form, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.

Inventory Stockers will focus on ensuring a high level of accuracy in product intake and recordkeeping. There is a heavy focus on the product life cycle and ensuring product rotation procedures are followed. The role also requires one to move efficiently at a fast pace and involves lifting objects up to 25 lbs.

Purple Lotus in San Jose currently seeking passionate and organized cannabis Inventory Stocker for our inventory team. We are looking for someone to be hands on with our products, so our ideal candidate has an understanding for cannabis products, while being good at time management, to manage their time during work efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality products.
The Inventory Stocker plays a critical role in the organization by stocking merchandise in retail space and also maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area. They receive and distribute merchandise throughout the store, displaying it in accordance with procedure, and take inventory of stock regularly.
Inventory Associate Job Duties::
- Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO method.
- Responsible for labeling products and bins according to state and city regulations.
- Responsible for restocking the sales floor according to the company restocking policy.
- Assist with conducting cycle counts on all product categories, keeping accurate and detailed records of findings.
- Communicate all variances and low stock items to the Supply Chain Director including any issues related to compliance.
- Assist front of house staff with questions and requests related to inventory.
- Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with all state and local regulations pertaining to Inventory stocker duties.
- Sorting products and placing excess products in storage rooms.
- Ensure no expired or damaged items are on the shelf.
- Reporting damages to carts, shelves, baskets, and other store property.
- Marking items with individual ID codes (prices, stock numbers, barcodes, inventory control codes, etc.
- Maintains an accurate record keeping of daily moves, chain of custody form, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
- Sorts and stocks products on shelves and in the back of house.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards (including backroom and shelves), and dispose of trash.
- Perform general stocking duties on a daily basis including storing and stocking products in/on bins, pallets, shelves, racks, and refrigerators.
- Ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by the Supply Chain Director.
Requirements & Skills:
Inventory Stockers will focus on ensuring a high level of accuracy in product intake and recordkeeping. There is a heavy focus on the product life cycle and ensuring product rotation procedures are followed. Each inventory specialist will be required to display strong organizational skills as well as impeccable attention to detail. The role also requires one to move efficiently at a fast pace and involves lifting objects up to 25 lbs.

Education and Experience:
- 1-year inventory stocker experience preferred.
- Prior experience in the cannabis industry preferred but not required.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions::
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform repetitive motions.
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus.
- Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 30 pounds AND must be able to do so with extreme care and caution when working with plants and products.

Purple Lotus Patient Center in San Jose is currently looking for passionate and experienced Floor Manager, to help with managing retail operations.
The Floor manager plays a key role in supporting the overall goals of the company by supervising team members and daily tasks of the retail sales floor. The Floor manager is focused on ensuring the team provides a high level of customers service while following company procedures and adhering to all compliance measures. The Floor Manager provides feedback and works with the General manager to create an environment that is fun and underlines our Core Values.
Job Duties:
Assist with hiring, developing, and managing retail floor team members Manage daily tasks related to the retail floor, including all opening and closing procedures Handle minor software and hardware issues related to the point of Sale System. Liaison with IT team and software provider to handle more complex issues Maintain thorough understanding of all state and local compliance laws related to the retail floor Maintain thorough knowledge of all products in stock Develop employee schedules for retail floor Manage customer flow by observing and understanding sales trends Handle high level discrepancies with customers maintaining excellent customer service through the lotus way experience Assist with coaching and providing disciplinary action to retail floor team members Investigate all variances and discrepancies related to end of shift closeouts prior to closing out the shifts. Requirements:
The Floor manager will focus on ensuring that all daily tasks related to retail floor are carried out, and that the processes and procedures within the retail floor department are followed and closely monitored. They will help ensure that the retail floor department is closely aligned and working in sync with the overall goals of the organization. They will provide critical feedback to the leadership team on employee performance, satisfaction, and customer service standards. As a member of the management team, they play a key role as a coach within the organization, focusing heavily on development and retainment of 'A' players.
