The Floor manager plays a key role in supporting the overall goals of the company by supervising team members and daily tasks of the retail sales floor. Job Duties:
Assist with hiring, developing, and managing retail floor team members Manage daily tasks related to the retail floor, including all opening and closing procedures Handle minor software and hardware issues related to the point of Sale System. Duties:
The Inventory Specialist plays a critical role in the organization by performing a variety of functions related to inventory control.
- Intake new shipments of product including quality control inspections, count verification, accuracy of documentation and compliance checks
- Record all required data points for shipments of product into the inventory tracking software
- Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO method
- Responsible for labeling products and bins according to state and city regulations
- Assist in restocking sales floor according to company restocking policy
- Assist with conducting cycle counts on all product categories, keeping accurate and detailed records of findings
- Communicate all variances and discrepancies to the Inventory Manager including any issues related to compliance
- Assist front of house staff with questions and requests related to inventory
- Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with all state and local regulations pertaining to Inventory Specialist duties

Overview: *
Purple Lotus is recruiting for our Dispatcher position. This is a full-time position within our delivery department, reporting directly to our delivery manager.
Functions:
Plan optimal routes to maximize deliveries per driver using Onfleet (previous Onfleet experience PLUS)
Confirm Treez order pushes thru to Onfleet order
Communicate with drivers changes in address, updates about order contents
Communicate with customers about order updates , route delays / changes
Helping take customer orders
Adjust customer order totals
Changing delivery windows
Work with iHeartJane
Adjust delivery windows to maximize orders for the day, and create route density
Create manual orders in Onfleet when Treez does not push order through
improvise solutions to dispatch issues as they arise, escalating to the appropriate management as needed.
Ownership of delivery team performance while on duty
Ability to defuse and resolve problematic situations in a calm and professional manner.
Maximizes all situations and takes every possible interaction scenario to the best suitable conclusion.
Interacts efficiently with the team and Delivery department as needed.
Adheres to all company policies regarding attendance, meal and break periods.
Manage dispatch employees by making sure there are no route conflicts in their work and ensuring that maximum deliveries are being routed at all times
Answer basic questions regarding all cannabis products, both in-store and delivery deals.

The Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations of the fulfillment room and all delivery order fulfillment processes. The Fulfillment Coordinator will be capable of all duties required for packaging and proper ticketing of delivery orders.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Assist the Inventory, Retail, and E-commerce departments to staff, stock, and manage the Fulfillment Room in order to streamline the fulfillment process. The goal being to have orders packed as quickly and accurately as possible.
- Pick and scan items for pickup/delivery orders. Assist with moving packaged orders to the proper locations with necessary receipts attached.
- Restock and organize inventory and supplies as needed in the Fulfillment Room.

Requirements
- Help customers in accordance with Purple Lotus' mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
- Follow established policies for sales / customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and promote brand loyalty.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store.
- Help customers make the right choices by knowing how different methods of cannabis consumption affect our patients differently and suggesting dosage starting points and upward titration for inexperienced members.
- Complete any work assigned during scheduled shift, including: menu updates, errand, restock ,etc.
- Correct cash handling and discount application
- Verification of proper paperwork, documentation and ID for members
- Accurate use and maintenance of the Point Of Sale (POS) system; Accurate and timely data entry of member profiles in the POS system
- Security measures and safety compliance
- Maintenance of an organized and clean store
- Maintenance of open communication with the management team and other coworkers
- Reporting of employee issues or member situations
