The Role:
The Inventory Manager is the leader of back-of-house inventory operations, overseeing our “vault” where we receive, record, and store all inventory for sale at the dispensary. Vault operations consist of intake and receipt of deliveries, product and product data organization, and order fulfillment. The Inventory Manager will work closely with the store’s General Manager and Assistant General Manager, coordinating to ensure that inventory flows downstream to the customer in a smooth and successful manner, according to the proper protocols and systems established at the retail operation.

The Role:
Fine Fettle is seeking a Dispensary Agent to assist in multiple facets of our retail operations. The Dispensary Agent position is a rare opportunity to gain exposure to many different roles within the cannabis retail operation.
The ideal person for this role is enthusiastic, dependable, and excited at the prospect of learning about various aspects of a cannabis retail operation. Success in this role will require a high level of reliability, integrity, and the ability to receive and adapt in accordance with constructive feedback. Many of the sub-roles within the Dispensary Agent position will be customer facing and as such will require strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
The role is rotational in nature consisting of Sales Agent, Indoor Greeter, Outdoor Greeter, Order Entry Technician, Order Puller, and Runner.
The primary duty of the Dispensary Agent will be to act as a Sales Agent, stationing the register and checking out patients at the point of sale. In the Sales Agent role, the Dispensary Agent should have a keen understanding of what it means to provide excellent customer service and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The Dispensary Agent will also be rotated to our front-of-house operations as needed, acting in a customer-facing role as Indoor or Outdoor Greeter. Likewise the Dispensary Agent may be assigned to roles at the back-of-house including Order Entry Technician and Order Puller, respectively scanning bags of product into our point of sale software systems and pulling data from our online menu to prep bags for product fulfillment. The Runner will be responsible for physically transporting product between the back-of-house and sales floor.
The Work You’ll Do (By Sub-Role):
- Sales Agent: Responsible for executing the checkout process with customers at the point of sale station. The Sales Agent provides education and 5 star service to customers at the register and executes directives from the Sales Floor Manager.
- Greeter: Responsible for welcoming new customers and patients to the store and directing them to the appropriate lines for entry. The Greeter will also communicate with the Front Desk Manager and General Manager to report and/or address front-of-house concerns.
- Order Entry Technician: Responsible for scanning filled bags of cannabis products into our Point of Sale software system so that they are prepared for customer pickup.
- Order Puller: Responsible for prepping cannabis bags for product fulfillment, printing and attaching order slips to the bags that are appropriate for particular products.
- Runner: Responsible for physically bringing product to and from the inventory vault to the sales floor.
Qualifications:

- Fluent in Spanish is a plus

About the Role:
Fine Fettle is seeking a Front Desk Associate to assist our Front Desk Lead in running our front-of-house store operations. The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for upholding the customer experience throughout the customer and patient check-in process. The Front Desk Associate is likely the first person the customer will encounter upon entering the dispensary, and therefore must exhibit great customer service when greeting incoming guests, assisting them with their inquiries or concerns, and directing them to either the sales floor or patient consultation area. Position SummaryResponsible for developing, managing and directing the operations, programs and activities of clinical programs across multiple locations; Oversees implementation of new programs and services, serves as a liaison with external agencies, oversees education and training of clinical staff, and serves as a member of the Corporate Compliance Committee.
Essential Functions
Under the direction of the Vice President of Operations, the Director of Clinical Services has responsibility including but not limited to:
· Clinic Administration: In collaboration with Clinic Supervisors, responsible for directing, planning, organizing and supervising the clinical operations across multiple sites; Provides consistent supervision and support to Clinic Supervisors to ensure goals are met consistently and timely for all program requirements; Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of concepts, principles and processes across clinics. Develop, review and update policies, procedures, process improvement, training, and evaluation that help support efficient clinic workflows.
· Supervision and Training: Works with Clinic Supervisors to provide educational oversight and training competency on functions related to care planning, clinic documentation, and quality performance improvement standards; Ensure communication of goals, objectives, policies, and procedures both up and down the chain of command.
· Planning and Coordination: Participate on the agency’s management team; Work closely with the advocacy, residential and legal teams to coordinate services to clients; Maintain a working relationship with outside agencies; Coordinate meetings with other mental health provider programs.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
A graduate degree in social work, psychology or allied science with a current and valid license in the state of Connecticut as an LCSW or LPC. The applicant should have at least six years of experience in the behavioral health treatment field, preferably in the area of substance abuse, and at least five years of administrative experience.
