Title: Bubble Hash Processor & Packager

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process and package bubble hash and temple balls
- Work in cold environments, bucking material in a freezer set to -IOF, process hash in a room set to 34F
- Work in hot environments, at times assisting with harvest
- Identify molds, mildews, bugs, viruses, etc. to prevent batch contamination.
- Maintain the safety of yourself and others while operating the bucking machine and other equipment
- Maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure they are properly working and well kept
- Keep track of data & manage inventory storage for fresh Frozen, bubble hash and Temple Balls
- Obtain and report weights, final counts, and other pertinent Trim, Fresh Frozen, Bubble Hash, and
Temple Ball batch information to Inventory Manager as it changes form on a regular basis to ensure inventory and Metrc are accurate and up to date at all times.
- Manage Fresh Frozen, Trim, Bubble, and Temple Ball inventory and data on available spreadsheet.
- Provide R&D samples to Inventory Manager and confirm/ provide final numbers for Compliance Testing to Inventory Manager.
- Record and report Waste Run batch information to Inventory Manager when Green Waste is taken to be disposed of.
- Perform additional duties as needed

- Piece Rate is a type of employment in which an employee is paid a fixed rate for each unit produced. There will be a one to two week grace period where the employee will be able to work their way up to meeting the minimums if they are unable to. Talking trees will provide coaching, support, insight, and other resources for team members to help improve their production and help them meet and exceed minimums if this is an issue.
Team members must be able to consistently meet minimums and produce at a $14/hr wage in order to maintain employment.
- Minimum requirements for Hand Manicuring are as follows:
- 54 grams/hour when manicuring Indoor ($130/lb)
- 65 grams/hour when manicuring Outdoor bucked ($115/lb)
- Minimum requirements for Hand Polishing are as follows

- Prep dep beds, greenhouse beds, grow bags by amending and tilling soil to ensure that soil is full of nutrients when transplanted.
- Transplant into a proper location on the farm by following the planting schedule to ensure that harvesting date goals are met.
- Ensure daily watering and feeding of garden spaces by utilizing either hand watering or drip system to provide sufficient water to growing plants.
- Assist in the daily spraying and application of IPM schedule by using hand wand sprayers and proper equipment to protect plants and reduce risk of plant diseases and insect infestation.
- Daily pulling on and off of greenhouse blackout tarps
- Assist daily plant maintenance by Leafing/bottoming caging and trellising of plants so plants grow in a manner that will ensure the biggest yield possible.

Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
The Head Grower is responsible for all aspects of growing, including watering, fertilizing, spraying, plant growth, preparing greenhouse and outdoor areas for crops, plant movement, plant grooming, etc. They will work in conjunction with the team to implement growing protocols and schedules for the assigned areas including but not limited to: Managing optimum crop quality within the given areas. adjusting fertilization program accordingly. Reviewing temperatures, air humidity, and light leakage.
· Discusses plant growing activities with management personnel to plan for growing activities that are consistent with planned production schedules.
· Plans for space allocation based on production reports and growing schedules.
· Monitors growing conditions and oversees changes in humidity, moisture and temperature and cultivation procedures to ensure conformance with quality control standards.
· Monitors plant development to ascertain conditions such as leaf texture, bloom size and the existence of pests or disease; removing substandard or diseased plants to maintain quality standards.
· Determines rates of fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides as required by the crops and applies and/or directs the application of them.
· Maintains inventory of needed growing supplies such as fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and fungicides.
· Maintains records of growing techniques and production; reviews records and reports to identify trends and to forecast future space and production needs.
· Trains employees in growing techniques and activities.
· Maintains an awareness of new state of the art equipment and provides input into equipment and facilities upgrades and replacement.
· Provides pesticide and safety training to all employees and maintenance of records as required by Federal or State regulations.

· Must have in depth knowledge of the safe handling and application of chemicals such as fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides and fungicides.
· Have, or become a licensed California Pesticide License applicator (QAC,QAL)

Culture Management currently has a Production Assistant position available in its Production Department which holds Micro-Business and Processing Licenses.
Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with intake, sifting, sorting, organizing, consolidating, counting, storing, labeling, and weighing cannabis to obtain accurate weights, appropriately label/ date/ initial containers, ensure accurate data acquisition/ logging/ inventory and get cannabis ready for testing, processing, packaging, manufacturing, distribution, or destruction. Assist with closing procedures to accurate counts and data are obtained for daily reconciliation and data entry.
- Set up equipment and work stations for team members the following day to ensure that team members are adequately equipped for work and that workstations and tools/ equipment provided are clean and ready to be used the following day.
- Enter production metrics into appropriate spreadsheets and forms to ensure that production numbers and inventory are accurate and that the data is recorded correctly.
- Monitor team member work progress, quality of work, and provide team members with more product or packaging supplies/materials to ensure that team members are kept on task, operations are productive, to ensure quality, and prevent mistakes.
- Work closely with the team to help maintain an organized inventory and clean warehouse.
- Label trays, boxes, bins, and bags appropriately to maintain accurate record of incoming product and product that is being processed, tested, packaged, manufactured, distributed, or destroyed.
- Stay present and support the team while Floor Manager attends Manager Meeting once a week.
- Become knowledgeable with weights and measure regulations and know how to use a variety of scales to ensure that accurate weights are being obtained and recorded.
- Must identify and remove molds, pests, discrepancies with cannabis material, etc.
- Execute duties and maintain standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.

- Work with COO, CEO, and Cultivation Director of Operations to finish compliant build out, design and implement new systems & processes to ensure storage, inventory, and operations are effective, efficient, and in compliance with local and state regulations

- Liaison between Talking Trees Farms and High Grade Distribution, Space Gem, Have Hash, and other companies to collaborate on transfers, scheduling, logistics, co-packing projects, bulk sales, product availability, etc. to ensure efficient and successful operations between other companies and branches of the company.
- Daily coordination and collaboration with direct report team members to ensure that Processing and Production operations are in alignment with company needs, priorities, and preferences at all times.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with inventory or processes to ensure accurate inventory

- Daily oversight of Trimmers Piece Rate Production Sheet to ensure trimmers are producing at an acceptable rate and that Floor Managers are filling in data correctly
- Daily review of Packaging/ Production spreadsheet and Daily Summaries to monitor daily production data and ensure that there are no discrepancies with inventory or issues with employee performance

- Oversight of Admin Assistants utilization of Quickbooks and Inventory Managers utilization of Canix and METRC systems to ensure that invoices and Metrc inventory are accurate.
- Execute duties and maintain standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.

- Clean work stations and set up materials for next day work activities to ensure that the production team and operations are properly equipped to begin operations.
