Primary Responsibilities:
- Generate sales revenue through new account acquisition and management of existing accounts in Greater Boston and Central MA.
- Work directly with the Director of Sales to develop and implement a highly effective sales strategy.
- Establish clear, targeted sales goals and monitor progress-to-goal regularly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective accounts, existing account decision makers, and other key industry personnel.
- Leverage marketing collateral and data to maximize sales
- Coordinate with Marketing Department to deepen account relationships through marketing activations and sponsored events.
- Represent the company and its products with high character, integrity, and professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with fulfillment and distribution teams to ensure accounts receive exceptional service.

As a Boveda Sales Executive in the Cannabis industry, you strategically promote and sell Boveda products to meet our customers' needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in field and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve problems. We are seeking three (3) Account Executives to join our Sales team which supports Virtual Exhibitor and Attendee engagement. From exhibitor sponsorship, Exhibitor virtual booth selection, design, coordination and logistics to pre-set - we work together with our virtual exhibitors throughout every stage of the trade show process.
This position assists with the production of the event after the event has been booked. This person will have an intimate understanding of the client's objectives and possess the professional capability to provide effective advice while driving all inputs for a successful event. This person should offer the team and our clients higher level leadership, superior attention to detail and ability to maintain up to date knowledge of all accounts.
Sales Executive Virtual Booth Sales
The primary objectives for a Sales Agent are to aggressively sell virtual exhibit booth space, sponsorships, foster relationships with current customers and prospect/sell to new business.
Responsibilities
Maintain a database of current and prospective customers
Sell virtual booth space and sponsorships via telephone, email communication and face-to-face meetings.
Work independently and with Manager to create strategic plans to achieve revenue goals by generating new sales ideas and researching new markets and trends.
Prospect for new business through various sources including industry and other publications, websites and competitive shows.
Provide accurate sales projections and forecasts.
Work with sales team remotely as required leading up to and during production.
Assist with Value Added and Sponsorship Sale programs.
Coordinate the completion of production forms, Exhibitor Kit Requests, Graphics Order forms and Virtual Floor plan requests.
Arrange conference calls and travel.
Generate sales lead opportunities and prospect for potential opportunities
Create estimates, purchase orders and invoices
Develop initial virtual exhibit concepts and designs to sell to clients
Oversee the virtual design, coordination, and production of all exhibits
Manage cost to revenue ratios to achieve financial goals
Maintain knowledge of current virtual interior design trends, as well as new industry-related techniques, materials, and suppliers
Required Skills
Ability to work under pressure regardless of workload
Critical thinking and ability to identify daily priorities and communicate this to the team
Detail-oriented and impeccable organization skills
Comprehensive knowledge of virtual expo systems, planning systems, scheduling techniques, process management workflow
Possess people management skills to lead team coordination/negotiation/conflict management
Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships and vendor relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
Four-year degree or equivalent sales experience
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurability
Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated, goal oriented, fast learner.
Excellent customer service skills
Previous Trade Show, Exhibit Industry or Event Industry is preferred virtual expo experience a plus

We are seeking an experienced individual with a minimum of 2 years cannabis sales experience and 1 year cannabis sales manager experience to assist us to increase sales and address customer needs within the state of CA. Territory Sales Manager responsibilities include overseeing our delivery couriers, placing our products on the shelves of cannabis dispensaries through the state, negotiating procurement from cannabis farms and manufacturers and identifying specific consumer characteristics and recommending ways to promote and sell our products. In this role, you will grow the number of retailers carrying our products in your territory while growing sales volume at existing stores. As an Account Executive, you are expected to not only make sales but to also build and promote long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships by partnering with dispensaries and understanding their needs. Your days will be spent cold calling, visiting new and existing clients, demoing our products, and recording your interactions in our system.

Requirements:

- Monitors customer preferences or requests for products and collaborates with departments to ensure solutions and customer satisfaction
- Participate in sales activities including vendor days, retailer events, and sales meetings
- Record details of sales activities, staff interactions, visits, and orders in our CRM
Qualifications:
- Proven track record for meeting sales quota in a broad, diverse and complex market
- Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit (or application in "Ready to Pay" status")
- Valid driver's license with reliable personal vehicle
- Over 21 years old
- +1 years’ experience in direct sales

- Understanding of OLCC compliance laws for the cannabis industry
- Travel to other cities to represent the company as necessary
