SUMMARY
Sells and implements the Bank’s treasury management services and depository products specializing in high risk clients bank-wide. Responsible for expanding depository relationships with new and existing clients, including cash-intensive businesses, in order to meet or exceed deposit and non-interest fee income goals. PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Accepts applications for ACH Origination, prepares credit memorandums, and makes approval recommendations according to consistent underwriting standards for clients within their portfolio.
- Communicates effectively with support departments to ensure thorough implementation of services and adequate support to clients.
- Provides training and support to business clients regarding treasury products.
- Maintains cooperative and productive working relationships with all departments of the Bank.
- Regularly attends and participates in sales meetings with all business groups in the assigned market.
- Accurately reflects department sales activity and income volume in Salesforce.
- Identifies referral opportunities for other Bank services, such as commercial lending, merchant services, and investments.
- Provides competitive information on products and services to the product development officer.
- Position requires regular travel and occasional travel outside of the city.
QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Three to five years banking experience required.
- Prior successful business development experience required.

Leafbuyer Technologies Inc. is looking for a professional, detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager. This person is responsible for maintaining and growing a relationship with customer accounts. The Client Relationship Manager will typically be assigned a set of accounts throughout the lifetime of a business relationship. What you will do
In this role The Facilities Tech is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the Hurlock Facility. In this role you will maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, perform basic repairs, and work with contractors on facilities improvements, repairs, and expansions. This position reports to the General Manager.
Highlighted Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Basic repairs and maintenance of facilities systems including pipes, pumps, lights, HVAC, minor plumbing needs, minor electrical needs, and minor structural repairs
- Repair of facilities mechanical processing equipment, or coordination with vendors of equipment
- Establish and perform facilities preventative maintenance plans
- Establish and/or manage facility waste service provider
- Submit and manage facilities maintenance tickets in computer system
- Manage inventories of required spare parts and tools to maintain facility functionality
- Work with the GM to develop repair estimates and facility improvement budget
- Act as a supporting role as requested for capital projects and coordinate subcontractor repairs and facilities improvements
- Coordinate with Corporate Real Estate to execute on facilities improvements
- Able to work independently as well as operating as part of a team
- Participate in weekly meetings with other Facility Managers
- Adhere to strict sanitation practices throughout the facility
- Facility cleaning and ensuring overall facility cleanliness– sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, vacuuming, etc.
- All other tasks, as determined by the General Manager and Corporate Facilities Manager, to ensure smooth operation of facility
Qualifications
- Five years of experience in facilities maintenances or related field

Summary
We’re looking for a versatile manager to lead and contribute to digital communications projects for our Craft Cannabis brand in Colorado. The ideal candidate has the creative vision to translate ideas into compelling and visually appealing digital communications products, the technical expertise to move comfortably between digital channels, and the organizational and leadership skills to manage complex projects from idea to product. This is a job for someone who not only enjoys technical work but also excels at the softer skills of building relationships, balancing priorities, and working collaboratively with staff in a complex, dynamic environment!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Web management and strategy
- Manage web projects and communications campaigns, including contributions from staff and periodically from outside consultants. Develop concepts and manage projects, through start-up to execution and close-out. Develop, articulate, and maintain analytics tailored to goals and meaningful communications outcomes.
- Prepare for and project-manage (with IT and Marketing partners) a full website redesign for our team.
- Establish and maintain content calendars to ensure digital channels are regularly refreshed, accurate, performing, and reflecting organizational priorities.
- Consult with cultivars and operations staff across Maggie’s to assess digital communications needs and strategically evaluate requests; offer tools, training, and methods, as necessary to enable staff to communicate directly and effectively.
- Design web layouts and publish content, in line with brand and style standards. Actively and consistently incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion considerations into content choices.
- Create cohesion between the in-store and digital customer experiences.
- Actively participate in the development of brand standards in conjunction with ownership and marketing partners.
- Digital creative support
- Bring creative vision, a digital-first approach, and technical expertise to storytelling at Maggie’s by managing and producing images, infographics, videos, and other assets that elevate our communications.
- Develop and integrate creative content across a variety of digital platforms, including but not limited to website, social media, intranet, campus-wide digital displays.
- Stay abreast of digital communications trends and opportunities, to pragmatically implement best practices that work for Maggie’s.
- Traffic Strategies
- Identify and design opportunities to create greater web presence through algorithm design.
Qualifications
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least five years of relevant experience in communications or web design
- At least three years of relevant experience in the cannabis industry
- Experience leading creative digital projects
- Experience collaborating closely with stakeholders who are technical experts, such as cultivars, operators or other professionals
Skills and Abilities
- Creative vision and technical skills to translate ideas into communications products
- Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements and explain technical issues
- Experience keeping projects and project teams focused, organized, and moving forward. Knowledge of project and task management tools is a plus
- Thorough knowledge of online production environments, project phases, and common challenges
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Basic graphic design and production skills
- Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Keen attention to detail, with particular emphasis on accuracy, follow-up, and follow-through
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills, ability to develop trust and credibility with a wide range of staff
- Openness to experimentation and evaluation; comfort with constructive criticism
- Ability to collaborate, consult, and align with a distributed team
- Ability to obtain a Colorado MED Occupational Badge
