- Adds internal standards, prepares quality control samples, and conducts other quality control functions;
- Performs system suitability checks, preventive maintenance, and calibrates analytical instrumentation.
- Processes, organizes and summarizes data and computerized results of analysis through the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS);
- Consults with the Laboratory Director to develop and implement new laboratory methods, techniques, and protocols;
- Assists Laboratory Director with special studies in sample preparation;
- Prepares and conducts quality checks on laboratory equipment;
- Assists in the security and cleanliness of laboratory and equipment;
- Conducts supply inventory to ensure availability of consumable laboratory materials;

TITLE: Sample Transportation Specialist, Part Time and Full Time Positions Available
POSITION SUMMARY:
A SAMPLING and TRANSPORTATION SPECIALIST (STS) is one of the most crucial parts of the testing process! The STS is responsible to travel to California’s licensed cultivation, manufacturing and distribution facilities and personally collect samples using a proven scientific method to ensure the sample is representative of the batch. An STS will collect samples consisting of flower, oil, edibles, and other cannabis products while following a strict standard operating procedure and transporting them to the analytic testing laboratory.
Once the samples arrive at the testing laboratory they will be processed for Potency, Pesticides, Residual Solvents, Microbiological, Toxins, Heavy Metals and filth/foreign inspections.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Transport samples from the greater Coachella Valley area to San Diego using a company vehicle 2 to 3 times a week
- Ensure area is as clean and free from contaminants and filth as possible and sanitize tools
-Obtain samples of cannabis and/or hemp from facilities and farms to transport them to the San Diego laboratory

POSITION SUMMARY:
A SAMPLING and TRANSPORTATION SPECIALIST (STS) is one of the most crucial parts of the testing process! The STS is responsible to travel to California’s licensed cultivation, manufacturing and distribution facilities and personally collect samples using a proven scientific method to ensure the sample is representative of the batch. TITLE: Hemp Field Sampling Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY:
A Hemp Field Sampling Specialist is one of the most crucial parts of the testing process! The Hemp Field Sampling Specialist is responsible to travel to California fields in the Oxnard, Camarillo and Ventura araes and personally collects samples using a proven scientific method to ensure the sample is representative of the batch. A Field Sampler will collect samples consisting of flower, hemp, and other products while following a strict standard operating procedure and transporting them to the analytical testing laboratory.
Once the samples arrive at the testing laboratory they will be processed for Potency, Pesticides, Residual Solvents, Microbiological, Toxins, Heavy Metals and filth/foreign inspections. If the testing results pass the California testing criteria set forth, then they are allowed to be sold to the consumers in the State of California.
