The Packager assembles and packages concentrates and flower products. The Packager assembles and packages concentrates and flower products. Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Packager packages cannabis products for resale while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, quality control, and sanitation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (PACKAGING)
- Prepares and adheres labels to each package; verifies that labels for finished packages conform to State regulations.
- Tracks product and maintains documentation standards, ensuring products are accounted for throughout the packaging process.
- Ensures that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance and successfully conforms to all State regulations, organizational standards and procedures, and security protocols.

Blue Fox Brands is a multi-State organization newly opening it’s Colorado facility.
BFB is a contract manufacturer specializing in pre-rolls. We are looking for dedicated employees who are interested in working hard with a growing cannabis company and taking personal responsibility of all aspects of our SOP’s and with the possibility of upward movement into managerial positions.
This position is for a manufacturing / production line employee. There are a variety of functions that take place in our production process and we will access each individual’s ability to excel in the efficiency of each function and encourage specialization of processes. It is essential for all production employees to fully understand and be capable to execute all aspects of the process with precision and efficiency.
At BFB, you will produce the highest quality constructed pre-rolled products in the industry. You will consistently screen/manufacture material in the pre-roll production process while accurately recording product weights/counts. You will work with managers and supervisors to learn and apply all BFB quality standards and compliance guidelines while producing a variety of pre-rolled products. You will work through all aspects of the pre-roll production process with a focus of maintaining our quality controls through every step of the process.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Follow all BFB Policies & Procedures in the daily operations and fully comply with all State Recreational and Medical Marijuana Regulations
- Work closely with joint team members to produce the highest products in a timely manner
- Accurately grind, screen, pack, seal, fold, twist, infuse, weigh, count, package and label all products

- Managing a multi-stage quality assurance program by thoroughly inspecting products during specific stages of the manufacturing process, alerting supervisor of any discrepancies

- Ensuring cleanliness of workspace and manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements: Essential functions require working in a hot and cold warehouse setting. As a Mailer, you will be tasked with collating newspaper bundles, as well as taking inserts off pallets while organizing the bulk print product in mechanical insert machines for daily publication. Position Overview
As a Production Worker, you will work with a team to assemble and package products for our brands. You will cycle through many different activities until we identify the few that you enjoy doing, and that you do better than anyone else. Then you will specialize.
Speed is critical, but it doesn't count without quality!
Key activities include but are not limited to:
- Trimming greenhouse-grown & indoor-grown cannabis flower to perfection
- Weighing and portioning trimmed cannabis flower into jars
- Grinding cannabis flower down to the optimal consistency using our industrial grinder
- Crafting ground cannabis flower into PreRolls with our purpose-built machines
- Applying product labels to our glass jars and tubes
- Mixing distillates & terpenes in accordance with our vapor & tincture product formula specifications

Position Support, Environment, Location, and Schedule
A variety of team members will train you on different activities so you can get to know the people you work with. You will have direct access to the company’s owners.
You will work in a clean, mid-sized warehouse in the best part of Asheville (Biltmore Village), within walking distance of our favorite restaurants, shops, and breweries.
Our facility has a kitchen, fast wifi, a garden, plenty of parking, fast WiFi, and gender-neutral bathrooms.
This is a full-time role, but it is flexible. Core hours are weekdays from 9AM to 3PM. You choose whether to start at 9AM and finish later, or start earlier and finish at 3PM. We’ll work with you to decide on a regularly scheduled 8-hour shift within those core hours that works for you.
Compensation & Benefits
This role pays $13/hour, with a scheduled raise after 6 months to $14/hour, and another scheduled raise after 1 year to $15/hour. Exceptional team members with leadership skills are promoted to management positions as they become available.

Summary:
EH is seeking an experienced full-time Production and Packaging Workers to work on a mass production assembly line, packaging existing products, such as chocolates and other confections. We will provide training to the right person; someone who can demonstrate motivation and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with Kitchen production duties as needed/assigned
- Assist with nightly clean-up of Packaging area, Kitchen, Supply Area
- Making sure all product is accurately labeled (the bar code on the POP matches the batch number on each product)
- Knowledgeable of all company products and appropriate packaging requirements
- Knowledgeable of the inventory/supply areas and maintaining them in an organized manner
- Exercise the highest standards of cleanliness with products, supplies, personal work space and general packaging area
- Ensure that products/supplies are not mishandled or wasted
- Use techniques that maximize time and adheres to packaging time lines
- Assist with quality control, at all times
