JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an open-minded candidate who is willing to learn, with a foundation of organization, attention to detail, and cleanliness.

Skills/abilities sought for job:

-Work on the manufacturing floor making and packaging infused cannabis products.

-Operate, clean, and sanitize hand held, automated, and pneumatic machinery.

-Prior manufacturing or kitchen/baking experience is a plus.

-Expertise in data entry, excel, and google spreadsheets is a plus, but not required.

-Ability to work as a team, while also being productive on your own is a must.

-Punctuality

Full-time and part time positions available. Starting rate $17-$19.

ABOUT TREEWORKS

Treeworks is a licensed Marijuana Infused Product Manufacturer in the Northampton area. We are a locally owned start-up seeking to create the highest quality infused cannabis products in Massachusetts. Our goal is to have a positive impact on our community while bringing healthy products and jobs to our home state. Treeworks will provide Massachusetts retail facilities with a variety of products fulfilling a wide range of consumer needs such as edibles, topicals, extracts and vapes. We are seeking and prioritizing applicants who live in the towns determined as areas of disproportionate impact by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission. Specifically targeting Holyoke, Springfield, Greenfield, Amherst and West Springfield. We are also seeking to hire minorities, persons with disabilities, women, members of the LGBTQ community, as well as individuals that have a drug-related CORI but are otherwise legally employable in a cannabis-related enterprise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
