The Extraction Technician is responsible for navigating day to day laboratory operations. This includes working with the Head Extractor to prepare raw materials, perform the extraction process, clean up equipment and conduct general lab duties. This position will work closely with the Head Extractor and team to ensure equipment is maintained regularly and raw materials meet the necessary specifications.

The Production Manager will support production operations within the company’s extraction facility. This employee will primarily focus on leading the production team while taking direction from the Operations Manager and the Sales team.
Daily responsibilities may include:

- Handle logistics between couriers and sales team for daily and weekly deliveries.
- Create Processing Summary Sheets for processing clients.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position oversees and manages the manufacture of supplements at EVG Extracts. Responsibilities include overseeing activities related to cGMP manufacturing, facilitating efficiency in processes and operations, and ensuring the production of quality hemp-based and non-hemp-based supplements. The position includes managing people, facilitating collaboration between departments, planning, and support, all to ensure that EVG meets its manufacturing goal of creating the highest quality products.
The successful candidate will achieve overall company objectives including operating/gross/contribution margins and department KPIs.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the manufacture of hemp based raw ingredients (extracts) and final products including gummies, tinctures and topicals while meeting quality and capacity objectives set by management.
- Facilitate commercialization of new products exiting the development lifecycle.

- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to manage, support and facilitate collaboration among supervisors in Production, Quality, Procurement, Fulfillment, Accounting and Human Resources.
- Work closely with Accounting to design, monitor and report on KPIs.
- Work closely with Sales to understand customer demand and to scale production capabilities accordingly.
- Establish accurate forecasts pertaining to manufacturing and communicate recommendations to the CEO to facilitate timely shifts in business operations.
- Guide individual departments to achieve company objectives, including maintaining operational data, setting department goals, and tracking performance of each department.
- Develop annual department budgets and manage these budgets throughout the year.

Blue Fox Brands is a multi-State organization newly opening it’s Colorado facility.
BFB is a contract manufacturer specializing in pre-rolls. We are looking for dedicated employees who are interested in working hard with a growing cannabis company and taking personal responsibility of all aspects of our SOP’s and with the possibility of upward movement into managerial positions.
This position is for a manufacturing / production line employee. There are a variety of functions that take place in our production process and we will access each individual’s ability to excel in the efficiency of each function and encourage specialization of processes. It is essential for all production employees to fully understand and be capable to execute all aspects of the process with precision and efficiency.
At BFB, you will produce the highest quality constructed pre-rolled products in the industry. You will consistently screen/manufacture material in the pre-roll production process while accurately recording product weights/counts. You will work with managers and supervisors to learn and apply all BFB quality standards and compliance guidelines while producing a variety of pre-rolled products. You will work through all aspects of the pre-roll production process with a focus of maintaining our quality controls through every step of the process.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Follow all BFB Policies & Procedures in the daily operations and fully comply with all State Recreational and Medical Marijuana Regulations
- Work closely with joint team members to produce the highest products in a timely manner
- Accurately grind, screen, pack, seal, fold, twist, infuse, weigh, count, package and label all products
- Ensure accurate counts of all MIP products during all phases of the process
- Use standards to assess the quality of products as they are being produced
- Review and access final pre-roll products to assist in production quality controls
- Demonstrate consistent accuracy and thoroughness in the packaging of BFB products, accurately completing ledgers and securely packing of final products for shipping.
- Maintain an impeccably clean and organized work area
- Cleans and maintains equipment as necessary, ensuring optimal equipment efficiency and work areas, at all times
- Maintain consistent time and attendance and comply all other conduct related requirements at all times

Concentrate Packager
As a growing marijuana infused company, LePow Edibles is looking to hire an experienced cannabis packager to help streamline our packaging process, improve consistency, and help us grow our packaging team. This position will report directly to the Lead Cannabis Extractor.
Our new packager will have the opportunity to learn about concentrate production and and gain valuable extraction certifications. Down the road, they will also be able to hire and train new packaging staff, organize deliveries, and move into a non-packaging role, if desired.

Job Description
The Lab Manager is responsible for organizing and overseeing day to day laboratory operations from a proactive perspective. This includes weekly planning and delegation of specific duties and protocols to maintain a steady and consistent workflow throughout the week. The Lab Manager and Lead Extractor will work in close contact to keep on schedule, and modify the schedule, as needed, to maintain a consistent output from day to day. This includes both extraction and post processing/oven room work flow. Efficiency is Key. Work-flow management is perhaps the most critical component of this position. Knowing when to step away from the desk to aid in the extraction process is critical, as is the ability to focus on administrative duties as appropriate. The Lab Manager will also oversee and ensure equipment maintenance regularly and ensure raw materials and inputs are staged and ready for processing at all times.
