JOB TITLE: Assembly Line Worker
DEPARTMENT: Packaging Department
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Packaging productions process consists of the following steps:
- Preparing atomizers for packaging
- Filling them with oil
- White tipping
- Tubing
- Boxing
- Labeling
Job description and safety precautions are described in Standard Operating Procedures of the packaging department and must be followed and taken into consideration by each packaging technician.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily responsibilities:
- Strict adherence to SOP procedures, making sure that every single product is packaged in a high-quality manner
- Daily packaging support in addition to daily cleanliness responsibility
- Filling of the atomizer and derivative product in accordance to current packaging SOP
- Provide support to daily logistical operations to pack and release the product in a timely manner.
- To provide quality control and quality assurance for produced products.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB:

- Achieve sales goals for each monthly/quarter

Summary
The Director of Distribution will provide leadership and sales expertise to optimize distribution transactions to drive values and maintain a competitive advantage. This position will be responsible for managing both the sales and delivery of wholesale cannabis goods to retailers. The director will also oversee field marketing activities. This director will build a team of sales representatives, drivers, and brand ambassadors to support New Mexico’s growing cannabis demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of all distribution SOPs - including but not limited to sales processes, field marketing strategies, and delivery procedures.
- Build and manage a team with three functions: sales, brand ambassadors, and delivery.
- Provide and execute a plan to efficiently manage trade spend across different brands.
- Coordinate and provide reporting on promotions with retailers throughout the state.
- Ensure consistent month-over-month sales growth in New Mexico.
- Work with brands directly to learn best practices and implement brand SOPs
- Provide forecasts and demand planning to the Director of Operations and brands.
- Collaborate with all departments and brands in addressing and servicing the needs of customers.
- Maintain and grow strategic customer relationships.
- Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with shops.
- Ensure brands are properly merchandised in stores.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business
- 7+ years of experience in sales and distribution
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Strong familiarity with sales tools and best practices
- Strong understanding of logistics and sales
- Passion for CPG (consumer packaged goods) sales and sales strategy
- Proven track record of growing funnels and delivering revenue
- Ability to manipulate and interpret quantitative data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner
- Ability to listen well and communicate effectively, orally and in writing with various audiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Slack
- Travel may be required
- 21+ years of age
- Pass a state and federal background check
