We are currently seeking an Intake Specialist to join our team in Jackson, Michigan! The Intake Specialist is responsible for the initial processing of all samples collected by the laboratory. A successful employee will excel in this position by being able to work independently, have exceptional attention to detail skills, and expert customer/client service skills. In addition to sample accessions, this employee will also act as an office administrator for the laboratory which will involve invoicing (AR/AP) of all client transactions and occasional reception of the front desk.
This employee will be scheduled to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 11:00am - 7:30pm. This position is great fit for a candidate looking to work later hours and/or wanting to build upon their administrative career with a rapidly growing company in a booming industry!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Without error, creates client orders and photographs samples to enter data into internal and state databases (METRC).
- Ensures clients receive requested services or updates in a timely fashion.
- Notifies appropriate parties of expedited orders to ensure faster processing time.
- Consistently checks for errors made by clients, account managers, and/or sample technicians and address errors to make applicable corrections.
- Answers incoming phone calls and direct calls to necessary departments.
- Remain in the front office as the first point of in-person contact for clients or visitors; reception of deliveries and drop-offs.
- Provides exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
- High-level of interaction with Sales and Laboratory team to resolve sample discrepancies.
- Ensure the Company has required licenses for clients and properly filled out Chain of Custodies.
- Creates invoices for samples received and handles in-person cash payments; Keeps accurate records of client transactions.
- Resolves price discrepancies and applies discounts to sampling invoices.
- Ensures accurate data entry into QuickBooks and internal LIMS (Laboratory Inventory Management System).
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable administration.
- Acts as a resource to clients when they have concerns or questions; Solve problems for existing accounts and assist new accounts in setting up.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Candidate must be comfortable working with and around cannabis & hemp.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.

Seeking an experienced technician to work in a cannabis extraction and processing lab. These technicians will be responsible for creating and packaging concentrate products. The safety and efficiency of these processes is of the utmost importance, as is the quality of our end products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packaging will take up a vast majority of this position- packaging vape carts, sticking items
- Filling vape carts expected to take up a large chunk of time in this position
- Prep marijuana material, solvents, and equipment for extraction
- Operate the extraction and post processing steps, while complying with safety guidelines
- Execution of laboratory operations in accordance with all written SOP's and in accordance to local and state regulations. Carefully handle, weigh, and label any substances used in the process
- Import and record data into not only METRC, the governmental tracking system, but also a secondary tracking system
- Assemble and disassemble post processing equipment
- Monitor laboratory systems while they are operating, keeping a careful eye on any possible hazards or sources of error/inefficiencies

Role Summary
To implement and manage local regulatory compliance as it relates to manufacturing, storage, and distribution facility operations in a particular region such as a state or country. We are currently seeking a Sample Technician to join our team! This position is part of team that is tasked with collecting samples from our clients all over the state of Michigan and transporting them back to our lab for testing. We provide a company car, phone, and laptop needed to be successful in this position and we hope you bring a love for being on the road and the ability to be detail oriented and exhibit great customer service skills. Strong communication skills are a must for this role; while collecting samples you will be in continuous correspondence with clients and our lab team ready to tackle any changes or updates that come along the way. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining Chain of Custody and Field Log Forms.
- Obtaining signatures from clients at completion of collection.
- Driving to clients' facilities and collecting representative amounts of samples to be tested.
- Driving samples back to ICAL office for testing.
- Ensuring there is no contamination of samples.
- Following established protocols and Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency regulations.
- Maintaining in-car inventory and supplies.
- Personal drive and commitment to meet and exceed the customer's expectations when choosing InfiniteCAL.
- Represent laboratory as "face of the company" and regulary answer any client questions.
WORK SCHEDULE:
- Hours/Schedule: Variable on shift and route basis, expected to drive long distances weekly. Hours depend on distance and number of collections scheduled for the week.
- Employee will be assigned scheduled routes based on requested pickups across the State.
- Weekend availability may be required dependent upon client needs/requests

The Responsibilities

- Prepare the equipment and products for production departments

- Maintain strict inventory records of all materials, chemicals and equipment

The Cultivation Technician is responsible for aiding in the production, maintenance, and health of all plants by performing tasks assigned by the Director of Cultivation. The Cultivation Technician will perform operations pertaining to plant care, including but not limited to; cloning, defoliating/manicuring, watering, nutrient applications, foliar applications, and inspection of plants for any signs of disease, infestation, or deficiency and harvesting as well.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to the facility’s cultivation schedule ensuring actions are done accurately and in a timely fashion.
Perform regular assessments of all growth stages to ensure timely recognition of signs of disease, infestation, or deficiency.
Provide nutrients to the plants and apply foliar applications in accordance with the cultivation protocols set forth by the Director of Cultivation.
Accurate tracking and recording of data during each phase of the cultivation process.
Assist in assigning plant tags in METRC according to State guidelines.
Ensure inventory accuracy is maintained over multiple licenses, this includes strain name, physical count, and assigned tag numbers.
Regular sanitation of tools, equipment, and production areas to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices.
Sanitize rooms post-harvest and prepare room for new crops.
Track the amount of unusable waste for each plant/room and dispose of in compliant manner. Demonstrate proficiency with weights, measurements, and basic mathematical skills.
Assure daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.
Maintain organized and sanitary conditions within the facility.
Assist with post-harvest duties as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn and execute ICAL's established SOPs for sample homogenization of cannabis for testing and analysis.
- Sample preparation for testing, including but not limited to potency analysis, residual solvent analysis, terpene analysis, heavy metals, pesticide analysis.
- Clean and maintain lab and equipment, including but not limited to: incubators, laminar flow hood, fume hood, homogenizer, sonicators, microbiology medium prep, and autoclave.

Role Summary
To implement and manage local regulatory compliance as it relates to manufacturing, storage, and distribution facility operations in a particular region such as a state or country. Choice Labs, LLC is a rapidly expanding Michigan Center based medical and recreational cannabis processor. The Extraction Technician will be responsible for safely and effectively operating the extraction machinery by following all established policies and procedures.
Essential Duties:
- Prepare the equipment and products for extraction
- Carry out the extract processing, filling and manufacturing procedures using butane or ethanol methods
- Prepare equipment and products for extraction
- Ensure consistency and efficiency of products through quality control testing and procedures
- Maintain strict inventory records of all materials, chemicals and equipment

Role Summary

Role Summary
The Production Lead is responsible for applying their knowledge of topicals and food production and packaging in performing a broad range of duties related to the day-to-day operations and production of company products. Role Summary
To implement and manage local regulatory compliance as it relates to manufacturing, storage, and distribution facility operations in a particular region such as a state or country. Key Responsibilities
- Manage Quality Systems and Safety Programs for a local region, including training employees.
- Manage local state tracking system admin and compliance by fulfilling the inventory tracking system Administrator duties.
- Liaise with team members to reconcile tracking system errors daily.
- Manage a team of employees and be a resource for Management.
- Act as liaison for external regulators (i.e., Health Department, Fire Department, City/State, other third party audits, etc.).
- Assist and audit licensed facility compliance and quality by developing, implementing, and enforcing programs (equipment training, food safety plan, security, GMPs, etc.).

Role Summary
To implement and manage local regulatory compliance as it relates to manufacturing, storage, and distribution facility operations in a particular region such as a state or country. This includes compliance to state- or country-specific industry regulations, all applicable Federal regulations (OSHA), and all other applicable state and local regulations. The scope of this position encompasses ensuring compliance to all state tracking systems, general facility and personnel compliance on the licensed premises, food/product safety and sanitation programs, GMPs, corrective and preventive action, allergen management, pest management systems, internal and external audits, safety regulations, and employee training. This position also helps to lead all new product commercialization efforts and new local facility launch efforts from an operational perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Quality Systems and Safety Programs for a local region, including training employees.
- Manage local state tracking system admin and compliance by fulfilling the inventory tracking system Administrator duties.
- Liaise with team members to reconcile tracking system errors daily.
- Manage a team of employees and be a resource for Management.
- Act as liaison for external regulators (i.e., Health Department, Fire Department, City/State, other third party audits, etc.).
- Assist and audit licensed facility compliance and quality by developing, implementing, and enforcing programs (equipment training, food safety plan, security, GMPs, etc.).
- Track and manage state and local licenses for all local licensed facilities.
- Build and implement checklists and assist with internal compliance audits at licensed facilities.
- Review packaging and labeling of finished goods to ensure state-specific compliance for finished goods.
- Review daily Production Batch documentation and Quality checks for completeness and accuracy.
- Research local legislation and provide regulatory compliance guidance for licensed facilities.
- Develop and implement SOPs as needed.
- Research needed business partners for licensed facilities (test labs, food labs, local ingredient suppliers, pest control, etc.).
- Support new product launches locally.
- Continually refine and implement comprehensive employee training programs around Compliance, Quality, and Safety.
- Advise the team on food/product safety and quality trends and recommend appropriate quality improvement or corrective action.
- Analyze processes, identify trends, and continuously evaluate manufacturing programs and processes for improvement.
- Oversee the Pest Management program.
- Assist with special projects within the scope of Compliance and Quality and Safety.

This position is specifically focused on inventory management in the METRC inventory system (Marijuana Enforcement Tracking Reporting Compliance, Michigan’s statewide cannabis tracking software). This position will be responsible and focused on process, procedure, and systems to ensure accurate and timely retail product inventory audit and controls

Job Description: Our Intake specialistis an employee who enters all samples into the LIMS and ensures sample check-in is properly completed in a timely manner. The goal is to provide accurate intake of all R&D samples and Compliance batches, working independently as well as communicating with other departments as needed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proper time management skills, strong computer skills, adaptability, attention to detail, retention of client-based discounts/turnaround times and the ability to troubleshoot when problems arise.
Essential Functions

As a Brand Agent, you will represent a small portfolio of TrustTree’s client brands at a variety of dispensaries in your territory. The Part-time/Hourly Brand Agent acts as the face of our client's brands, and communicates the brand story, key selling points and benefits of the products to budtenders, conducts product demonstrations, and runs promotional events for dispensary customers. You will also support TrustTree clients by assisting with the implementation of budtender and customer incentive programs, merchandising, and marketing initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Represent a portfolio of TrustTree client brands in your territory.

Perform plant maintenance, feedings and irrigation events, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) according to a set schedule and SOP, as determined by the Head of Cultivation
Ensure the grow facility is kept free of pests, viruses, or other diseases by preventing contamination through proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and biological controls established within the cultivation SOPs
Regularly sanitize tools, equipment, pots and production areas used in the grow facility and other departments as required to ensure sanitary practices
Abide by high personal hygiene standards
Observe and immediately address issues with plants, equipment, or environments
Break down and set up plant production areas after harvest, including: sweep all work areas, sanitize crop benches, wash down rooms, and prepare to transplant new crops
Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness with regard to plant health and traceability, in order to uphold the company's standard for quality
Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow and efficient systems
Maintain organization and sanitary conditions within the facility.

We're currently looking for a cultivation manager to oversee a newly built, highly automated commercial cultivation facility in Reading, MI. The position will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Establishing and maintaining a crop production schedule to meet monthly and annual harvest goals

Job Description: Our Intake specialistis an employee who enters all samples into the LIMS and ensures sample check-in is properly completed in a timely manner. The goal is to provide accurate intake of all R&D samples and Compliance batches, working independently as well as communicating with other departments as needed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proper time management skills, strong computer skills, adaptability, attention to detail, retention of client-based discounts/turnaround times and the ability to troubleshoot when problems arise.
Essential Functions

- Without error, label samples, put QA samples into R&D sample intake sheets, as well as testing tabs. Without errors, place order on Confident and take picture of sample. Provide sample to wet lab upon completion.
- Notify Instrument Lab of expedited samples, upkeep of expedited board.
- Properly intake Compliance samples. Check for errors made by client, account representative, account manager, and/or sample technician. Address errors and make necessary changes. Properly label compliance samples. Intake into sheets, testing tabs, and Confident Cannabis.
- Follow necessary SOPs.
- Communicate with other departments. Notify of expedited samples, notify Sample Collection Manager when errors are found in compliance SFLs.
- Train others on intake, when necessary.

Position
The dispensary General Manager reports directly to the VP of Retail & Business Development and is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of dispensary operations – from a best-in-class customer experience to deliveries to inventory to local marketing – as well as personnel management and communication. The dispensary General Manager must have an exceptional personality and work ethic, plus have knowledge of cannabis and product care. The individual will work closely with staff to ensure monthly goals are met, policies are enforced, and brand awareness is increased. The individual must also adhere to and train others on the procedures of Shire Cannabis Co, while ensuring compliance with all state and local laws and regulations, bringing their expertise to create efficiencies within the organization while upholding a culture of inclusion and opportunity for all.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of both customers and staff
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends, strains, edibles, concentrates, consumption mechanisms, and all other goods Shire Cannabis Co offers, educating staff to be set up to succeed in delivering the highest level of service possible
- Implement and train/update staff on Shire Cannabis Co SOP's
- Maintain active presence not only at the store level, but also within the community and adjoining region
- Track team and individual service and sales performance, including setting KPI's, creating and reinforcing a proactive sales culture that focuses on building an empowered team through which loyal customers will naturally develop
- Communicate KPI results with management and staff, adjusting operations according to data and business needs and trends
- Effectively forecast business and schedule staff to meet procedural needs and consumer demands
- Host weekly team meetings and daily one-on-ones to review performance, discuss areas of improvement, and explain team and individual goals
- Compile all dispensary information as directed and update & report data daily, including buying trends, consumer & staff needs, revenue, etc. while providing innovative ideas to increase market share
- Manage financial records and cash handling procedures
- Interview, hire, and train new associates while developing current team members to improve their leadership and performance capabilities
- Complete reviews as directed for each team member, including suggesting pay and position movements
- Urgently address issues as they arise through empowerment, with both customers and staff, and perform all aspects of disciplinary action for staff, up to and including termination

- Oversee and manage product inventory and track all goods movement to confirm menu accuracy
- Clean, organize, and maintain all areas of the facility on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, per Shire Cannabis Co guidelines
- Lead dispensary team (budtenders, delivery drivers, inventory managers, security) through all product processes including – but not limited to – training and follow-up on weighing, packaging, storage, delivery, etc.
- Use of computer, METRC, and POS software to communicate with consumers & State (MRA), track inventory and sales, and move product sku's as needed
- Move, organize, and file products throughout lifecycle, including intake of shipments to preparation for sales floor to POS transaction
- Package bulk material for consumers at the discretion of executive management
- Create staffing, security, and delivery schedules and coordinate when/where/who to ensure consumer needs are met and deliveries are completed in a timely manner
- Communicate with necessary third parties – such as secure transporters, processors, culitvators, etc. – to efficiently manage orders and logistics
- Create POS labels for sellable goods as needed
- Work with other departments within Galenas such as HR, Sales, Cultivation, Marketing, etc. to ensure dispensary has what is necessary to consistently develope staff and grow business
- Attend management training and meetings as needed, communicating, and implementing, necessary topics/processes to dispensary team
- Maintain outstanding facility conditions and visual merchandising standards, including utilizing, leading, and implementing visual brand strategies as directed by senior and executive management
Qualifications & Skills

The Inventory Lead must display a passion for ensuring our retail stores maintain an excellent supply of all products and materials according to the stocking requirements of the Lume business. It is essential for all consumers to have the highest level of confidence that Lume is the ultimate destination where they will find a full supply and selection of top-quality cannabis products available for immediate purchase.
The Responsibilities
- Manage the deconsolidation of bulk flower into sellable inventory
- Ensure the availability of all packaging, and processing materials
- Notify supply chain when packages are eligible for transfer from Medical inventory to Adult-Use inventory
- Complete MRA inventory request sheet with necessary information
- Manage the physical inventory storage in compliance with MRA storage requirements (Rule 38)
- Repackage and label new Adult-Use product in accordance with the MRA label requirements (Rule 39)
- Order and Maintain adequate SKU inventory levels for the Lume line plan
- Order and Maintain adequate inventory of supplies: Packaging, compliance labels, PPE etc
- Manage Unifirst and Greenguard visits to ensure proper levels of cleaning and first aid supplies
- Identify and communicate slow / nonmoving items
- Maintain healthy product flow
- Responsible for inventory receipt entry in POS
- Ensure that all sellable products within the facility are available
- Maintain a healthy balance of products between vault/fulfillment rooms when applicable
- Communicate product needs/trends to the supply chain and purchasing teams
- Certify that all product information is accurate such as product details and pricing information
- Maintain online customer-facing presence on Weedmaps, Leafly, and Lume product menu
- Oversee and manage Metrc dashboard
- Must be proficient in active/inactive packages, package consolidation, sales, manifest creation, delivery operations, and maintaining inventory labels
- Must have a thorough understanding of all MRA/ State of Michigan Cannabis regulations for both Medical Provisioning Centers as well as Adult-Use Retailers
- Safety in the Lume workplace is a top priority. A clean, well-organized work space is extremely important to maintaining a safe environment in which we operate. The inventory specialist must be extremely well organized and driven to maintain excellent order throughout the Lume work environment.
- Eliminating unnecessary items and materials from the Lume work space is essential. Clutter-free at all times.
- On the retail floor, a clean and orderly retail space is essential at Lume. the Inventory Specialist must always strive to support outstanding product presentation.
- Establishing standard operating procedures for the efficient receipt and flow of products and materials is essential. This includes contributing to, and often leading, the documentation of policies and procedures that optimize the movement of products and materials through our retail space
The Qualifications
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel
- 1-2 years of industry experience preferred
- 2 years of inventory or related experience
- General knowledge of weights and measurement
- Ability to multi-task with a high attention to detail
- Prior ERP experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience with statewide monitoring software (METRC) preferred
