SUMMARY:

RESPONSIBILITIES + DUTIES
- Live GPS and CCTV monitoring of all delivery vehicles while out on scheduled routes
- Live communication leveraging PTT with all delivery drivers ensuring SOP’s are followed at all times during arrival and departure
- External environment risk analysis, traffic/public events/issues that could disrupt driver safety or deliveries
- High risk cash /product escorting via CCTV and systems
- Perform security/risk assessments and regular audits of all facilities, including security equipment (access control, CCTV, alarms, and other security upgrades) condition and provide summary of needed improvements to senior management.

- Identify and separate the different batches of products.

The AR Customer Service Specialist facilitates the timely payment of funds from HERBL's customers by building relationships with our customers. HERBL's AR Specialists deliver excellent customer service, always approaching communications with courtesy and respect. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Accounts Payable for both inventory-related transactions and operating expenses. This position is the face of HERBL to our valued suppliers and is required to maintain the spirit of partnership during all interactions and dealings with HERBL suppliers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Full cycle processing of inventory-related and operating expense accounts payables for payment.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of assigned vendor invoices.
- Three-way matching of inventory purchases in accounting enterprise resources planning (ERP) software.
- Verify the accuracy and approval of operating invoices for proper coding that aligns with the departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Distribute operating expense invoices to department managers for payment approval.
- Enter invoices and data into accounting ERP software accurately.
- Reconcile vendor statements monthly and research any outstanding items; resolve all discrepancies in a timely fashion.
- Escalate accounts payable and/or compliance issues to department managers.

The Controller plans and directs the accounting operations of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees the operations of the Accounting Department, which include financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
- Oversees training programs and identifies training needs.
- Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures; implements a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk.
- Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.

The Warehouse Administrative Associate provides clerical and administrative support to our customers, scheduling team, sales, IT, finance, transportation, and warehouse operations teams to ensure that records are produced and maintained in an efficient, accurate, and timely fashion in accordance with company deadlines and state regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities

- Produce all necessary documents for Drivers packets (COA’s, packing lists, invoices and manifests) with 100% accuracy and within daily deadlines to ensure a compliant delivery and exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer information in all company customer tracking software platforms (e.g. Salesforce, SAP).
- Manage administrative tasks to order cutoff times and other hard deadlines.
- Proactively communicate exceptions in delivery or order fulfillment issues to brands and sales team, as they arise.
- Work with all internal departments to ensure timely shipments to customers including Finance, IT, Warehouse, Scheduling, and Sales.

SUMMARY
The Inventory Control Clerk is a member of the Inventory Control Team which is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health and integrity of HERBL’s operational inventory across all technological systems as well as METRC. This team works closely with business units (Operations, Shared Services, Brand Operations, Purchasing and Compliance) to ensure all cross functional operations are interacting with HERBL inventory in an appropriate and compliant manner.

SUMMARY
The Transportation Supervisor oversees the scheduling and performance of their assigned driver team
to ensure HERBL service and safety standards are maintained in a manner that promotes teamwork,
customer service, safety, and productivity. The Supervisor is responsible for the support and facilitation
of driver safety and efficiency. This role serves as an advocate on the driver’s behalf with cross
functional partners and upholds standards and processes designed to ensure vehicle and driver fitness.
The Supervisor is responsible for the caliber of the local driver team by overseeing training, conducting
audits, and providing feedback and coaching. They support timely information handoffs between fleet
and routing to ensure capacity will meet customer delivery demand. The Transportation Supervisor
partners closely with Fleet Manager and Routing to schedule drivers for product pickups, customer
deliveries and vehicle moves for service.

The Driver Manager manages the driver workforce and real-time operations that facilitate optimization of resources to achieve safety, efficiency, customer satisfaction. Sets and manages productivity targets to meet HERBL’s annual operating plan goals.

This position is responsible for accurate and efficient application of customer payments in the Accounting ERP system as well as supporting other areas of the accounting and administrative department. This is a highly accountable position that requires attention to detail and
comfortable use of computer systems.

- Enter and apply payments from customers into the Accounting ERP system daily.
- Inform the A/R Team about discrepancies or issues with customer payments.

Location: Goleta
We are looking to hire 4 individuals who will be responsible for producing top quality Cannabis Pre-Rolls. In this versatile position you will work along side a team of employees who are focused on production and team building while producing high quality Pre-Rolls in a fast dynamic work environment.
This is a full-time position Monday thru Friday from 6:30 am- 3:30 and based in Goleta.
Applicants must be able to successfully pass a background check the Sherriff’s department.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Pre-roll production, meeting weight and KPI minimum
- Meeting a minimum quota of 400 pre-rolls/hour
- Verify weight of pre-rolls using a scale
- Producing highest quality of standard pre-rolls
- Working Pre-roll packing and filling stations
- Following the established variety specifications for product filling
- Case sealing to ensure quality of the completed products
- Ensure that the plastic seals are cut at the designated angle
- Maintain the heat requirements for the case sealer
- Labeling cases to daily quota
- Placing centered labels on the fronts and backs of the case
- Maintain a minimum of 850 cases/hour
- Grinding product as varies
- Verification of all work completed
- Verify the quality, units, and labels of all products
Minimum requirements include but are not limited to:
- Pass a live scan – Background check with Sheriff’s department
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to follow work instructions and communicate clearly and respectfully with fellow team members and supervisors

The Accounting & Administrative Assistant position is responsible for accurate and efficient application of customer payments in the Accounting ERP system as well as supporting other areas of the accounting and administrative department. This is a highly accountable position that requires attention to detail and comfortable use of computer systems.
Essential Functions
- Enter and apply payments from customers into the Accounting ERP system daily.
- Inform the A/R Team about discrepancies or issues with customer payments.

This Accounting Manager position will oversee the daily accounting operations of a division of HERBL . This role will be responsible for the management of financial functions, including month-end close, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and taxes for the division. The Accounting Manager will also serve as a consultant for managers within the organization, advising them on current budgetary information and working with managers to create a fiscal strategy that aligns with the goals of the division and the company.

Summary
The Inventory Control Specialist is a member of the Inventory Control Team which is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health and integrity of HERBL’s operational inventory across all technological systems as well as METRC. This team works closely with business units (Operations, Shared Services, Brand Partnership, Purchasing, Finance and Compliance) to ensure all cross functional operations are interacting with HERBL inventory in an appropriate and compliant manner. The Inventory Control Specialist performs functions for the Inventory Dept, Operations, Returns Dept and Clerical Dept. They identify ways to improve processes, write SOPs and job instructions for multiple departments tasks. They provide training and support to all areas of the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Warehouse Supervisor to assign cycle counts to Warehouse
- Responsible for recounting and reconciling discrepant cycle counts
- Investigate anomalies between inventory statuses and location and resolve discrepancies
- Perform inventory audits as requested by Compliance and Brand Partnership Depts.
- Investigate lost locations, perform appropriate adjustments, and inform Finance
- Identify and resolve daily JDA to SAP SYNC issues
- Identify and resolve daily METRC SYNC issues
- Contribute detailed notes on both month end sync reports to be reviewed by Operations Managers and Finance
- Responsible for sustainment for onsite product testing and process credit memos
- Responsible for destruction sustainment in JDA and report credit memos to Finance
- Resolve transfer issues between multiple warehouse and report discrepancies to Warehouse Supervisors
- Facilitate manual transfers for irregular inventory movements as requested by Brand Partnership and Purchasing departments
- Responsible for sample SKU conversions, sample item lot setup and sample footprint creation and informing Operations and Finance
- Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors for sample case creation
- Responsible for systematic and physical SKU conversions as requested by SKU Creation Department
- Coordinate RTV with Warehouse Supervisors, create manifest and process credit memo to Finance
- Investigate customer returns and rejections, and provide feedback to Returns Department
- Assists Returns Department as a back up to investigate and stage reship
- Partner with Warehouse Supervisors when assigned to unpick reships and cancel paperwork
- Investigate shorts on truck and mispicks reported by Customer Care by cycle counting inventory
- Informing Customer Care and Compliance with outstanding issues to get METRC tags rejected
- Partner with Warehouse Supervisor on receipt issues and request new POs from Purchasing
- Create SOPs and Job Instructions for Inventory Control and Operations functions
Education & Experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Warehouse operations experience, order processing (IB through OB) using radio frequency device.

- High risk cash /product escorting via CCTV and systems
- Perform security/risk assessments and regular audits of all facilities, including security equipment (access control, CCTV, alarms, and other security upgrades) condition and provide summary of needed improvements to senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with law enforcement and other government agencies.

Our Accounts Payable Team is essential for the future growth of HERBL Solutions. The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Accounts Payable for both inventory-related transactions and operating expenses. SUMMARY*
This position will be responsible for general ledger reconciliations, state cannabis related tax reporting, cross departmental projects, and other various Accounting related tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Auditing and reconciliation of AP, AR and GL activity to align with fiscal budget

- Collaborate with sales & client services to ensure accurate billing, investigate issues and make adjustments as needed.

- Create and review journal entries for a variety of accounting tasks.

The Director of Transportation Planning and Logistics is responsible for the development and oversight of
all aspects how we move product between customers and HERBL locations throughout California. HERBL

- Knowledge of cannabis security compliance in California a plus.
- Multi-unit management experience preferred.
- Understanding of physical security issues, investigative methodologies and management of investigative services.
- Security risk assessment and audit experience.
- Strong understanding of security equipment (Avigilon) and software as it relates to access control, CCTV and alarm systems.
- Experience working in or having security responsibility for retail, distribution and/or warehouse facilities preferred.
- Monitor physical security systems and respond/coordinate response to safety and security issues on campus and for drivers on delivery routes.
- Facilitate and coordinate information exchange during all emergencies or vehicle accidents working closely with the routing and dispatch team members
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality thorough internal investigations; partner with LP & Human Resources to address employee behavior and take corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all identified theft activity and related follow up; disseminate and communicate reporting as necessary.
- Assist leadership in promoting awareness campaigns/communication centers on shortage and safety control measures; regularly participate in key meetings and recognition program activities.
- Maintain surveillance on high risk deliveries and driver safety using remote CCTV applications.
- Conduct early opening or late closing support for the safety and security of employees at each campus

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- This position will be situated in a Security Command Center where all operations of the site will take place.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 7+ years’ experience in a Manager position required
- Solid background in managing OSHA and compliance programs
