JOB DESCRIPTION
CommCan is a vertically integrated Cannabis Company. We have a cultivation facility in Medway and three dispensaries in Millis, Rehoboth, and Southborough. We are currently looking to expand our Pre-roll team and are looking for individuals with automated machinery experience. This individual will be responsible for running, troubleshooting, and overseeing the daily operation of the pre-roll machine. This includes running tests before the start of operations & inspecting the machine at the end of the shift; programming and monitoring the machine when it is in use; troubleshooting and making necessary adjustments as needed. The successful candidate will be flexible, have strong fine motor skills, motivated, reliable, and a team player.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Running, troubleshooting and maintaining pre-roll machine
· Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
· Use an industrial grinder to process popcorn buds as needed.
· Weigh product with precision, speed and efficiency.
· Pack and twist pre-rolls to the proper consistency.
· Quality check the final product for defects (rips, stems, tightness etc.).
· Double check numbers per batch and accurately record in the Pre-Roll Log.
· Ability to execute techniques repetitively with consistent results.
· Adhere to company standards and operating procedures.
· Ability to meet and exceed daily goals.
· Perform other duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS

The primary responsibility of CommCan's Lab Production Associate is to assist in all day-to-day operations necessary to produce cannabis extracts for use in cannabis infused edibles & beverages. JOB DESCRIPTION:
CommCan, Inc. is a vertically integrated Cannabis Company. We have a cultivation facility in Medway and three dispensaries, one in Millis, Rehoboth and Southborough. We are currently looking to hire a delivery driver to transport CommCan products to our dispensaries, partners, and state authorized laboratories. The successful candidate(s) will be motivated, customer-focused, and a reliable team player to deliver client orders. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and secure delivery of CommCan products using the company delivery vehicle to CommCan locations and wholesale partner and will adhere to all required regulations for the transport and delivery of marijuana products as directed by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make secure/monitored deliveries from our facilities to other CommCan customer locations including state authorized laboratories.
- Ensure safety practices are used when driving CommCan company vehicles.
- Must be a responsible driver at all times which includes no cell phone use while driving.
- Must always have your registration as an MTC agent with you when working and/or in our facilities.
- Provide prompt, secure and professional services.
- Become familiar with METRC and Leaf Logix to understand the delivery Manifest.
- Maintain proper record keeping for each delivery with multiple manifests and secure signatures to complete the delivery record.
- Safe and secure handling of customer received payment during deliveries.
- Inspect CommCan delivery vehicles prior to deliveries, ensuring vehicle is safe for deliveries.
- Ensure valid inspection sticker and vehicle registration paperwork is up to date and in delivery vehicles.
- Fully participate in any trainings required by the Cannabis Control Commission and/or CommCan, Inc.
- Openly communicate any issues with the supervisor/manager.
- Perform and participate in additional projects and priorities as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Must be 21 years old and able to pass a comprehensive background check and possess a clean driving record.
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license is required.
- High school diploma or GED.

CommCan is looking for an additional Brand Ambassador to help us tell the world about CommCan through thoughtfully crafted content and engaging experiences. You’ll be joining our in-house marketing team to assist in developing, maintaining, and promoting CommCan and its family of brands. The ideal candidate will be reliable, outgoing, and enjoy engaging and educating people about cannabis. This position requires evening and weekend hours.
Responsibilities:
- Work with community partners on a range of marketing and outreach activities to increase brand awareness.
- Organizing and hosting events, popups and activities.
- Educate budtenders at CommCan and our Wholesale partners dispensaries on our products and services.
- Assist the Marketing Team in coordinating product launches for CommCan dispensaries
- Assist in the creation of graphics and marketing materials for use on social media.
- Managing an up-to-date events calendar
- Reply to customer and patient inquiries via email, chat and social media services.
- Communicating w/ team members to schedule and staff all events
- Maintain active inventory and organizing of promotional materials
- Collecting field data (sales, impressions, engagements, etc.)
- Curating social media visual content from events. (Take photos & videos)
- Manage and build orders for marketing materials (stickers, shirts, pins, labels, etc)
- Identify and establish marketing and outreach opportunities within the local community.
- Work with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas for new creative projects
- Assist in the copywriting and editing of product descriptions and instructions

CommCan Inc. is looking for an experienced individual to help lead our Extracts Team. The Extracts manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations necessary to produce cannabis extracts used for cannabis infused edibles & beverages. This individual will have overall responsibility for all aspects of the extraction & refinement of cannabis plant materials.
The ideal candidate will possess a commitment to excellence in all areas; have experience managing a lab; a strong understanding of cannabis processing and refinement operations; and prior experience in the manufacturing of cannabinoid products.
This position will have 4 -6 direct reports. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing cannabis extraction or edible manufacturing as well as a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a team.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Work with CEO to set goals for the department and allocate resources.
· Ensuring all safety protocols and CCC guidelines are followed.
· Lead optimization and scale-up of existing products and processes.
· Set production schedule and assign daily tasks to the team.
· Maintain SOP’s, ensuring compliance and process improvement.
· Escalate critical safety and quality issues to the leadership team.
· Represent the lab in weekly leadership meetings.
· Fully understand all steps and equipment used in production and serve as final resource for all operational and technical questions.
· Keep all equipment running. This includes multiple automated filling machines & extractors, as well as chillers and standard lab equipment.
· Organize routine maintenance and identify problems. Arrange repairs when necessary.
· Identify production bottlenecks and look for opportunities to improve all production processes. Keep up to date on new equipment and techniques.
· Manage Extracts team, keeping the team motivated and productive.

The ideal candidate for a SIP Soda Brewer will have brewery and/or canning experience. We use mostly brewing equipment, like brite tanks and a Cask canning line. However, experience with soda, hard seltzer or any other carbonated canned beverage would also be relevant.

The primary responsibility of CommCan's Kitchen Production Associate is to assist in all day-to-day operations necessary to produce cannabis infused edibles & beverages. VAULT INVENTORY ASSOCIATE

CommCan is looking for a Vault Inventory Associate to work closely with the Cultivation Vault Manager. The successful candidate will be motivated, flexible, and a reliable team player.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create batches of flower after harvest and input them into LeafLogix and Metrc
- Create samples for testing both physically and digitally and ensure accuracy and compliance in testing
- Assist with completion of testing manifest under direction of vault manager
- Input test results in LeafLogix promptly and accurately
- Assist in the weekly curing of bulk flower
- Assist in monthly audits to ensure compliance with state standards under direction of the vault manager
- Assist with trim pipelines as needed
- Ensure general compliance of inventory and accuracy of locations, weights, and statuses of flower inventory
- Update relevant spreadsheets pertaining to batch weights, processing information, and test results
- Serve as a point of contact for the lab and provide requested information regarding material available for extraction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vault spaces

CommCan, Inc is a family owned and operated Cannabis company with its grow & production facility located in Medway Ma. We focus on products of the highest quality like SIP, our line of cannabis infused sodas. We are looking for an experienced brewer who is interested in joining the cannabis industry and leading our SIP Soda team.
As the SIP Soda Head Brewer you will be responsible for overseeing and planning all soda production including ingredient sourcing, equipment maintenance and managing a small team of 2-3. Brewery experience would be ideal since we use mostly brewing equipment, like brite tanks and a Cask canning line. However, experience with soda, hard seltzer or any other carbonated canned beverage would also be relevant.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the operation & maintenance of all brewing, carbonating and canning equipment. Troubleshoot equipment problems and communicate with vendors, our maintenance team and machine shops to arrange for repairs when necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels and sales and use the data to create production schedules capable of meeting demand for all sodas.
- Develop new recipes/products in conjunction with management plans and marketing team research. Adjust current recipes as needed.
- Create and maintain batch records for all products and maintain and update master recipe files.
- Assist with the development and implementation of Quality Control procedures.
- Manage a small team of 2-3 and be responsible for staff development and training including safety procedures, production methods and general company policies
- Conduct regular performance reviews in accordance with company policy
- Promote good working relationships within your team and with other departments.
- Participate in production meetings and conduct regular staff meetings
- Responsible for maintaining CCC regulatory compliance for the SIP department and ensuring all staff are trained and follow CCC guidelines.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience at head brewer level producing and canning a carbonated beverage and managing a team.
- You should have excellent mechanical aptitude and know your way around canning lines, carbonation testing equipment, conveyor systems, boilers, air compressors, chillers and all other types of brewing equipment.
- You should be a meticulous record keeper and planner and be able to keep up with and meet all regulatory requirements.
- You are a great collaborator- able to work with our marketing and design teams and our kitchen team to develop new products, work with our lab team who produces the oil needed for dosing the sodas and work with our packaging, inventory, and sales teams.
- Skill and Ability: effective leadership skills; ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently; interpersonal and relational skills; analytical and forecasting ability to maintain inventory levels; fluency in written and spoken English
