CULTIVATION MANAGER
We are a vertically integrated medical cannabis company in the State of Missouri, rooted in science and technology and focused on superior business and compliance practices. Our cannabis is grown in a state-of-the-art cultivation facility, which also contains an extraction lab which allows for the manufacturing of our national brands. The Cultivation Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day cultivation activities and adjusting workflow and procedures to increase yields, efficiency and overall performance. Duties performed include plant management, compliance, quality control, cost, and safety oversight for the cultivation facility.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Plant Sciences and/or Agriculture related disciplines.
· 2+ years as a cultivator in a large-scale indoor cannabis operation.
· Experience diagnosing, preventing, and treating plant health issues.
· Ability to gather, track, and report on agricultural information obtained during harvest tracking.
· Experience with automated watering and fertigation systems.
· Must be 21 years of age.
· Be able to obtain a Missouri DHSS Facility Agent ID card.
· Be able to lift 50lbs and spend an extended time standing, walking, lifting and bending.
· Be able to learn and follow compliance procedures.
· Be motivated, have a superior work ethic and attitude and thrive in a team environment.
· Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner and maintain confidentiality.
Essential Responsibilities include:
· Oversee proper techniques related to cultivation; transplanting, pruning, defoliation, watering, feeding, and harvesting.
· Manage plant germination and propagation through cloning efforts.
· Develop and adhere to cultivation schedules to ensure plants are healthy and prepared for the flower process.
· Employee scheduling and direct management of cultivation team members.
· Enforce adherence to fertilization, irrigation, and feed schedules.
· Ensure plants are receiving proper care including irrigation, nutrients, pruning, pest and disease control.
· Schedule harvest of plants based on cultivation schedule and plant maturation.
· Oversight of post-harvest activities such as drying, bucking, trimming, and packaging
· Ensure that the product is compliant with all relevant regulations and meets all standards established by the state.
· Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and traceability of plants, including plant counts, both physically and in METRC, and correcting plant inventory discrepancies immediately.
· Develop and update SOPs for cultivation and post-harvest processes, enforcing strict adherence throughout the facility.
· Assist with calculating production yields and determining areas of improvement for each harvest.
· Facilitate and oversee inspections using inventory and compliance audits.
· Monitor stock of supplies and equipment and work with Procurement to order supplies.
· Prepare reports summarizing harvest yields and conditions.
· Stay current with the latest grow solutions and technology.

Agronomist / Sr. Agronomist / Agronomy Manager
We are a vertically integrated cannabis company with operations in several states including Missouri, Massachusetts, and Oregon. Our cannabis is grown in a variety of methods across 6 cultivation licenses which cover indoor, fully automated light dep, and outdoor. Operational licenses also include extraction, manufacturing, wholesale, and retail.
The Agronomist role will contribute to continually improving our crop production performance and product quality, while maintaining and improving environmental integrity and adhering to all local laws and regulations. Focus will be placed on adjusting workflow and procedures to increase yields, efficiency and overall performance through trials and studies. Duties performed include plant management, compliance, quality control, scheduling, and publishing of trial results.
Required knowledge, skills and/or experience in the following areas:
- Excellent communication skills

- Environmental control systems across varied systems
- Familiarity with laboratory analysis processes and practices, and the practical application of these analyses
- 2-3 years experience in an agricultural research or production setting
· Other requirements:
- Able to work in agricultural facilities for extended periods of time, as well as in office environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs intermittently
- Possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to obtain local licenses to work in the cannabis industry
Job Responsibilities:
· Monitoring crop growth, documentation and determining nutrient requirements
· Soil and plant tissue sampling and testing
· Assist with IPM Program; scouting, pest ID, and appropriate biological control and/or pesticide recommendations
· Assist with field trial coordination, execution and data analysis and reporting
· Assist with scheduling, planting, fertilizer application, irrigation and harvest
· Assist with canopy management optimization; pruning, topping, tipping, training
· Assist with development of new protocols and procedures based on plant response trials and observations
· Ability to assist with all other cultivation duties
